Womens bathroom was gross ... these are 3 different stalls.

Everything I needed was available here. I enjoyed stopping here and took one night sleep.

Seems pretty normal for a few pumps not to be working on a normal bases. Card readers work poorly and Apple Pay scanning never work anymore. Not a single working windshield washer, all of them broken or missing. Couldn’t even wash my windshield. Poor maintenance of this fuel station.

No drink lids, jerky selection was slight, gas pumps are like playing Russian roulette trying to find one that works....

They want you to swipe inside to use credit card or debit. They pre pay their gas the cashier said ....so wiping card inside or outside same thing....avoid this place if you just want to fill up

Nice showers the only problem is the water is just warm. They have like 7 showers. They have really good icees here. And the store is clean. The staff is friendly. McDonalds is here also.

The McDonalds is all ways closed.pilot needs to change the restaurant. McDonalds is became the worst fast food chain in the nation. For trucks at least. Either they or closed and you cant get any food.or you have to walk through there drive thru. They suck

The manager really needs to step it up with the Mens bathroom.. Was super nasty @5:30 am 7-13-19. All the seats had piss on them and the floors looked ugly like they forgot how to take care of the place..

Mostly clean and tidy. Staff were friendly.

The truck stop was ok, but the McDonalds inside was horrible, we waited 20 minutes for food and the place was filthy.

As a professional driver that has its own RV transport business this is one of the nicest Pilots. Clean organized, with a friendly staff. Not many Pilots like this.

I went in the other day and this blond woman that cashed me out that day was so rude and her language she used towards me was so disrespectful and I have already reported it to corporate and I wont be going back to Pilot if theyre going to have people like that working for them

A great place in Big Spring, Texas to fuel up and fill your appetite or munchies...

I reserved a parking space for this store and when I arrived all the spaces were taken and no one in the store would help me get the people out of the space they didn’t belong in so that I could park I called customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do so basically you cannot depend on pilot to reserve a spot for you all they can do for you after 2 AM is refund your money! Regardless whether or not you have time left on your clock!

Clean bathroom, absolutely no enforcement of mask wearing. Signs posted, nothing enforced, you’ve been warned.

I love my job

Pilot is a favorite place for us to stop when traveling for several reasons. First, their CLEAN restrooms were so appreciated! They have a good selection of snacks and competitive gas prices. I could always count on a good working squeegee and awesome window cleaning solution that wasnt muddy and melted the bug mess off the window! We couldnt always find a Pilot to stop at as we crossed 12 states and drove 5800 miles, but we came close!

Nice large store, showers are nice and big and the temperature isnt below freezing like most are. Parking is a little funky. I got backed into while I was in the bunk. That was drivers fault. PLEASE DONT USE THE RESTROOM STALLS AS A PHONE BOOTH!

Apparently you corrected everything, the rest rooms are clean, the sanitizer, the shower requires fixing the water drain and you need to clean the fan and the soap dispenser must be screwed on, generally clean, the pilots staff are friendly, the coffee is fresh, thanks

Clean showers ok parking

I was looking for a couple of things that I couldnt find at the TA:1) Indian style blankets - they are tough, machine washable and make great seat covers ( photo provided)2) high amp car chargerI found exactly what I was looking for here.Even though I found exactly what I was looking for I probably will not go back to this store because of the employees. On two or more occasions I have been completely ignored by the counter staff, today was no different. I really get the feeling they would rather not be bothered

Ive visited this pilot travel center multiple times in the past year and the restrooms and always very clean and the store well kept. The store also does a good job of checking out customers if they have a long line. Wonderful service, clean, and well maintained.

This pilot travel center is your typical truck stop. I found it to be clean even when crowded and the staff was friendly and nice. They had a good selection of stuff for food and drinks. Everything was stocked and there was a good assortment of everything. Will probably stop again if I am in the area.

