Everything you could want in a Chanel shopping experience. It was fairly quiet when we visited. They seemed to have an excellent selection. The store is large and has a lot of ready to wear items as well as handbags.Staff were friendly. This is where you come when you want to turn shopping into an experience! Gorgeous!
This store is so beautiful and big! I was visiting my friend from Bay Area and decided to drop by and check out the store and Im just blown away. They have a lot of inventory and Kerri who was helping me was able to help reserve a bag as well as some shoes that I was looking for. Shes so amazing and very sweet. We were able to have a natural conversation. I love SA who can hold a conversation beyond just a small talk. I wish I lived closer so that I can come back here all the time!

After waiting for 30-40 minutes in the line, I entered the store. The sales associate was the most condescending and rude. I had 7K budget allocated to buying something from Chanel and I wanted to get whatever caught my eye in the store for my birthday. The sale associate was so rude and so not helpful that I just rushed out and spent that money on a gucci purse.

At the time when I took this photo back in 2012 it was a lovely location. I understand the store has gone through some serious changes over the years. It was grand and incredible in 2012. I would love to see it almost a decade later and look at what has remained the same and what has ultimately changed for the better. Great service at this flagship location, friendly staff. All around good service and great management.

Staff including Manager (Audrey) are extremely unprofessional at this location. They don’t answer their phones. When shopping at a high end boutique and especially when making a large $$ purchase the boutique should expedite shipping. Hermes store policy ships anything and everything via 2 day shipping. Purchases from here takes over two weeks to arrive and then if you need to return they don’t return if you need to because you’ve passed the 14day return policy.
I drove an hour away to come to this location to make a purchase. I called ahead of time and the customer service representative did not mention the cut off time was at 5:30 p.m. Instead of the manager accommodating me because that was a mistake on their end. She told me to leave. This staff is unprofessional and needs to be trained properly on how to make things right when a team member doesn’t inform their client correctly. Don’t bother coming into this location for anything or quality service. If the manager lacks professionalism ... I can only imagine the team here.
What an awful experience at this Chanel.First off, they should have a sign that returns dont need to wait in the line. You can just go up to the security guy and he will have someone come out.The girl working up front takes my receipt and bag I want to return. After about five minutes, she then calls me in and the manager Joann is there standing by my bag and proceeds to tell me she cant accept this return because its not in pristine condition. I was taken by surprise!I was returning the bag I had for a week and never wore or even took off any stickers from how it originally came. I was well within the policy time frame to return the bag as well. Note, the felt covering was not given to me at the time of purchase from the other boutique. She was claiming the bag was used but who is going to wear a Chanel bag out with the hardware stickers on it still. I was being honest with her and told her I never wore it out and about but I did try it on a few times at home. She said continued to say it appeared used and goes on to show me the dust inside the bag, which mustve been from the last store. Perhaps I ended up purchasing a return? She clearly doesnt believe me and starts packing up my bag and says theres nothing she do. She tells me to contact my SA and go from there but I didnt drive all the way to this Chanel for nothing! She claims she called that boutique and no one answered which I find hard to believe, so she says if I can get a hold of my SA that shell talk to her and see what they can do. How sad is that! Youre clearly not trusting your customer at all. Thankfully my SA where I originally purchased the bag from picked up my call and the manager Joann took my phone and walked around the corner with it. The only time she walked near me was to make sure I hear ok, Ill make this exception today for her... and then walks away, still on the phone and comes back a minute or two later. On my way out, I ask Joann why she let me return it now, and she says the SA said she sold it to me like that which was what I was trying to explain to her. I understand they get people trying to return used bags but she was clearly not providing any sort of customer service and made me have to prove to her which is so unfortunate. Sorry but I wont be coming back to this location!
Even if there is a long waiting line outside the store, its worth the wait, as you will find the most classical, timeless, practical accessories available on Rodeo Dr. - I agree, momentarily Chanel is located on Wilshire Blvd, but its only during the remodeling of their other building! -Chanel is my go-to place for everything accessories related, including perfume No 5 of course!!
I had such a wonderful experience today at the Chanel Boutique at Beverly Hills. From being greeted to my SA Spencer I had excellent service. I purchased my first Chanel bag and for sure I will be coming back. Spencer was so helpful and even went to look at the inventory to search for the bag I wanted. He found exactly what I was looking for. Spencer is the best
Very unprofessional approach. One feels completely unwelcomed in this store. The management and the admittance system is completely ridiculous. This behavior is NOT acceptable from a store like Chanel.

