Dropped off an item to be picked up by UPS, 3 weeks later the tracking still does not show that they ever had it, let alone that it has moved at all. When I called and asked the guy on the phone said that everything dropped off on the day I left it had been picked up, but the package has not been delivered.

First time being there since it has been changed over so many times and had a horrible experience. I dont think the owner comprehends the English vocabulary well. I had a UPS package delivered there instead of my home all because I was not home at the time. I have unwired about the package and he stood there like as if I had 20 heads. I did not realize that my new job had sent a package to me at the time and I was investigating what it was and who sent it. By the time I realized what happened and tried to pick up the package....the owner held my package as hostage accusing me that I was being rude to him. Sorry to tell you but unfortunately he was walking on a fine line of him holding my package hostage. No one has the right to hold any US parcels as hostage under the federal law. Just be aware of my situation if any one experiences with the situation that I have had with place.
