One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. This place is a joke. Zero costumer service. I would think twice before buying anything from them. Take your business elsewhere. They deliver damaged goods and take their sweet time to replace. Even when the replacement comes, it is damaged. Theyre a waste of your time. Everyone there should get fired.

They have something for everyone no matter what your style is. They have a beautiful showroom in Beverly Hills and an extremely helpful and friendly staff. I also had a great experience shopping online for a few products - everything arrived promptly and in great condition.

Last week my family and I visited the Grayson Luxury furniture store because I need a new bed. The store is well laid out. They have a wide variety of furniture and home essentials at a reasonable price. Considering the fact that they are all designer brand furniture. The showroom is really fun to walk around and the sales person was extremely patient. After checking out many pieces I placed my custom order. I can’t wait for my new bed to arrive.

I received the utmost professional service from everyone (Jordan, Nick and Nico), I spoke with at Grayson Living Furniture store. I was somewhat nervous about making such a large purchase over the internet, but after reading other reviews I decided to move forward and I am very pleased with my purchase (bedroom furniture from Copeland). Not to say I know first hand their pricing is competitive, because I shopped around beforehand.

A great place to visit if you want to buy furniture, light or décor items with a touch of glam luxury design. They have a huge variety available in various sizes and designs. I came during their New Year’s sale and purchased a Christopher Guy cocktail table for my living room and it fits perfectly. I love the way my furniture looks and will definitely be going back to finish my space.

Just moved to Los Angeles and needed a sofa/couch, but honestly did not know what I wanted.Walked in and was immediately greeted by a fellow named Darren. He then took his time and patiently showed me to multiple items that were simply stunning.Could not decide what to choose from the abundance of excellent selections. After discussing with Darren, I decided to choose the Bernhardt Serenity Sofa.Went home with it and it literally is the most notable piece of furniture in the apartment!Every time I have guests over, I get so many compliments! Will be going back there to grab some more furniture real soon.Definitely worth at least checking the place out!

The moment I walked into the Grayson Luxury store I knew I was about to get an outstanding experience. I was looking for recliners for my living area. I was shown many and the best part was that the store’s manager personally was helpful. I have explained the functions and warranty and finally, I selected the one for my place. Too Happy!

Needed a new home desk for my apartment and thought Id come in here, because the place looked so gorgeous from outside. Turns out, the whole place is amazing! Literally wanted to take everything home, but settled on the Caracole Work Force Desk because it matches my apartment. Could not be any happier with the purchase! The Asian guy (forgot his name) who helped me out was so nice and helpful!!I will be coming here in the future for all my furniture needs~

We ordered a leather couch from here over 6 weeks ago. We have yet to receive the couch or a tracking number for this. I would give them zero stars if possible. Each day we are told that we will receive a tracking number for this and it does not happen. I’m about to cancel our order and take our business elsewhere. Do not order from this place online. Beware!!!!

I was looking for a display cabinet for my living room and found the perfect one at Grayson Luxury. I have a chat with one of the salesperson there and it was quite helpful. All my questions were answered and finally, I could decide the right color that matched my dining room. I am totally satisfied with the quality of furniture and personally recommend it to everyone.

We placed almost $5,000 worth of online orders for furniture. They have very nice and diverse selections and styles that we like. There was a mix-up in delivery and one of the items was slightly damaged. This was unfortunate but customer service was very responsive and fast in working with us to resolve the issue. In the end we are very happy with this store and would do business with them again. Great selections and good value pricing!!

I visited Grayson Luxury last week for purchasing a luxurious light for my formal living. After entering the store, I was stunned to see a wide range of luxurious furniture, décor, lighting, rugs and what not. There are several chandeliers displayed at the entrance and I must say it is a mega store for buying furniture in Beverly Hills.

I was a first time buyer at Grayson Luxury. As I entered I was greeted. I was given enough time to finding what I needed I would actually recommend this place to everyone after my experience.

I called the store to confirm pricing on an item. Once confirmed I placed an order for the product on the website. My payment info was accepted and I received an email confirmation of my purchase. 2 hours later I got a call saying oops we put the wrong price on our site and also quoted you the incorrect price on the phone but it really isnt our problem because we dont stand by anything that we do. And you are unable to speak to the owner and we dont respect our customers and we are canceling your order. I have never been treated so rudely by a store.