Well done to the people at the Pilot Travel Center not only where the restrooms very clean and large but theres plenty of food selection for both adults and toddlers there was a certain amount of fruit snacks even vegetables and soups and not to mention to the back of the store as a McDonalds so if none of that stuff tickles your fancy is always Mickey Ds when we checked out the service from the store manager was absolutely amazing we are greeted with the warm smile and offered other quick buy items like lighters or two for one on Reeses Peanut Butter Cups this location is extremely busy be prepared to look for parking and dance around truckers as youre doing your shopping still an awesome place to stop and visit thanks Pilot Travel Center for making our stop. that much easier

No good food for drivers that drive at night

Stop price gouging us drivers. Were financially supporting our families who arent working. McDonalds is closed to drivers for a $2 burger and your burger is $6.. when is Pilot / Fj going to step up for us and stop stealing our hard earned money . They know us drivers are limited and they thrive on that. Ill starve today. Im not paying it !!!

It was my first time coming to the pilot McDonalds and it was very nice. I stopped to purchase gas and use the restroom. The restroom was big and had plenty of toilets and urinals. It was very clean as well. This particular establishment has a variety of ways to check out. You can see a cashier or pay at the pump which is usually, but what really surprised me is that I could do self checkout. There was a register like youd see in a Walmart. I could purchase items and gas. It was pretty cool. I would definitely stop by here again .

Great places! Good hot food. Pizza and great coffee. They have s machine that makes hot fresh ground coffee in front of you and tastes better then star bucks.

Clean. Helpful staff. Coffee is good so Im told by my co- driver. Never touch the stuff myself.

Ive gone in later in the evening usually. Always clean. 😁 Theres a tall younger girl who works there, very good at her job. But the older woman....think its time for her to retire. Not nice...ever😵

Large facility easily accessed from I-20... fuel pricing was pretty good - a tad higher than in Dallas but not too bad. The store is large, well stocked, and clean. Restrooms were well lit, clean, and stocked with paper, soap, etc.There is a McDonalds in the Pilot as well with the touch-screen ordering system... have used a few times and still not a fan but I guess thats where we are headed...? The McDonalds employees were very nice, friendly, and helpful. All around a positive experience!

Mens restroom is nasty but thats too be expected in oil country. PJ fresh is my go to as McDonalds and the other day good places are always packed and slow.

This place has it all! Crowded parking during peak hours. Otherwise a fantastic place to refuel, dine in or take out, and find those extra for road trips.

Got fuel. No cleaner or squeegees in buckets. Garbage cans overflowing. Mens restroom trashy. Lady behind counter very nice.

Only giving it a 1 star so I could write the review. Went there for breakfast and waited 45 minutes. Guess they dont know how to cook breakfast. The wait staff was very inattentive. Took over 10 minutes just to pay for the juice and leave. Never stopping there again for anything other than gas.

I stopped to eat at McDonalds thats connected to the Pilot Travel Center. Busy place. If you are needing to fill up with gas, go to the restroom and get something to eat I would say this is your place. But if youre just looking to get something to eat I suggest you use the drive thru or find another McDonalds in Big Spring because by the time you find a place to park to go in and eat you could have driven to another McDonalds location in town. Other than that it was a great experience.

Find a bargain get a coffee a pack or two of cigarettes a lighter a hot dog.or some fruit cup.

Pilot has some of the cheapest fuel in the West Texas area. Located on 1788 & Hyw 191. They also have late night snacks which come in handy when Im on the go.

Very clean well stocked. Parking is a bit of a hassle. But for most part you can get in and out Ok.

Asked for a favor over the phone if they can make the whole pizza for me to be ready once I arrive there, so I dont have to lose time because of the log book,they did it for me,thank you so much!!!!!!

