One of my favorite places to shop. The staff is always very helpful.

The store was cleaned and the salesperson was nice and helpful.

I don’t shop very often at bed, Bath and beyond but generally it’s always a good experience. I have no complaints about this visit. It’s the only place I can still purchase pods for my Starbucks coffee machine. They only had one box of espresso pods left and it was already opened so the manager gave me an additional discount. I’d shop here again.

I placed an online order @ approximately 1:50 pm. I got an email saying my order would be ready in 2 hours. At 4:30 pm I checked my email & I hadn’t received anything so I attempted to log into the website but it did not recognize my email so I called the store & was told it wasn’t ready but hopefully it would be ready in about an hour. Since we’re in the middle of a global pandemic I consciously designated today to leave the house for errands. I get to Bed Bath & Beyond @ 6pm (with my 3 year old child). My order still wasn’t ready. The manager asked if I had received an e-mail. (Remember when I tried to log in earlier the system didn’t recognize my email). I checked while I was in the store. Still no email so I asked if I could wait since I was already there. One of my items was already pulled. The manager went to get the second one. After about 10-15 minutes he says it’s not in stock but I can have the display or he can say he couldn’t find it & I can come back & get 20% off an item at a later time. Come back? So you want me to further expose myself to this monstrosity of a virus? I told him I’ll take the display. After another 10 minutes he comes back & says they don’t even have that. I was going to purchase another item while in the store so I was still standing there. He starts explaining that I’ll receive an email saying my order is complete but that’s just for the item I picked up not the one he couldn’t find. He didn’t seem to have any compassion or remorse. He didn’t even attempt to offer anything off of the item I was going to purchase so I decided not to purchase the in store item. I proceeded to leave. I heard a glimpse of a halfway apology literally as the door opened as I was leaving. Mind you- we were already having a discussion about this for about 5 minutes and he didn’t think to apologize until I was out the door. Additionally there was a little girl in there apparently trying to exit. He was very short with her and asked her if she was lost. Then he asked her to pull her mask up (all while his nose was exposed & his mask wasn’t even all the way up) and he showed her the exit in a not so nice way. It was an overall bad experience due to poor customer service & a lack of empathy for my inconvenience.

Really nice staff... good location... still a lil pricey! But you use coupons

Very helpful people, found what I needed somethings a little to high, but what is it during an pandemic.

Went in a few minutes after opening to pick up an online order. Floor staff was kind, gracious, and very helpful. Managerial staff, was rude and condescending after there was a minor hiccup. While I waited, I used the restroom and was thoroughly disgusted. There was fecal matter on the walls, the the stalls were in disarray, and the role of paper towel to dry your hands was on the floor under the sink. I would assume because this is a store that sells bathroom accessories, it would be an area that they could excel in - considering we are in a pandemic and cleanliness and safety should be of utmost importance.

I ordered online and later went to the store to pickup my items. Once I arrived at the store, I called to ask if they could bring the items out for curbside pickup. A representative soon brought the items out to my car. He wasnt excessively friendly but he definitely wasnt the worst. He checked my ID which I appreciated, let me look at my items briefly and then loaded them into the trunk. Overall the service at this location for curbside pickup is good. I would recommend.

I enjoy the variety of items (design wise) that arent found in the typical big box stores. I also like the coupons as some of the items can be quite pricey (very pretty but expensive).

This has really gone downhill. They used to have a good inventory. Now they have little stock, and instead offer to order stuff for you. You would be better served going to a Target, Meijer, or even ordering online yourself. The second star is in memory of how they used to be.

They have good prices and accept coupons, current and expired from 10% off 20% off or $5 off. The store is very clean well stock store with staff ready to help you with whatever you need. It is easy check-in and check-out and and plenty of parking close to the building.

Oct 31,.2020: Inventory was a little sparse on this visit. Came looking for cake pans and there were none other than springform pans. Other departments were down on displayed inventory as well.

None of the employees wanted to help customers, it was a terrible shopping experience. I had many questions about bedding, they made me feel I was bothering them so I left the store without spending my hard earned money on this place

I visited Bed Bath & Beyond on 5/18/19 and Im very pleased with the selection of products. I purchased a comforter set, pillow and a few other things. The store is very clean and organized, which is helpful for people like me who really dont enjoy shopping. The Cashier Donovan was very engaging, kind and professional. He also helped me to find a coupon in my email that I was totally unaware of. This is the genuine kind of Customer Service that I appreciate. We need more people like Donovan in this world because he really does care.

A fantastic Home Goods store with lots of 20% off coupons to use. A better dedication to design and look versus Lowes and Home Depots home good products. A++

I ordered 6 blue bottom bubble cocktail glasses online for contactless curb side pickup...at full price..when I got home all of the glasses where visibly scratched..Never will I shop this way again from this store.. should have went in and examined my merchandise before I drove all the way home..Very disappointed that they carelessly gave me those scratched glasses..

Has what you need, great customer service

I went to this location because it was close to my house and online I confirmed they had what I was looking for—a lower lumbar chair support. The staff was really nice in helping me look for the item, and surprisingly enough the price was really reasonable for it to be from this retail chain. The store was clean, well stocked, and made for a pleasant “quick-run” experience.

