Got a flat right next to this garage, they immediately took me in, installed the spare, and ordered the exact tire i needed. came back the next morning and my tire was immediately installed. The staff are very kind, everyone from the lady at the desk to the mechanics.

At first they appeared professional. After receiving a quote and negotiated a price to replace rear brakes and replace 4 tires I set up an appointment to bring my car in. The day before the appointment they called me and told me that they need few days to get the tires delivered. I was given two options: (1) bring the car tomorrow and get the brakes fixed and then come next week for the tires or (2) wait until next week to take care of both issues. I selected (1), they did a good job on the brakes. The day before the tires replacement appointment I called to confirm and was told that they made a mistake with the quote and they wanted to set aside the agreed upon price and charge me an extra $100. I ended up going to NTB to get the same tires and the alignment for the price I negotiated with Pace. Unprofessional and I will never go back there again. You made a mistake, you learn from it. I do not recommend PACE at all.

Ive been going here for years, and George, Rocco, and the rest of the team are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. They always help me out and wont push me to get more than I need for my car. They really do care about their customers and will always try their best to make sure that youre happy.

What a wonderful positive experience!My husband recommended I go see George to fix a bolt that was frozen. I had learned that I needed this repair during having my tires rotated and aligned with another tire shop in town. Not only did George handle quickly, but after the bolt was freed up, he took the car up to the Tire shop and handled my next task for me. He had the car aligned by the Tire shop. Thats what you call customer service... above and beyond. He will be our go to shop from now on. Thank you George!
