Great customer experience and calm atmosphere to shop in compared to the madness on rodeo drive during peak shopping season. Needed a gift for my mom and got an amazing great quality dress without needing to wait in a line/reserve an appointment/be around many people during corona virus. Parking was easy, in & out within 20 minutes. Also loved the fact that I got something really unique instead of the average common designer brands (Gucci, LV, ect.) and that they have onsite seamstresses to make any adjustments needed which is very cool
What a joke. This is a store providing an online experience and forgetting about old-fashion service. Sadly this brand is a dinosaur about to be overrun by online shopping. Retail shops are different but when they start becoming clones of online by adopting the same policies, the end is nigh!Well done Escada, keep going the way you are and you will shutting more stores in US, just like you did in Australia and then you will all be sitting around your financiers boardroom table asking where you all went wrong.
My favorite designer, I always loved the shoes and purses of escada and this store has some great employees.
