Horrible customer service. First off, we were not greeted when we walked into the store. Secondly, I struggled with trying the necklaces on, usually the sales reps will help…. Lastly, when I asked the price of an additional item, the sales rep gave me the incorrect price... Not sure what that was about but the experience did not live up to my expectations at all. I made a purchase but am beginning to regret it based on the lack of quality service.
I called this store TWICE to make sure that they had two of the same necklace. The second time I called was to make sure that they had the next size larger. I was told both times that they had both items. I got there and they did not have two of EITHER item. They then told me theyd have them overnighted from another store and that I could pick them up the next morning. They said that they would call me as soon as they arrived. They never called or updated me in anyway. Absolutely terrible customer service for a place that is supposed to be high quality. I am never shopping at this store again.

When I first came to Tiffany Beverly Hills almost a decade ago, I actually met with customer service first. The person who helped me was Albina. I didnt know it at the time but Albina is basically the most real, down to Earth, no nonsense, and friendly face of Tiffany. Over a short time, my family and I developed a familial bond with her which led to her seeing us through some of the best and worst times of our lives. When we were going through the worst of it, Albina cared more than we could ever have expected. Thank you so much Albina, we love you so much for everything youve done for us.We made some amazing friends on the sales side and management side over the years at Tiffany Beverly Hills as well. We absolutely love Joanna H. due to her warmth, kindness, caring and conscientiousness. Tiffany Beverly Hills is a second home to my family and I because Joanna manages the store so wonderfully. Also, I have to mention Johann whose passion, knowledge and uplifting personality really brings the fun to something that can be stuffy at other places. Thank you both for being so great, we adore you both and we feel adored in return.I would also like to specifically thank past friends we made at Tiffany (Mary J. and Francine T. especially) that helped us establish such loyalty to the Tiffany brand and their people.Now you might think we were treated especially well because we spent a ton of cash but this wasnt the case for greater than half of our 15 year relationship with Tiffany and Co. Sometimes in life, you make genuine connections with people and those connections can create opportunities.So, Ill give you one piece of useful advice. Be a decent human being and treat people with respect and kindness. It also helps to be excited about the Tiffany brand and their products, especially the works of art pieces you cant afford (dare to dream and show appreciation for their beauty). Just do these things and youll be treated extremely well even if you dont have the means to be as spendy as you would like. Also, if you do have the means, appreciate what you buy and treat the pieces well. Tiffany people appreciate other Tiffany people that genuinely love and cherish their pieces.Oh, did I forget to review their actual products? Well, over the years weve purchased home goods (ceramics, glass, bowls, silverware), leather goods (wallet and purse), and jewelry of all different types. All I have to say is that Ive never regretted a single purchase and never had the temptation to go anywhere else.So in short, their products speak for themselves regardless of their higher prices. Some think luxury brands are a rip off but I personally feel and see the quality for Tiffany goods that warrant higher prices (not wishful thinking, I just pay attention to the details). Not to mention, their brand brings much higher resale values when compared to any non-branded jewelry. Arguably, Tiffany has one of the strongest resale values even among its peers based on what Ive seen from various sources due to consistently strong demand.Tiffany is also unique in that they sell items that are accessible to less than wealthy people. Some say that dilutes the brand and loses the luster of exclusivity but I say thats elitist drivel. If you want exclusive, try buying a Blue Book piece or a Tiffany marked Patek Philippe watch to satisfy your desires. If someone buying silver and home goods somehow makes that less special, get a life and maybe get some therapy to try being a better person.At the end of the day, Tiffany shares their beauty and art with almost everyone. Their treasures are attainable goals for most and that may be the most beautiful thing of all right next to all the amazing people that are a part of the Tiffany family.
Do not buy with the salesman J.Kim!! Tiffany’s products are beautiful and pretty, but the service is so annoying. The salesman just push us to purchase the jewelry and take money from us without caring about what we really need and like. Very bad shopping experience at this store.

Had an issue with a clasp on a bracelet I just bought for my wife less than a week ago. Felt like I was getting the run around until Derek stepped in to exercise his leadership as manager and solved the issue. 5 stars for his amazing service!
Well....The ring someone purchased from here and gave to me, actually rusted and became extremely dirty looking. I dont remember what I did with the ring after that??? I feel like their items are cheaply made but look very pretty at first glance.
Our second trip here after being asked several times if we wanted to see the price as if we can’t afford it. Not only this wonderfully lacking customer service but they couldn’t find a key to open a case with a key chain we wanted. Took them 45 minutes and several people looking before the key was found. Today we came to get my friends daughters bracelets but again limited stock and being told the ring that don’t fit my husbanded has only one 11.5 out there somewhere in the world and retuning is a pain we are just going to Houston’s and Shop at Pandora from now on
So, this is a perfect example of first impressions is everything.I dropped by this location today to have 3 of my rings cleaned and the reception I received from the security staff at the front was shocking! I was dressed casually as I had been running errands all day and when I attempted to enter the store I was wearing my mask and the security guy literally just stared at me. Having been to other Tiffanys locations in the past many times, I was expecting their usual, hello, welcome, how can we assist you today?. Instead I received a cold glare. I then, explained why I was there and he just told me to sanitize my hands and tried to persuade me to leave as it would take too long for my rings to be cleaned as they had to be shipped to New York in times of COVID19. He came so close to me that I felt that he didnt want me to enter (so much for their staff adhering to social distancing regulations). I told him I understand and then he blurted out that I was wearing my mask inside out continuing with that rude, tasteless and offensive stare. I changed my mask and the other security guard yelled from across the store that I was wearing it the wrong way. It was at that point that I started to feel that they just didnt want me in the store because perhaps I was wearing torn jeans and flats - SOCIAL PROFILE MUCH?I told the guard that I wanted to speak to the service staff anyway to see my options of having my rings cleaned and he pointed to the elevator. I waited in the wait room for 10 min with no one coming out, while in the meantime, another customer joined me and she too didnt want to wait and we were about to leave when someone finally came out and asked us how she could help. I told her that I wanted my 3 rings cleaned and she said that since its not done currently in store it would have to be sent to New York. She also told me that it would be a $50 charge for each ring. Tiffanys policy is lifetime cleaning for all their rings free of charge and I reminded her of that....but she didnt know.I have one word of advice for this store. Match the quality of service with the quality of your rings!I was appalled after I left. Never going back.

