Im so happy to have found this UPS Store. I worked with Ari and she was wonderful. Her manager and the owners of the store should do what they can to keep her happy in her work environment. Her customer service skills were great and she did everything she could to help me. She found the correct size boxes I was looking for and made sure to hold them for me until I got there to pick them up. Im so impressed by her, its rare to find someone that is willing to go out of their way to help, and she did that 100 fold! Thank you so much!

Impeccable, friendly, expedient, customer service. Fully staffed. They always anticipate customer needs and follow through. Staff consistently goes the extra mile. The best UPS store. Highly recommend it. Parking is easy—usually find a spot right in front of the store.

They are great! Some stupid people mailed me with a wrong Suite number and wrong name from time to time but they kept my mails safely and delivered to me securely. They’ve helped me to move some heavy packages accordingly frequently as well. Good services and good people!

This is the best UPS store in the LA county area by far. You are paying for location...so expect to pay a decent amount for a box. My experience: walked in and got a box and was treated like royalty from day one. They all know my name and remember my box number, if I walk in the door, before I make it to the front of the line, they usually have already grabbed whatever I have to pick up and hand it to me. 24 hour boxes are also available of course, but the regular service costs less and is just as great!I have been helped with printing and lamination and some technical issues that a normal place would not have helped me with. The crew is kind and cheerful on all counts. I feel like it is “my place”, which is a rare feeling I get at a retail location.I come in with a smile and have a good attitude, and it has paid off with them giving me the same back, ten time over!If you are new to town or need a place to get mail that feels like home, this one is it. Small space and some long lines on occasion but here is there key... great parking options and n the street and one street over has free parking for two hours, and the best part is.... next to coffee and groceries and the bank and NEXT DOOR TO THE POST OFFICE! Packages seem to arrive rather quickly on that count and makes for an ease of running a host of errands all at once. Could not be more pleased.

This place is terrible. They’re so cheap. I live in the neighborhood and I’m always here. These people only care about money and not customer service or customer retention. Lots of other locations. Don’t come here.

Do not go to this store, its worse than a DMV. Pathetic service. They are too unorganized like a 3rd world country store. The owner is a foreigner, very rude and talks in condescending manner. The customer lines go all the way back and the employees dont care and finish slowly. The whole place looks like a mini shack that might as well be in some other decrepit part of city not in this neighborhood. To make matters worse, in COVID times, people are being made to stand too long next to each other while they are mismanaging the whole experience of you standing there in line and wait for small things like sending things. I was there and had first hand exposure to their inexperience and casual way of conducting business. They took my money and provided 0 service.

Weird people in this store. There’s five people walking in circles getting nothing done type of vibe. You know ;) just two faced people. Please just go and support usps. Better prices any way!!

Very rude and unprofessional attitude, charged me $3 for forwarding an email and $1 for printing the ups label.

Ash, Ari & Cesar and the entire team absolutely ROCK! I have been with them for about 2 years now and they are amazing people!!!

Ash and Ari were so helpful and accommodating! We showed up with a huge box right as they were closing to be sent out internationally and he was so welcoming and professional. Ash really helped us find the best solutions for the most reasonable price, all while he was helping other customers, and stayed after closing time to assist us with no complaints. After we left, we also saw him carrying out packages to the UPS truck when the driver was blocked from parking in the back (after he was supposed to be off already). We were really impressed with how he was able to help everyone efficiently, quickly, and professionally. Ari was also very helpful as she would know exactly what to do when Ash had to help another customer. This store really has the best service and a hardworking staff.

Been coming here for the past couple of years now. I even have a PO box here. Great 90212 address to have :)They always have a full staff and the place operates like a mom & pa place. Very friendly people and all my packages are done perfect. The items that I ship are very delicate and breakable and this guys know how to package them safe and sound.Great service all the time.

The staff is so helpful here, even extended a bit out of service time today evening in this COVID-19 pandemic era, otherwise there was no option to again revisit along with my family/kids for notary services .. This is rare type of help and support, this matters a lots.

I signed up with the UPS mail service at this location (Beverly Dr.) a year ago. The staff is incredibly professional and on point. The service has been phenomenal. Any time I receive a package, I receive an immediate notice. I am very fortunate to have discovered this mail service. :)

Dishonest people who stole my passport when it was mailed in a past after I cancelled mailbox. It was never mailed back! There employees not last and disposable. Dont arrange important documents to be mailed if you renting a mailing box from them!

I had to get a Notary in Beverly Hills this UPS Store was great. The Notary was very helpfull. The employees were very professional and nice I ended up shipping a package with them as well they sent me an e-mail for shipping and also when the package was delivered. Highly recommend this store.

Not all notary services are the same, Cesar is a cut above the rest. Fast, friendly and professional.

Easily the best UPS store Ive ever been to.

My packaged was recorded being at this location at 8:35am and the website said my package would be arriving the same day before 8pm, but it never did, even though my home is a 4min drive from this UPS location. Pretty disappointed.

This store has lost an expensive item I was sending out. It was my first time and I didnt receive a receipt/proof of shipping.A year or so later I went back to send out a fairly expensive item, again already boxed and taped. I was not given a receipt. I had to ask for a receipt/proof. Make sure you ask for a computer printed receipt/proof of shipping.

I Highly recommend UPS Store located on 324 S Beverly Blvd, In Beverly Hills to everyone, What a Five Star service I got from this location. I had to ship a box to Texas overnight got there on time and very affordable and fair price, cheaper than Post office next door.
