Veronika sold me the wrong hair color and horrible quality. After agreeing to replace it, I sent it back as requested, and she stopped answering my calls. And kept my $810. I have proof. I recorded a phone call with her.

I am personally from NYC and extremely particular with who I work with, I only work with the best of the best and good people.I came in thinking I would go with tape ins and then I was talking with Cristin who guided me perfectly and was so patient I mean I was there for like hours and asks me when I would like to make an appt I asked if we could today and Veronika came it at like 6pm completely last minute and transformed my hair which let me tell you when you love your hair you just love life!! She takes the time to do prefect braids so that the weave lays perfectly on your head AND she grams it to your face. I am new to weaves and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Seriously if you want amazing work dont by talented and beautiful people this is your place. Trust me I wouldnt steer you wrong! LOVE

I was excited to get my hair done at this salon. The location is excellent, and as soon as you walk in, it feels luxurious and welcoming. My stylist was very friendly. I wanted a partial but was informed that to give me a better look I would need a full sew in, so I caved. By the end of my full sew in, purchase of extensions, and then a color treatment (that I did not need, but my stylist insisted it would pull the look together and initially told me he would throw in for free, but ended up just charging me at a discounted rate for it), I spent over $1300. I have the money, so I was okay with spending it because my hair looked so fabulous after the install and the salon itself was luxurious. However I should have been more firm/inquired more about the quality and install process because the full sew in was not as versatile as I told my stylist I wanted/liked my extensions to be (which is why I should have stuck with my guns about the partial sew-in) and by the end of the first week the hair I purchased was coarse and knotty. I have gotten the extensions removed after two weeks and got my extensions re-done at a different salon. It was a great salon and friendly staff, but overall for the luxurious feel of it all, I expected more out of what was sold to me.

Great place for real Indian hair! Not plastic or fake! Will last for years! Highly recommend. And the people here are very nice and helpful. Very clean store. Gotta check it out!

I recommend Southern Temple to anyone and everyone who is even considering extensions or a new look. From the second I called and spoke to Veronika, who is the owner, I knew I was in good hands. She is honest and so professional, she answered every crazy silly ridiculous question I had and was so patient with me. Ive never had extensions before and was new to the whole process. But she and Brian put me at ease. You can tell when someone knows the business and she definitely knows her stuff😉. She worked with me on pricing and payments, and even gave me a $500 gift card!!! Im a single mom of 3 and had 2 of the kids with me and she and her staff were so cool & welcoming with me even bringing them. Now Brian does the hair color and he literally transformed me from boring mom of 3 to blonde ambition! Lol! The talent he had is unreal. Together these 2 are the ultimate team!! I recommend Southern Temple to anyone and everyone! I get so many compliments on my hair and tell everyone loud and proud! I cant wait for the next appointment!

We got an alert from Bank Of America stating our business purchased $775.00 worth of hair...on May 8th; during a literal humanitarian crisis. Turns out it was fraud. They tested our card with two $8.64 incremental charges. Watch out for this place and their characters. Sad and deplorable. We want answers!
