Safe light came to my job and put new windshield and wipers on. It was so nice to come out of work and it be done. So kind and courteous. Plus it was a little chilly. Best place ever

We had a chip in our RVs windshield so we booked with Safelite because weve had such good service from EVERY Safelite weve used and this one did not disappoint. Our chip repair was done by the store manager, on time, quickly and perfectly. He even inspected our whole windshield and on our RV its a big one. I highly recommend Safelite and this location!

Made an appt for windshield replacement, they called the day before and said the first windshield arrived broke, so made a new appt. Went in that morning, waited an hour and they told me that truck with windshield was on the way. Truck finally arrived and when putting the new windshield in, it cracked terribly because it had a wave in it, they said. Made another appt, got a great new windshield installed today, and they gave me a nice discount. Overall, I would go back.

It was easy to get an appointment. They got us in at the time of the appointment, too. It took a lot less time than they told us. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!! I scheduled my appointment online (about 1:00 pm) to come to my work and fill chips in my windshield which was super easy. They walk you through the process step by step. They happened to have an appointment open for the same day so I took a chance and scheduled. I immediately got email and text notifications after I had made my payment. Within 30 minutes Marissa called me and said she was on her way. Super polite and knowledgeable. 20-30 minutes later she called me and said was done. I had three chips that needed filled. She was fast! She left the paperwork in the car and off she went. If I have anymore glass chips (which will happen with interstate driving in Montana) I’ll be going through them again. Extremely convenient and highly recommend!

I contacted almost every glass place in town, and Safelite was the only one who could even find the right glass for my van. Safelite had difficulty getting the right glass ordered and rescheduled on me twice, but it was worth the wait. Because of the rescheduling, they discounted the price a significant amount.

The lady who came and fixed my windshield was wonderful to work with and was quick. She even offered to clean all my windows. I loved how they came to me with no extra cost as I was using my insurance. I would use Safelite again any day! I was stressed that I had a chip right before going on vacation and they made me feel at ease!

Online appointment setting and pay for services online is easy to use. They sent out text messages from start to finish so I knew exactly what was happening.

Do not go here! I dropped off my vehicle to have my windshield replaced.. they were polite and the work was done quicker then they said it would be ready.. however my key fobs didn’t work properly and argued with the employee that it was not the batteries.. well sure enough it wasn’t.. apparently there was a delay in having them back to normal.. also pieces of my window frame were not put back together properly and one piece looks like it was pried with something. I will not be taking any of my vehicles here again and wish for $700 I would have shopped around!

Was a decent place, there pc was a little out dated so it took a minute to get set up but overall was not bad, took a walk down to city brew had a coffee and sure enough my windshield was replaced and ready to roll.

Had a rear side window broken out on my brand new truck. Had it replaced all looked well along with friendly service. Noticed when I shut the door I heard broken glass inside the door panel. Called and Safelite said it was normal and the glass would fall out eventually. This did not make me happy. I had to spend my own time to finish the job myself. After taking off the door panel I realized they cut the plastic dust shield to gain access to the window and did not replace. I vacuumed out the glass and also noticed a few plastic trim pieces were missing. They were sitting inside the door panel as well. I talked to customer service and they said I would get a call from the manager. I never got a call. I feel like a paid for a service that was only 80% complete. Beware of poor workman ship and peofessionalism at this location.

Excellent service! Had my windshield replaced here and they did a fabulous job. They go above and beyond, have a great warranty, and were fast, friendly and professional. They also gave me a free can of really good glass cleaner and some stickers to put on a rock chip, to keep it clean until it can be fixed. I still need two more windows done and will definitely get them done at Safelite.

Their chip repair is double any other shops but there scheduling and professionalism is on point

Was hesitant at first because it was the first windshield I had to get replaced, but the technician knew what he was doing and even clued me in on what he was doing and what he was going to do. Ive had the windshield replaced on both my Grand Caravan and Jeep Wrangler and the guys at Safelite did a great job on both at very reasonable prices. I can easily recommend them.

We had our windshield replaced by safelite in seattle. It developed a leak while we were traveling so we stopped at Billings MT store. They pulled the new windshield and resealed it very fast so we could get on the road again. We are very pleased with their service.

Had my wifes car in for windshield replacement... the only issue that I had was we live over 4 hours and the top molding piece decided to come unglued... I was back to see if we could get it repaired.. but only temporarily... We have to go back again and the whole windshield must come out...! Again😕😕😕😕

The Freakin Awesome-Mobile picked up a rock chip. Too busy to do anything about it I fretted about when it was going to turn into a big problem. Initially I was off-put by the 800 number and the automated phone tree. I called back later when I had more time and was pleasantly surprised to find out my insurance would cover them coming to me and fixing it while I was at work. Yes, the phone call took 20 minutes, but it was the best 20 minutes I spent all week. They are coming to me and fixing a small problem before it becomes a big problem, it would have taken more than a 20 minute phone call to get it fixed anywhere else. Definitely recommend Safelite Repair.

Ive dealt with this place before with no issues... took my 2015 Grand Cherokee to have the rear passenger window replaced because someone had attempted to break into my vehicle (thank goodness for laminated glass)... well they were giving me a decent price for the glass and to install- However over an hour into my appointment they called to say they had no idea how to get the old glass out. My door was taken apart and they didnt want to cause damage so they recommended I buy the glass from them and find someone else to install it. Mind you I live an hour and a half away and tried to make good use of this trip to Billings and had a dr appt the same time my glass was to be replaced. Luckily we had brought a separate vehicle to use for the day because I had to have them leave the glass in my jeep then go to my dealership to have them install it. Thankfully Safelite did call the dealership for me & explain the situation but I would have been pretty upset if the dealership wasnt able to fit me in that day. It was annoying that I had to pay two separate places in order to get it done and drive from the heights to the west end all during a dr appt and while trying to keep a re-tinting appt I had scheduled for right after. Safelite offered me the glass at a discount with a free set of wipers but in the end I still ended up paying the full cost with how much they charged for the glass & cost of labor from the dealership + on top of that they did damage to my door locks in the process of TRYING to get the glass out of the door which the dealership wasnt sure if they would be able to fix that day but once again the dealership came through and were able to fix it! Pretty disappointed in the whole experience definitely think Ill just go through my dealership for everything from now on. Not worth the headache or the so called discount I received. Not knocking the whole place, just make sure you know before scheduling an appt or making a trip from out of town that they can FOR SURE replace the glass on your specific vehicle.

Ok.they try a d treat you well.only problem is .manpower in a saturday.only one person in the shop a d 3 bays,hmm...its 10:40 now a d they finally brought someone in to run the till. The owners to r have at least two people in the shop.