As a wedding planner, its always a joy getting to visit Tiffany! While in town, I stopped by with colleagues and got to speak with the team and even try on rings! They treated us so well even though we werent intending to buy anything. They also left me with a Tiffany book for free which I now display in my office for clients to see when they arrive, and I sent Tiffany gifts to clients once they book as well. Ive fallen in love with the brand since this visit and recommend this store to anyone in the area!
Was fully prepared to buy an expensive piece of jewelry for someone special this Christmas. However, the person I was appointed was uninspiring and did not seem to know much about anything. Nor did he seem to care. Really shows how a store representative can change your experience, memory and perspective on a brand. Ive purchased many pieces from this company before.. So, for the sake of that location, I hope they let go of this unnamed employee as he was far from meeting the expectations one would expect to receive from Tiffanys. He should be very easy to spot.
This Tiffany & Co. location doesnt offer much different than other Tiffany & Co. locations, but thats a good thing! As with all of their locations, the space is beautiful. The customer service staff are helpful when you need it. This is a fast paced location due to the tourist numbers, but you can still buy everything from a bracelet to an engagement ring here!Pro tip - if you need help and no-one seems to be coming up to you, just go over and say hi! Youll get great customer service!
Love Tiffanys. Spent thousands there. Now, one of my keyring got brutally out of shape, and I thought they can fix it, after all its a major store and I thought they do minor repairs in house. 2nd floor send me down one floor, who sent me down one floor to customer service. Repair takes three weeks, they have to send it to New York.The small jeweler round the corner fixed it in 10 minutes, for 10% of Tiffanys price. I am questioning my love to Tiffanys a bit.
Bought ladies watch, pencil and clip in a past. How sad that prices for these items rase almost 4 times. I loved NU store better / flagship store obviously/.

I went to Tiffany for a number of reasons and one was to possibly get an upgrade for my ring.... David Moreno and Keith Goodnick helped me the whole way through and gave amazing service. When you go to this Tiffanys, ask for David or Keith and they will make sure you are taken care of 100%. I definitely recommend this Tiffany to everyone!!! And David and Keith deserve a raise :)

Dislike Tiffany, worst customer service, horrible managers, their VP Michael couldn’t know how to handle customer service, and used threaten language to their customer, and used not existing law to try to make the customer stop complaining, and asked their customer service team to force close customer’s complaint case! For the money you spend, you can get much much better service and much much better products at other places!
This place is atrocious. My fiancé and I walked in here around New Years. He was ready to buy me a diamond necklace for the occasion. We were not helped by anyone. All the employees ignored us. We were dressed nicer than anyone in the store. I was wearing a nice dress and someone else was wearing SWEAT PANTS. And they were attended to MORE THAN US. fact, everyone looked at us like we were scum. If I could give them a negative review if I would. Never go in here, unless you look like a milliion bucks, even if you could afford that much. #Anything>Tiffany
Want here with my family looking to buy something for my fiancé, they sales person was rude and unprofessional. Can’t believe that a company with such beautiful jewelry would hire such rude employees. They need to be trained better and learn how to interact with customers.
Great upstairs staff, great jewelry, but the lady downstairs...different story. She is rude and acts as though you are wasting her time. I came in to place an engraving order. Just so blahzay about everything. Maybe send her to some customer service extensive training. She could use a lesson on how to speak to people and appear approachable.That is all!
Went to this store with my wife and children, my wife was wanting to buy some earrings. I could not believe how rude the sales person was wonse she finally decided to serve us (after about 10minites of waiting) with no other customers around. We have never had such a bad experience at any other Tiffany store, my wife also asked if they do ring cleaning for her Tiffany engagement ring and wedding band and the lady just said over there might help, and pointed to the front of the store. I will never go back to this particular store again, and the management at this store really needs to address the attitude of their staff.
Im Tiffany fan in general, and I shopped from most of their stores worldwide, but this is one of the most beautiful Tiffany & Co. locations in the world. Lovely decoration and design, friendly and helpful customer service.

If I went there right after Christmas, I didnt have the watch I wanted, and I explained this request hard in crippling English. The local staff said, There is no stock anywhere in the United States. Is it sold in Japan? ! I was bitten by, and the troubled staff called the Japanese veteran staff from somewhere. I will receive it safely and will receive it again later.I was guided to the basement, got the band adjusted, and finally got it. While waiting, I received a bottle of mineral water.Tiffany is everywhere, but I wanted to buy it here. While wrapping, the staff take turns, Its a very beautiful clock. I was happy that I had a good shopping.When I went to Christmas, it was a holiday. Its an important day.
