Great customer service! I go there once a week to send packages for our company, and the women who work there are always very professional and patient. I actually look forward to seeing them weekly! Glynis is always very friendly and knowledgeable.

After receiving an email that our online order was ready for pick up, we drove an hour and a half to the location, and also schedule people to meet at our venue for a full set up, however once arriving at the store we discovered that the job has yet to be started, and nobody has any explanation or idea why we were informed that the job was fully completed and ready for pick up. Always call ahead to make sure, apparently nobody fed ex has any clue why this happens.

1. The printer is often broken. Cannot rely on this place to print something last minute2. Color printing is poor quality. Definitely cannot be used for a quality marketing material3. Often understaffed

Awful service by Glynis, who not only was rude but charged me double for my shipping (I brought 2 packages weighing 4lbs each and was charged for 2 packages weighing 9lbs each)Tried complaining about that, no one seems to care.Garbage service, awful prices, will only be using usps from now on. At least they’re cheaper, don’t need to pay premium for trashy device and customer care(Was a happy customer until Glynis and that incident, loved that location, whilshire and sunset. But since no one seems to care about this I’m just done with that company all together)