Lots of parking for 18 wheelers, and for car and pickups. Great friendly, excellent staff. Very well trained, in all positions. Variety of food and products, and clean showers. Along with a McDonalds Resteraunt inside. Only thing missing is you. Easy access from I-20, so get on off and park that ride. Step inside rest that hide. Thank you

The shower had the last person’s used wash rag and the shower soap was empty and the hand soap was also empty. Thanks a lot

The McDonalds has to be, by far, the WORST I have ever had the misfortune of patronizing. First off, I ordered the two cheeseburger value meal and my wife ordered chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Then when I checked the bag there was one cheeseburger and no sauce so I went inside. The girl was rude, acted put out, condescending, and like I was asking for something special. All I wanted was what I ordered. Nothing more. I guess as a punishment she made me wait for over five minutes. Im assuming she had recognized what an order of fries looked like because she was dressed like some manager of some sort. If you go in there and see a skinny black girl with braids be sure and tell her that I had told you to stay away.

As always pilot never disappoints, clean and well maintained rest rooms and reasonably priced quick eats.

Soda fountain was flat.Cashier told me to use the automated checkout, but the automated checkout doesn’t give you sale price on soda. $1.99 vs .99 for a soda I threw away.Big part of the reason I’m starting to prefer Love’s over Pilot/Flying J after being a loyal customer for years.

They have anything you could need for the most part. The foods pretty good too.

Takes incredibly long time to get diesel, 1/2 a gallon per minute. Second time using this station to fill up and sane experience the first time, thought first time was a fluke but will do my best to not stop here again.

Unfortunately, there is no other Pilot nearby in the Big Spring area, and I don’t like TA at all. So, as a commercial driver, I don’t have much choice than this Pilot. The place is filthy compared to other Pilots. At the pumps most of the time you find no or just dirty water for cleaning the windshield. Paper out almost all the time. The scraper are broken and sometimes you‘ll have to find one at other pumps. The manager is arrogant (the staff is friendly). The Mc Donald’s is filthy too. The showers are ok. Defiantly not my favorite place...

Its a PILOT in name only but a nice truck stop nonetheless. Good coffee, clean restrooms, and pretty large truck parking.

I cant tell you how much fun i have at all the different places i go to but places like these I know Im coming back to its simply so much of a difference in all the similarities tried to be upheld thats the irony in going to these places and getting mixed up and finding the help from someone in an all around different way each time no matter where u go. Its such a blessing to see some husslers and blessed is the one who gets the money

The Pilot was great, McDonalds sucked. I asked for a special order and they got it wrong. 30 minute break isnt a long time to go back and fix it.

Used the gas pump and was charged additional $151 on my card. When I asked the manager about it, she stated that it was protocol for using a gas card and that the money would eventually be returned to the card. I smiled and said ok, thank you. As I WALKED AWAY she said next time read the sign. I dont understand how someone saw the need to be so rude when I was neither rude or angry towards them.

About 50 or so parking spots, showers are great get there early local drivers park there.

The service was pretty good, and always a good selection of food, and other truck stop options. However, both the toliets and restrooms were horrendous. I wouldnt let a pigs pee in there. Im a woman, so naturally used the womens room. But how am I supposed to pee with with hair and left over poop in the toliets. In each and every one.

Expensive but your typical station. Avoid the McDonalds attached if you value your money and tastes buds!

There was this skinny cashier black hair with glasses and she was just being rude to everyone guys in particular tteating them like they were dumb. Not with me though dont know if my 250lb body intimidated her or not but she did act very courteous with me she should be like that with everyone just saying.

Amazing! If this is the one I was at next to McDonalds, I loved it! The bathrooms were sooooooo clean. And the coffee selection was great. Everything seemed to be taken care of and thats so refreshing for being a travel center. I was so pleased! Thank you for taking care of us. Staff was alright. The girl didnt address me at all, just said my total but thats fine I guess it was late. Overall amazing!

These people... the employees work very hard. The store is clean. There is an outstanding selection of just about anything you need to snack or drink.

This is pretty nice for a heavily used gas station. It seems there arent many lager ones along the way.

Incompetent fuel desk, one pump was broken and watched about 5 rigs go to it and waste time trying to use it and then have to move because they were too lazy to put an out of order on it. Entire def system down also.

I ended up having to take a cold shower as there wasnt any hot water! The service was top of the line. The food in the restaurant was vast!