Very poor experience with Dave. He cancelled an online order for a Shipt shopper without notifying them ahead of time. When I arrived to pick up the order and it wasn’t there, he admitted his mistake, then proceeded to call the customer and blame it on me (the delivery driver) for not picking it up on time (even though it is currently 1:40pm and it was supposed to be picked up by 6pm).Extremely unprofessional on his part.

Nice clearance sales but almost EVERYTHING I touched had NO PRICE marking. There are no price checking machines so you have to wait on a human. Ugh!!!!

Worst experience ever, all over what should have been a simple exchange of a defective product well within the time limitations stipulated on the receipt I had in-hand. However, a senior manager called me back to follow up on the call I placed to customer service to inform them of how poorly the situation was handled. At least the manager who took the time to contact me seemed genuinely concerned and professional.

I went to this store to find over-sized shower liners since they are one of few places carry them. had a hard time finding it BUT Manager on shift (Deb) helped me out, looked for it in the system, and when we learned they do not have it she asked me if I have time to go with her and she order them for me and get them shipped to my house. Very nice lady and very helpful. Definitely made this a good purchase experience. Deb was very professional and knowledgeable.

I had the worst possible experience I could possibly have at a retail store. Last night, I tried taking back a mattress topper and sheet set (uncomfortable). I walked into the store with items in original boxes and with the store receipt, no problem. After waiting just a couple minutes, I was greeted by a friendly lady, but she was extremely incompetent. Without asking me, she quickly did a return of one item and then charged me for the second item. I saw the amount I was being refunded, and kindly asked, Maam, I think there was a mistake because this isnt the amount I originally spent. I should be refunded $286.18. Then the cashier figured out that she charged me for the second item and blamed me for not telling her it was also a refund. So, she refunded me for the charge of the second item, no problem. But then tried telling me that she only needed to refund me $14 more dollars because of the tax. SO take NOTE: the objective was to be REFUNDED for two items, cashier tries charging me for one of my refunded items, then takes that amount off. I was supposed to be refunded for the original two items. THE MATH WOULDNT add up for like 25 minutes of my life. The cashier was absolutely horrible to work with. The manager finally came over. Problem solved. But the anxiety and time will never be something I get back. That cashier shouldnt be running the register without knowing math. She was rude when I questioned her ability to do math. I will never ever go to this location again in my life, thus this google review and next Yelp review.Id like to also note that I would have exchanged the items, but the stock was incredibly low and inadequate. Ex: King and Twin sizes when I needed Queen. This location just really stinks.

Bed Bath and Beyond prices are beyond over-pricing unless u have a coupon....and even then it only bring it down to a almost normal price......

I usually come here just to look around and leave. Beautiful items inside and out from A to Z. Perfect place to go to during Christmas. Look around and you might find your Christmas gift there! :)

I love this store, I could spend all day here looking at stuff. The only thing I dont like is the aisles are too narrow and its hard to get around when the stores are busy. There are always a few people who have to leave their carts in the aisles blocking everything...but theres really no where else to put them.

I bought a heating pad and dish washing drain board. Used my 20% discount coupon on the heating pad and saved $6. Very Satisfied

The store was large but not overwhelming with a good selection of items. The staff was helpful and friendly, even to the irate customer trying to tell the manager he could get cash back from coupons. Returns were easy at any register and the bathrooms were clean (always a plus for me, especially at urinals). Will shop there whenever I need anything at a great price.

Very disappointed. Used to love this store, but recently the Beverly Hills had many empty shelves up front. Based on what I saw it appears that this store may be closing.

Found the bathroom rugs I needed quickly and they still accept old coupons.

Selection of gadgets is great, sales are good, housewares are first rate, they honor special coupons that equal great deals, ample parking & convenient hours.

Unfortunately, they didnt stock the item I was looking for, but a staff member did go and check to see if possibilly there was something in the back. Also an offer was made to special order the item.

This store is not at all like it was in mar h before this virus nothing was on store shelves its a ghost store. I always shopped at store but now no way.

Not our average BB&B in this area. Its like 4 times the size of all the other ones in the Detroit metro area. I happened to be in the area & I was looking for a particular item that was out of stock at several other locations nearer to my house. The store was very tidy. And the staff was very nice. But heres the thing. I LOVE BB&B. And I am extremely allergic to manufactured fragrances. Lotions, potpourri, candles, air fresheners, personal bathroom items. So much so that the only things that I can buy there are things that can be washed. And I have to wash them several times to get the stank out. Well apparently I am not the only one with these issues. I have written & called corporate headquarters many times about this issue. Explaining to them that I love their store & that they are missing out on lots of purchases from me because I cant stay in there for more than a few minutes. I rush in, get what I came for, & rush out. Cant browse around & pick up another dozen items. This year they have de-stunk their stores! They put all the stinky items in one of the back far away corners of the store. And the one near my home is now wonderful & I can wander to my hearts content. But this store on Southfield was a horror. I was only in there for about 5 minutes & I had a migrane headache within 30 minutes on the way home. Thats why the 2 stars. The scents are pretty but they are pure chemicals & absolutely kill me.

I have received nothing but excellent service from the personnel. A real pleasure and excitement every time I visit. Always find good quality/unique items when targeted or in clearance.
