Owner Bo and Paul were awesome, very helpful, very knowledgeable and great prices ๐
I wonโt take my cars anywhere else! The guys are great, good prices and always accommodating! Thanks guys!
2 of the best all around techs you will find, anywhere.
Ive used Automotion for years. Chris, the new owner brings a new perspective and is enthusiastic to build on the business Steve had developed. My experience was excellent
Ive had Saabs since 1985 and thats when I first met Bo at the Reading Saab Dealer. I was devastated when he left and I lost him when he struck out on his own and now he is found! He is the best mechanic and he is the man! So glad I found him again!
Today I had issues with my car. While I was searching for a place that has more available hours automotion showed up and I am so glad that I decided to have my car towed there. Bo was such a professional and in couple hours my car was fixed! They just gained a new customer. :)
Very thorough. My volvo runs great!
I DO SAAB AND VOLVO DEEP said Bo
Sometimes when you think youre getting a good deal in reality youre not. I kept taking my car to Boe because he โtakes care of meโ. No, his work is so bad that I would have to go back 2, 3 even 4 times because the work they do is so bad. I paid almost 12 hundred bucks for front and rear brakes and exhaust less than 1 month ago. I went to get an expectation sticker and they tell me Im going to fail for an exhaust leak. Yeah Im done with this place.
Great service and very knowledgeable.Had some gears installed in my Ford 8.8, finished within the quoted time.
Bo and Paul have fixed my car 3 times over the past few years. Always nice and professional. No problems any time. Price was reasonable and fair. I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend Automotion.
Bo is the best. Great service and fair prices
Boe is the man. Excellent work by him and his son Paul and doesnt overcharge.
In short, there is no one else in the Boston area I will take my Saab. Paul and his team know Saabs, are honest, do great work and will go the extra mile for their customers. I live in Marlboro and go out of my way to go to this shop because I know it will save me from problems in the long run. Here is my history with Automation:I bought a 2002 95 Wagon with the Turbo 3.0 with 87k miles in the Spring of 2011. Shortly after I bought it, the thermostat went. I did the preliminary troubleshooting myself by checking the temperature of the radiator hoses. I first brought it to Sears in Burlington, however after some investigation they quickly discovered that this job was more than they could handle (the thermostat on this car is under the intake manifold). Automation was up the street from where I worked at the time so I brought it to them. They understood the scope of the work, gave me a fair quote, did the work and also fixed a screw up that Sears created when reconnecting all of the hoses they disassembled when scoping the job.A few months later the engine light came on. Automation determined it was the throttle body assembly. Instead of just sourcing a new one and replacing it, Paul said he had a large amount of success rebuilding them. During the same visit I asked him to investigate a number of exhaust leaks I had, specifically one that was coming from the front of the vehicle. Paul found it in the flextube. Instead of ordering a new one, around $450, he offered to weld the hole up. Well, 30k miles later and still no problems. He saved me a pile of cash during this visit in parts, at least $600.Ive found Automation does not upcharge on parts as much as other guys do (Swanson or Charles River). They always save the parts they remove from my car. If they try something and it doesnโt work they dont charge me for it. The biggest reason why I go to these guys is that other garages actually break my car when they work on it.Ive been back when other stuff breaks (car has about 130k miles on it now) and always get prompt, professional service.
Charged for nothing
Excellent
