I have been to a ton of head shops in Massachusetts. This is without doubt my favorite. Owner is a great guy. Will help you with anything you need. Very easy going and knowledgeable. Family run business.

Billerica Smoke Shop is my go to spot for cigars and tobacco accessories. George and his staff are very knowledge and are always very helpful. They have a HUGE selection of premium cigars and I never have trouble finding something in there, whether it’s my go to cigar or something new. George always seems to have something new in his humidors which is another reason I keep coming back. Great cigar selection, great staff, and small family owned business keeps me coming back! If you’re a cigar aficionado or just a novice this shop is a must visit!

Lets see I went in and purchased and item I paid with my debit card and check my statement and realized I was overcharged I spoke to someone and they told me that if you pay with a debit or credit they charge you extra I never seen a sign stating that and I wasnt aware of that and I wasnt told that they just added it on to my bill. Thats stealing if you ask me now the item I bought that says its compatible with the juul stick well it is not I dont even want to waste my time going in there to explain to them that the item is selling that says its compatible is not Id like something else because I know the answer would be a big fat no they will not swap out or refund my item so I went this route and I called the company and told them where I purchase the item Im going to stay on top of that company because theyre item that supposedly compatible with the juul stick is not

They continually bring in great glass at good prices. Good cigar selection and pipe tobacco. They also keep up well with all vape brands, juices, and accessories. Theyre always a great shop to go to.

Wide selection, good folks, following proper ID laws, and I can almost always find what I want. Went in to pick up vape coils and I bought the wrong kind, they graciously agreed to take them back and just trade them for the right ones. Attached directly to Kmart so you can just go straight into the most dingy budget-ass department store youve ever seen right after buying some high quality smoking peripherals.They charge fairly reasonably for a smoke shop. Some things are crazy expensive but theyre all stuff nobody easily needs anyway so no harm no foul.

Friendly, great! The mile long glass display may seem daunting at first, especially when you just need to get to the opposite end, but there is water offered along the way and some people may cheer you on. Love the shop and staffThanks

Very bad customer service. I stood at at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for the 2 clerks to finish a conversation with each other. A younger lady asked me if I was all set, but never took her attention away from her cell phone. I asked her about a product, but again she was more focused on her phone than assisting a consumer with a $50 sale. She told me that the product I was buying came with accessories, but it didn’t . When it was time for me to check out an older man was at the cash register and rang up my sale. He handed me back my credit card along with a the a slip for me to sign and walked away. I asked for a receipt from another clerk and was told no.

Great help, friendly, knowledgeable service. Guy named George took the time to help me set up a vape pen for the first time to show me exactly how, not that its all that tough but I appreciated him taking the time to help a customer. I also wasnt really sure what to get as a beginner and he helped me pick something out that was inexpensive but good quality for a first timer. Definitely reccomend going here if you smoke or vape, they have everything you need!

Do not listen to the bad reviews of this place. I have never had a bad experience and have been going regularly since I turned 18. One bad review because they follow the law, one bad review because half of one of the walls is filled with cigars. I can regularly get whatever vaping product I need, I have never had a problem with their glass, I have good conversations with the staff and they are knowledgeable and helpful. They even let me roll a cig in the store when I was fiending. No complaints whatsoever

Bought an attachment earlier this week that didnt fit properly, I brought it back and the staff was very understanding of the situation! These guys are wicked friendly and I definitely plan on returning soon.

So. Not your typical glass shop. I can say from experience. Most people in glass shops. Suck. I was almost startled to talk to Steve, he was hella nice. He said his cousin is the one to talk to about glass, her name is ?Marlena? She was off the day I went in. I got an enormous can of butane, a small glass rig that came with a nice 4mm thick quartz banger. The little rig and banger for $44, Really a deal. The rig, averages about $50 for the borosilicate alone. So I knew I was getting a deal from jump. They have quality American glass in the display cases, I didnt see any super headie pieces in there but give it time. They carry CBD products and Isolate from Dank Dabber, $40 for a gram of CBD isolate, that usually averages at $60-100 per gram! If I had more cash with me I wouldve stocked up! Ill definitely be back for more.

Went here to get some Cavendish. The staff act like they are doing me a favor. So rude and nonchalant. Terrible attitude. You might as well go to Nashua NH smoke shop.