Came here with my girlfriend to buy her a Christmas gift the service was absolutely horrendous especially for a high-end store like Chanel. They had wannabe security guards standing around with mean looks on their face very condescending treated us as if we were not welcome there at all the only reason I spent my money there was to make my girlfriend happy but I will never ever come back to this location based off the terrible service we received. The manager forced me to wear a face cover even though I advised her that I have a medical exemption due to my disability. I was harassed several times by the employees while trying to mind my own business and pick out a gift. What a terrible experience. The only positive was Sierra she was very kind, she should be in charge.
Had my very first Chanel experience today! I made an appt a week in advance. There is complimentary valet in the back with a validated ticket. The front entrance to the store actually is not open (not sure the reason). There is a line for walk ups and another line for appointments. We waited maybe 5 mins before being greeted and taken to a waiting area. Before entering the store, we were given fresh face masks. Due to Covid, the store was not very packed at all, which I really appreciated.Our sales expert Kerri was so amazing. She was very light and easy going. I def had reservations going into a luxury store because I didn’t want to feel pressured or judged for not buying more. Kerri put my bf and me at ease. She showed me every bag I asked for and more.. and more.. and more! I loved it! I spent a whole hour just trying on bags. I ended up deciding on the mini flap in lambskin with light gold hardware. As we were taking care of the paperwork, I asked Kerri to see one last bag. The wallet on chain. Once she unwrapped it, I knew it had to be mine. Came in for one bag and left with two. My bf even commented on how much he was taken by Kerri and wanted to buy more because she def deserved it! I told him don’t worry, we’ll be back LOL

I had an amazing experience recently at this boutique. Michelle was my Client Advisor. She was patient and helpful. I ended up exchanging my item and she had her manager, Shannon, help me who was equally patient and helpful. I highly suggest paying them a visit.
Their temporary store had a really bad service. I recently trying to exchange the purse, coz the purse had a little black spot on the leather which looks like dirt. I didnt say chanel sold second hand or anything like that. I just concerned about the purse is probably a display or someone returned it. The sale lady told me in a rude attitude and sorta scream at me that: chanel will never sell customer a Second Hand purse! Even in the end she trying to help me exchange, but during the service, she didnt talk to me or had a negative attitude well talking to me, which make me want to leave right away. I dont know what happened to chanel those days, the dramatic increasing prices with the worse service. I was a huge fan of the brand, and never got the experience like this.

Its so incredibly disappointing to sit on hold for 26 minutes waiting to speak to someone, just to find out that I cannot make a purchase online or over the phone. Why does the website not just say this? Can you not just put Item sold in boutique locations only. Must have previous purchase history with boutiques to place an order on the phone. It would probably be VERY beneficial to notate that on your website. Im sure there are a lot of people that have no idea that they cannot do this until they sit on hold for 30 minutes to be told to visit the boutique. Such an incredibly outdated form of service. Im not mad at the policy, just let us know upfront!
Beautiful boutique on Rodeo Dr. My wife was definitely set on a particular bag, they didn’t have the exact color she was looking for on display, but the helpful assistant went upstairs to check and came back with the exact one.Staff were exceptional in their knowledge of the products and all delivered with a smile.Love the valet parking option at the back of the store a hassle free experience and makes driving to shop enjoyable.

Worst Chanel boutique shopping experience ever. I’ve been shopping in Paris, London etc and was never treated so rudely, I’m obviously not leaving any money there EVER, though I’m on Rodeo regularly from Vegas. The staff probably thought my unruly hair or whatever was not matching their clientele criteria. I’ll take my business somewhere else, and you definitely should not be representing the brand.

