The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent and rude. Prescriptions are never ready, even when they send a text that it is. Pharmacy staff makes snarky comments and has zero customer service skills. I will be transferring all prescriptions to Rantoul St after having several issues here.
I need a price of a prescription at the pharmacy and MARY was terrible oh my God I have no words for her reaction that even my 10 years old asked me why is she so rude mom! I went to the CVS at Rantoul Street and they was great helped me so nice and made easy for me to buy the medicine.
Have been on the phone waiting 20 min for someone from the pharmacy to pick up this is the third time Iv called in the past two days
Pharmacy has poor record of having prescriptions ready at promised times.
Terrible refill waiting time!! So many times I’ve gone to pick up and medication isn’t ready!
I will never bring my business to this CVS again. The absolute most appalling experience of my life in a pharmacy with the apparently infamous “Mary”. After trying to speak with her about a situation with conflicting prescriptions after a major operation that took place an hour ago I with met with hostile belligerent attitude and accusations I was attempting to speak over her and that it was her turn to talk. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life. A power trip by a small pharmacy employee who has control of people’s lives in dire moments who should be summarily fired. When it was time for me to get my prescription she walked away and refused to acknowledge the confrontation as though she had “won” the battle and ignoring the customer was my punishment. If I was the owner I’d have her removed, and I find it unbelievable that so many people have negative experiences with an employee and yet they continue to work there.
CVS HAS GONE From great to very bad when you call you’re on hold for at least 15 minutes before anybody bothers to answer. The automated system for medication refills is terrible it doesn’t work it doesn’t have the right information necessitating calling which puts you on hold for a long time sometimes up to a half hourYou need more help at CVS!My advice to other people is don’t use CVS use some other drugstore.
Nurse practitioner Catherine O’Donnell (not sure of the spelling) is the rudest person I’ve come across! I will Be filing a legal complaint with the state agency to file a complaint! She violated every rule of privacy. Don’t call the store as nobody answers the phone at the dodge street location!!
I recently had head surgery. My vision is weak due to swelling. Several bottles of medicine are mislabeled or not labeled. Im currently prone to seizures. Never take my business back to that pharmacy.
Cancelled COVID test
I had to refill two prescriptions, one that needed my primary care physician to okay more refills. I called the RX numbers in as I have done for many years. MARY, the person that took my call was very rude as she declared that “you have no refills, you should be calling your physician”. I was immediately put off by her derogatory comments. This manner is uncalled for, and her customer service skills are less than welcome.I don’t even know if my prescriptions will proceed properly. Please Mary, reevaluate your position.
Ashland and Janet is were VERY hospitable, patient and accommodating with my prescription pick up today. There was an issue with my insurance and I changed my mind a few times as far as how I wanted to proceed. These two ladies were EXTREMELY kind, professional and easy-going throughout my indecisiveness and made the experience one of the best I’ve EVER received as a consumer. THANK YOU Ashland and Janet!
Honestly I was super frustrated when I came into the store from a hectic morning. I bought a candy bar to break a $20 because none of the banks I went to were open. I just wanted to get in and out. Audrey checked me out and was probably one of the most upbeat and sweetest people I’ve ever met. To be cliche, she really brightened my day. I walked into the store grumpy and left with a smile on my face.
Unreasonable and unsympathetic minute clinic staff
Store is well laid out and they had everything I needed. As with every CVS, a little pricier than Target, but great product selection. Its a busy location and the lines can get backed up sometimes, but I usually can get in and out pretty quick!
This is the worst ran pharmacy . Extremely long wait times to pick up my clients prescription. Ive notice some workers have been there a while and are not even sure what they are even doing. I can tell its very poor training. I received a prescription that belong to a completely different person which is dangerous. There is one girl who is always yelling at customers in the morning time. I tried calling before I came once was hung up on multiple times. I notice a few pharmacist laughing and flirting with the young workers which looks inappropriate. And don’t even bother coming after 7 the pharmacist is so rude you can tell he hates his job and has the one tech running around trying to do every thing. I know people must quit here a lot. Going else where.
Very clean store. Open 24 hours. Extra wide isles. Large variety of items. Minimal lines at the check out.
I have been going to this CVS for years and I have always had great customer service. I had to post this review because I was so put off by this woman (MARY) at the pharmacy. I went through the pharmacy this evening and I picked up 2 prescriptions. My doctor was going to send a prescription over so that I had refills and I wasn’t sure if he sent it over. I asked if she could check and she was so rude and bothered that I asked her during the “payment” section of the process. After I paid she said, again so rudely, who I wanted to check on a prescription for. I said it was for me, she corrected me and said “you said it was for your daughter!”. I said to her that it was in fact for me and she said with the biggest attitude, “ I gave you everything you had, that’s what I do!”. I said ok and she shoved the drawer so hard that even my 11 year old son, was taken aback. I can not believe the rudeness, such a disappointment.
Can get what I need to get any time day or the middle of the night
There are serious crunch times for picking up meds, take a look at the peak traffic times that google maps lists for this location and then avoid them. Never had a problem with the staff, treat them with human decency and they return the favor.
Clean store, convenient location, good friendly helpful staff, lots of parking, well organized and well lit store
Alright, Im going to get a little personal here-Bare with me.I go to this CVS because its 24hr. I cant always fill my medications immediately. Now, Im aware that there are a lot of sketchy people who get their meds filled. Of course with the opioid epidemic, pharmacists are going to be on high alert.However.Ive been getting the same medications (while one is in fact a controlled substance) for 5 years now.5 years. The same prescription, same doctor, same pharmacy. And every, EVERY time I go there, what do they do?Treat me like Im some sketchy addict, trying to swindle a couple extra pills. And EVERY. TIME. they do, I prove them wrong. Which is them met with even more rudeness. They care more about appearing right, then they do about their customers.
Very good customer service and selection of products
I waited in line for 40 minutes at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The woman asked me to spell my name 5 times (its 4 letters long) and then sent me to wait another 10 minutes at prescription drop off. When I went there they gave me an hour to hour and a half wait time. I went back after an hour and was told theyd expedite it and itd be another 45 minutes. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly rude. They either need to hire more people or have serious turn around because I did not see one effective use of employee time or one competent person the entire time I was there. Never go here. They have no respect for their customers or their time and apparently have zero concern for peoples comfort.
Good service, not long lines for prescription pick ups.
Its just a cvs but pharmacy is open all night and they usually have a lot of clearanced beauty products.
A nice CVS. Pretty big.
The male pharmacist was very rude, didnt want to help me and was trying to rush me out of the way when dropping off my prescription. I will NEVER go here again when coming to prescriptions.
The wait times at the pharmacy are just plain awful. The pharmacy staff is always so busy. They need more staff.
The pharmacy staff has a lot to be desired..they are not helpful and always seem to be having a bad day!
Everything was in stock, the place was clean and the service was friendly.
Good
The place is under staffed and disorganized. Prescriptions never on time even when saying they are ready online. Prepare to return another date or wait until they can refill. I just returned from trying to get two vaccines today, scheduled online but no record at the pharmacy. There wasnt even anyone there on duty capable of administering it turns out anyway!
