Good selection, located in one my favorite plazas on the west side.

Stopped by last December, in need of some new 2020 shades. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by a gentleman. Spent a moment trying on a few styles, and found the right frames in a timely manner. Ask for Simon Sadeghian.

The customer service here is always bad. Not sure why as it’s a luxury store. Employees are often rude, absent or of no help. It’s sad as it’s the biggest Versace around, but the last 4 or 5 times I’ve been the staff has consistently been unpleasant. It’s sad for the brand. Try the Beverly center instead. The Versace employees there is always amazing.

I never write reviews. However, this location is just the worst with their customer service. So unprofessional. Aren’t they suppose to have the best with them being a designer store? Topanga location is way better! They care about the customer and have the best customer service! Don’t go to Rodeo, go to Topanga!

My husband and I were on vacation and decided to stop here so he could purchase some cologne and sunglasses. We walked in and weren’t greeted but the store was empty. As we walked to the sunglass section my husband had to sneeze so he did in his elbow as recommended by the CDC and immediately a male employee came over and said “sneeze in your mask that’s what it’s for” I was really upset and surprised by his response. We walked out right after that and don’t intend to ever visit this location again. Glad we spent our money at Gucci and Louis Vuitton where we were treated with respect and kindness.

Seriously? Walmart has better costumer service then this place. U think its versace so its gonna be the best, but hell no. I went there today with my husband and son and it took us 1 hr for them to bring 2 shoes for me to try it on and the store was empty. Lady kept going back and forth asking me if i was helped, i said i dont know this guy went to get my size but he hasnt come back for 15 min. Your better off going to neiman marcus, instead of this place

Being a loyal Versace customer in Australia we thought we would pay this store a visit today and buy some items for our family only to be treated very poorly.There are employees working at this store that do not have the Versace brands best interest at heart there needs to be some changes here as you will keeps loosing customers like me.There was a lady there who did help and we proceeded to spend $2.5k with her but for the rest working there I wouldn’t waste your time if u want good service as they don’t no what that is.

Beautiful store like all the Versace ones are. Bought something small but was treated well. Had a good conversation with a helpful staffer as well.

The people where rude to me and wouldn’t really listen to me. After a shopping spree I go in to get two specific belts. After we got the belts they did not even give us the boxes for the belts they gave us these instead. I want to get actual belt boxes not these flimsy take out boxes.

Very disappointed. Went to the store to take a look at any new dress shirts that they might have and walked around for 10 minutes without even so much as a greeting from one of the employees. Not a single person came and asked me if I needed help with anything. There were only about 10 customers in the store and I saw two employees just standing around. I had to walk up and ask about the bathrobe and if they had any other colors. I was told yes and which other colors they had in stock but that was it. I couldnt believe the guy didnt even bother to ask if I would like to see the other ones. Worst Versace experience I have ever had and for being such a nice location, its a shame. All it would have taken was a little enthusiam from the employees and the store would most likely have sold a shirt and a bathrobe. Instead, I walked out feeling like a bum not worth their time.

There was one employee who was busy assisting one customer, that he ignored every other customer that walked in. Some lady came up to me for help hoping I worked there. When we finally got the guy to come and help us, he was very indifferent and a bit rude. As if we disturbed him! He didn’t even help take out the sun glasses I wanted to buy, and walked away to the same customer he was ignoring everyone else for. I’m totally not wasting my time here again.

They have great collection of clothes and also fragrances. Try Eros perfume for men. It has an astonishing smell, with affordable price.

Its a nice store, but they only have a small selection for men.

If you love this brand youll love this store everything about it smells of quality professional setting the people here are extremely nice little bit on the stale sign but what do you expect its that type of scene here if you have the money go ahead and Flaunted.