Really good floor displays and lots of inventory when it comes to the purses and such downstairs.Nice design upstairs with the sliding closet/mirrors.Always a pleasure.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any store. I wanted to purchase a few things and I could not get any help, I was told from a tall gentleman to hold on a minute. I was courteous and I walked around until two other people in business suit walk in and he takes care of them immediately. I grabbed my Valentino business card out of my purse and said I will be going to Valentino. You are rude and just lost a sale. He didn’t care at all. There was a very nice lady who was working in the store that followed me out to the street and said she was so sorry he disrespected you. Maybe Chanel doesn’t appreciate women like they should. This rude behavior happened August 1 at around 2 PM. I am sure you would have no problem verifying who this was. I am very well dressed but I am young and a women so I guess he didn’t feel he could give me the time a day. I hope this is not what Chanel stands for!!!
My first Chanel store experience was in Paris...don’t expect Paris level service here. The staff were bunched together talking about makeup. I asked to see some wallets and as the woman I spoke to started to guide me to where they were stored I commented on loving a broach on display (she could have had an additional sale there if she hadn’t have been so quick to get me out the store). Maybe she thought I couldn’t afford to be there? Maybe the makeup conversation was too important? Either way, this isn’t the Chanel experience we pay for
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager, Shannon was arrogant with a nasty attitude. My first and LAST time buying from this store. The mirrored sunglasses I purchased were defective and they didnt offer to replace them after 3 weeks of purchase. They offered $60 to replace the lenses!!! I expected a better service from a chanel boutique!! The sunglasses probably cost them .25c made in god knows where and they mark it up so high. I am so disgusted with them it is not even funny!!Stop ruining a reputable French name with your incompetent employees!!

No Thank You!!! Unfortunately our last experience was unfavorable last month. We fly in once a year and this time the staff was unwelcoming. The restroom was out of service??? We were surprised it was not functioning for such a store?? We decided to wait and purchase back in Florida where the staff is friendlier and a better selection of purses. No thank you to Rodeo drive Chanel.. Too many other stores around the world to choose from. Palm Beach & NY I’ll stick with you. You’re only as good as those that buy from you. It’s so sad the atmosphere has changed.. Shopping is supposed to be a fun experience and I shouldn’t ask the store to spend my money. Anyone seriously interested in purchasing come to Florida they treat you well and share their Experience and knowledge with you. Very professional and appreciate your business. Get your phone fixed!! I nor my friends have been able to reach anyone there during store hours for the past few months.As for in store experience, Michelle from jewelry is wonderful, and few from the shoes department are professional, but otherwise, I drop all my money at Costa Mesa, and never here... even if the item is here, I order from Costa Mesa, and I live 15 min drive away from the Beverly Hills store. I get that its a tourist spot and I dont expect to be treated like the Queen, I dont even think the SAs need to be friendly as long as theyre professional, but I do expect people to be willing to help me when theyre not with customer or go the distance in locating the items for me at other locations as I expect that to be part of their job.

I usually do my high shopping in Vegas but I have been to this Chanel quite a few times.The best part is the valet parking!Parking on Rodeo is either super expensive or impossible to find. Most of the time its both.The costumer service here is awesome.I took my logo earrings in because a stone had fallen out. Within a month of getting them back three other stones fell out. I took them in and got a new pair! No questions asked. I love how I can try on all the jewelry I want and only buy one or two pieces without the sells associate getting annoyed. I have not purchased a handbag from this location, I feel their stock in somewhat limited
The sales in this store is very rude until you buy the bags. I never see that attitude in other Chanel store. They just make people hate Chanel. Please train your employee and let them know what is service

I love Chanel and have been a fan of the band for a long time now, however the store located in Beverly Hills has the worst customer service experience, we walk in and no one even speaks to us, no getting .. you basically have to flag someone down to help you and even then theyre not that helpful or nice. This boutique is beautiful and has a great selection. The SA showed me some gorgeous shoes that werent even on display yet and was incredibly friendly. The only reason it didnt earn a five star rating is that they were out of No 5 and a few other cosmetic items I wanted to purchase. How can one of the most famous Chanel stores in the world be out of No 5 but you can find it right over at Barneys on Wilshire?
Awful place to be. If I could rate it @ less stars I would. Very unfriendly staff & very uninformed in their merchandise. Wanted to buy some pearls but salesperson didnt know what merchandise she had, she said she needed an item # when I explained exactly what style I wanted.On the other hand I was treated very nice in their fine jewelry dept.
I bought my Coco handle dark fuschia bag before Christmas .The leather is aged calf skin with pale gold hardware . When I opened the box which was so pretty, the care instruction & cleaning cloth were missing . How could the Sales associate forget ? I had to call Custoner Service & went back to the store to pick it up .I love my bag but the the service is not impeccable after all . . The few times I was there & didn’t buy anything, I was given Evian water. However when I came back to claim the mentioned missing items, nobody offered anything for my inconvenience .For this reason, 4 stars & not 5 star rating .

