THE BEST MECHANIC IN BILLINGS! We were passing through Billings on a road trip when our van was having overheating and engine starting issues. The Chung Brothers were fully booked out for a week but still took the time to help us out and diagnose our problems with our van. I have never had a better experience at the mechanics than this one. They know what they are doing, very trustworthy and wont rip you off!

They have replaced my water pump did the injectors and other work for my daughter and me. These guys are honest up front and very good to work with.

I went to the Chung Brothers . They found and fixed problems with our Honda Odyssey. We were having our minivan worked on at another shop being Honda Underriner. The other shop we were going to wasnt being honest and constantly misdiagnosing our vehicle. We love the Chung Brothers shop they are honest and actually take the time to figure out what problems if any there are. These guys really know what they are doing and go above and beyond expectations. Very friendly staff and will take you back in the shop bay and show you exactly whats going on in person. Anyone in billings or Montana this is a very knowledgeable and honest company. We strongly recommend The Chung Brothers. We are now lifetime customers..

I called needing to have a rattling sound checked out on my Acadia. They had me bring it by that day when it was convenient for me, called me 3 hours after dropping it off with details of what was wrong and a quote to fix it. I got a call 2 hours later letting me know it was ready. They were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I’d recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced, especially if you live in or around the Heights area.

After calling about 5 other tire repair shops and being turned away, I called really needing to get my tire patched, even though they were busy for the night they made room to get me in. Great service, affordable prices and very efficient! These guys did more than expected. I had to change a fuel tank in my Chrysler. They gave me a quote and there was no extras (as it often happens at some service places). They even did a couple more things on my car during that time without charging me for their labor. From out of town and had an urgent repair need with a vehicle braking system, which would have not allowed us to get home. Stopped in at the Chung Brothers who got us in immediately and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The facility is very clean. The Chung Bros were professional, explained what needed to be done, hospitable, and the price for the repair extremely reasonable. I came to Huntley for a vet appointment, Im 5 hours one way from home pulling my trailer and horse, my truck kept dying on me so I took it to Chung Brothers Automotive and they got me in right away, figured out my alternator was bad. Left my vehicle with them to fix, the gentleman gave me a bottle of water to take while I walked to go grab food, then when I got back offered to let me watch tv, use the wifi and relax until my truck was fixed. Highly highly recommended. Such nice people.Edit to say. Got half way home, same issue happened. Spent $800 for a new alternator and it wasnt even the problem

Top Notch Service! We broke down on our way from Canada to Colorado and this is the only shop that said they could look at our pickup that day. Not only that- they knew we needed to be on the road with our three dogs so they took us in first thing in the morning and had it all fixed up. Gave us a spot to let our dogs hang out while we waited. Knew exactly what the problem was with our truck and had the parts and everything put back together perfectly ASAP! Excellent service. Chung Brothers went above and beyond! My 81 year old dads truck broke down in the middle of nowhere and they towed it to their shop and had the repairs done in a day. I highly recommend!

My Toyota Highlander had a bit of a shimmy after having a tire replaced and supposedly balanced at another shop. I took it to Chung Brothers and they rotated the tires and confirmed the balance for a very reasonable price. The shimmy is gone and I am very satisfied with their service. Great customer service! I will return if and when I need service again.

This place is amazing! They are so professional and nice. I will never take my car anywhere else! They worked with me and let me pay my bill in installments, as I didn’t have enough for the whole bill at time of service. That meant a lot to me! :)

The quality of work they did was astounding, the front end looked like new when they were done. They are fast and do the job right the first time.
