I ordered 14KT WHITE GOLD BLACK ONYX DIAMOND COMPASS CHARM, and could not be happier! Upon opening the package, the necklace was beautifully boxed with such attention to detail! The necklace was more beautiful in person than I could ever imagine!I will be ordering from yall again for SURE!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with this jeweler. I have been admiring Anne Sisterons style for years because she is featured in the high-end gift shop at the Orlando Four Seasons Resort at Disney.I love pavé set diamonds as my personal style and that is her specialty!I saw the Scythe bracelet on social media somewhere and had to have it. It wasnt currently on the website so I reached out to them via email and was set up with the e-commerce manager, Brooke. She sent me the info and I was able to put in an order for a custom piece, ready in 4-6 weeks.Approximately 4 weeks later it was shipped to me via Fed-Ex signature two-day delivery. It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided.Unfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them.Brooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! Its beautiful. I love it. Its a stunner and matches well with another fine jewelry piece I have from Tiffany and Co.This is going to be one of my go-to shops for sure. Excellent customer service, ownership and accountability, great communication, and beautiful diamond pieces!They also recently launched a loyalty program with specials and gifts for members!Im located out of state but will make sure to visit the storefront when I am next in California.

Im very impressed with the quality of diamonds and the gold chains weight, design of link, and the beautiful clasp that I recently purchased. Service was outstanding during my special order as well. My package arrived and it was placed in an attractive well designed jewelry box with a designer face mask.The entire experience has been wonderful. I ordered a ring to be used as my wedding band and had to have it resized because they didn’t have the smaller size in stock. I had contacted Rachel and she offered to resize the ring or if I wanted to wait for the other size, they were willing to work with whatever I needed. Due to the fact my wedding is at the end of the month I opted to have them resize the ring. I sent it back and they had it sized and back to me in a couple of days. They have been nothing but wonderful and I will totally order from them again. They’re jewelry is beautiful, unique, and exactly what I was looking for.