I love Chanel and have tons of Chanel, but somehow Rodeo Drive with all the plastic surgery is the scariest place on planet earth and the service people are all hopeful starlets. Please. Really? I dont go to LA often as it is not a fashion city unless you consider 1990s Herve Leger Bandage Dresses still in style. You come to LA for the weather, not the fashion. There is none.
This location has everything – Bags, jewelry, sunglasses, fragrances and everything else you would expect Chanel to carry. Prices aren’t cheap (obviously) but the quality is just unmatched and you will leave with top of the line products that are well worth their prices.
Very nice and friendly staff. Went in not dressed in designer but was still treated the exact same as those dressed in high end designer items. All the sales associates were friendly and each one asked if we would like to see anything, even after saying were just looking they still smiled and offered help. Not like the other chanel boutiques at all.
Had an ok experience here. I dont understand how they dont stock some of their own items (i.e. from their Bleu or Egoiste lines). Some of the staff also seemed like they were uninterested in helping.
We walked in with 5 min to close with our crying baby. Staff was very accompanying and helped my wife pick out what she needed. Exceptional quality and class.

One of my favorite places to shop when Im in Los Angeles. I was able to get in and out in under 20 minutes with a gift for a friend and something for myself.

She definitely rolled her eyes at us. It felt more like a swap meet than a store at Rodeo. CHANEL Corp if you are listening the store needs major overhaul. Horrible experience!!!
Good safety measures during the pandemic.
There are snobbish staff that will be more personable or approachable if you are of that demographic that appears to be made of money and there are those who are genuinely helpful. Unfortunately the former type of sales person is more obvious in this store.If you know what you want and dont care for the sales persons attitude, this is your store. If you have a difficult time choosing between a Caviar Beige Medium Boy and some other seasonal bag, dont expect most of the staff to oooze patience. Patient staff are hard to come by.My wife was nearly brought to tears having been looked down by at least one of the staff. Im afraid she will attach her very negative experience to her Chanel wallet. And it would suck if she refuses to use it because of that. Nevermind the dread to return to this store.We want our wives to be happy with the things we buy them. I cant give this store more than one star.If you want a better Chanel Boutique shopping experience, try the South Coast Plaza location.
Although I understand the allure of buying from a flagship store, I would caution you not to. The products are fabulous, but periodically you will have a problem. When you do customer service from Nordstrom or Bloomingdale’s is a much better option. Additionally, department stores reward loyalty whereas this boutique abuses it.Case in point, I bought pool slides, which made my feet bleed. I was told that there is no remedy, not a return, and no offer to stretch the shoes. Had I purchased them from Nordstrom both offers would be on the table AND I’d have earned a Nordstrom note for approximately 5% of the purchase price.The sales experience may be nice, but everything after that is decidedly Parisian.
My girlfriend loves to shop at Chanel. All of their merchandise is expensive but beautifully made. This is a nice place to splurge if you have the money,

Went there on a Saturday night when it was super crowded. Big collection here for you to choose if youre planning on buying one. Despite the crowd, the sales assistants still managed to help me very well. I want to see different sizes and colors and they have assisted well.

Flagship luxury store, kind of...with the caveats of not being an immersive place, just a walk through experience... and by the lack of merchandise by not having in stock the perfume we wanted to buy.
Great sales team and nice customer help. Unfortunately they dont fix glasses here with Rx. Even if you buy through chanel apparently you have to take them to your optometrist to fix. I purchased a pair and the legs went bad after a few months of use. I had Rx sunglasses put into a chanel pair which also needs repair. They said I have to get the original lenses in the sunglasses to get them repaired as well. Sounds insane since I am willing to pay for the repair out of pocket. I wish I had known this before purchasing chanel glasses/sunglasses. Now I know and will avoid purchasing from this brand.

I shopped here my first time and it was a girl who looked like Mila Kunis and she was the only good thing about this and gift wrapped my present.When I went for mother’s day I bought two chanel 5s but they slid in the most expensive ounces obviously I didn’t care but I did notice.Lastly I sent my secretary to pick up my Chanel bag and he was turned away for being black and they didn’t have it apparently.Rude!
Terrible boutique!! When I went to this boutique there were literally salespeople STANDING around and no one helped me ( they were too busy admiring another customers dog?) I had to just ask a saleslady and she was SO rude, knew nothing about the product/ different seasons. I ended up just fed up and walked out and reconsidered my decison to even purchase a Chanel. She also kept looking down at me (I was wearing my beach clothes) as if I wasnt good enough for the brand. Because of this I made a vow to NEVER purchase a Chanel product again, my $ can go to LV, Hermes, Gucci and YSL because they know how to treat people with respect.
