I heard about this place from my sister and I love shopping here. The customer service is amazing! I had an issue with my delivery and they got back to me the same day with a solution. I have tried 3 of their vegan products - foundation, face wash, and shampoo, and I LOVE them all. My hair feels so smooth and slick, and my skin looks and feels healthy. I was getting a ton of complements on my hair and skin right after changing to these products. I highly recommend!

My favorite store for all beauty needs! It is fresh, light, airy and clean. They carry clean beauty brands you never hear about, and support a lot of indie brands while carrying the main brands every one is obsessed with too. The staff are so knowledgeable and nice!I love buying all my beauty items at Clean Beauty Mart. It is nice to know when I buy a product here, Im not buying chemicals or any junk.Also ordered online, and my order was packaged with care and little notes that makes you feel really appreciated. I dont even know where to begin with the ethics of this company. We had our products carried at their store and when we requested for the products to be returned to us they were shipped back in un sellable condition. Theres coffee stains on the product packaging, stained bags, missing packaging that protects the products etc. Anyways, I emailed them about this and they said to invoice them and they would pay for the damaged goods. 6 months later no payment. The Owner Oliver/Julien refuses to answer my emails or return my calls. Hes completely ghosted this situation I may have heard back from him twice in a span of this time frame 1) saying hell pay when he can during the initial reach out and ignored all my attempts to communicate further about this. Pretty much just dropped a bomb and left and 2) hell update me mid September of this year. Ive been more than patient enough with this and I cannot believe how they treat small businesses by taking advantage of them and not communicating. Im sure if the products were paid for upfront this would be a different story but since the store works on consignment he could care less about the money he owe along with keeping the brands merchandise as they received it. Bills dont pause until youre ready to pay them when you can. We are a small business as well and rely on timely payments to keep up and running. If youre a brand seeking stores to put your products in, please think about doing business with them.

I was a little sceptical about buying from here, but I do not regret it! My order came very quick and my was handwritten on which made me quite happy. Definitely will order from here again.
