Place is alright. Solid 3 out of 5. The two mem then own do not smoke. Therefore, if you purchase something and need to return a bubbler for unknown reasons t ok why it may not be working correctly, do not expect them to investigate. They have great product, just no experience. They should hire one guy to work that area. Place is sizable enough for another WITH experience.

The best customer service from the two gentlemen that are in the place normally in a convenience store like that if you purchase something thats broken its broken and you own it but they replace it for me and I was very grateful for that

Called to ask if they had a product available they said yes. Drove 15 min to shop to find they dont even carry that. Terrible customer service and a a dull cheep looking shop would not give my business to them. Go to Billerica smoke shop down the street they are amazing with great customer service! And actually check to see if things are in stock when you call. Unfortunately they are not open on holidays. Hence the reason I CALLED AHEAD to see if they had what I needed.
