Seven months. That’s 28 weeks. Twenty eight weeks to get a couch and matching chair. They said it typically takes 12 weeks because it’s custom made. Because of covid we were advised it would take up to 16 weeks. It took 28 weeks! What’s most disappointing is that it’s nowhere near as comfortable as it was in the showroom. Pillows are so overstuffed they look sloppy. The whole experience was disappointing.

My wife and I are renovating our home and needed a nice new sofa. We found our dream sofa and it wasn’t as bad as we thought the price was going to be. It looks amazing in our living room!

I know were in COVID times etc. but Im tired of hearing it as an excuse for bad customer service. Especially when their whole brand is supposed to be super concierge like. I have been waiting for a rug I ordered for over four months after the sales person told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks! But never mind that, Id like to think Im a chill person. What really gets me is how they have completely ignored me or sent me form emails saying sorry too bad and its coming April 19th deal with it. Its like theyre annoyed Im bothering them. What? Theyre basically holding my 2k hostage. I will not be shopping here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM Mitchel Gold and Bob Williams FURNITUREIf I could rate 0 stars, I would.Customer service team at the store on Beverly Hills is beyond unacceptable.Damion Jones did work to sell me the dinning set without acknowledging me about the return policy. After the poor delivery with bent chairs, scratched table and unacceptable quality of each product the manager Michel Erno was unresponsive to questions and requests for updates and future actions.I will be contacting main office in NC.Please, consider other stores if you looking for the high quality customer service and furniture, because Mitchel and Bob is not from this category.Thank you
