Needed CVD test for international travel. Told wed both have results in 12-24 hours. Hmmm ... 5 days later after wed already visited two countries. Had to find a second location the morning of our flight to do a rapid test with no reservation so that our entire trip wouldnt be canceled. Will not be using CVS for testing again
This is supposed to be a UPS drop off site. I was told to go to the UPS store in the future. Guess I can pick up my merchandise at Hy Vee while Im nearby.
Awesome layout at this store. The entire east wall is cosmetics. Full pharmacy and drive though prescription pickup.
Customer service is not a priority with this store. Twice my doctor has sent prescriptions to this store and have not been able to get them filled in a timely manner. Done with them.

Pharmacy said they would have to order my colonoscopy prep kit and it would be in the next day.Went back the next day and was told the couldn’t get it from the manufacturer. There was no “we can help locating a different pharmacy” just tough luck for you.I will never shop at CVS again.
Pharmacy techs are rude. It can’t be that bad counting pills all day, or can it? 😂
Great experience. Treated well by all staff, especially Hillary and Cejae. Very pleased with my trip despite the other reviews.
My regular store in Moline didnt have a prescription I needed so they called Spruce hills for me to see if they had it on hand. They verified that they did have it so they transferred it to Spruce Hills CVS. I waited 4 hours to drive over to pick it up. When I got there they told me they didnt have that prescription in stock it would need to be ordered. Now I see why they are only a 3 star location.
AVOID! The entire staff is unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. I had two simple prescription which I dropped off around 3:30 pm. When I went to pick up my order 3 hours later, I noticed 6 cars in the drive thru. Once I entered the store it appeared empty, until I got to the pharmacy desk. If anything makes my blood boil, it is elder abuse, and this pharmacy could be arrested just for that. Waiting patiently were several elderly customers with a look of despair and hopelessness in their eyes, all the while the the pharmacy staff was waiting (flirting) on a cute young woman at the counter.I registered a complaint with CVS corporate about this very same observation, elder abuse months ago, and was promised that it would be taken care of. As of today, NOTHING has been done. Please dont take your parents or your elderly loved ones to this place of shame. $$ before service. Shameful. AVOID!
The staff is very kind and helpful. Pharmacy has gotten much better recently (I feel that service suffered noticeably when beloved Wendell retired. The Clarks miss you Wendell!). That department is now becoming close to what Wendell built it up to for all those years.
Pharmacy is the worst anywhere. Little Pharmacist is one miserable unfriendly person. This guy has issues. Never go there again

This is by far the WORST cvs Ive ever dealt with. Nothing but problems. I phoned in my daughters script @ 1 pm, spoke with a tech, told her I would like it ready by 5:30 pm. We show up at 7:15 & was told it wasnt ready. I told them it was to be ready by 5:30. He said yeah im sorry we are behind, ill expedite it to be ready in 30 minutes 8:00pm I get a text saying her script is ready. This place is nothing but a pain to deal with. We are switching after todays experience. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.
This pharmacy is absolutely the worst in customer service. I dropped a prescription off, and they have to order it, so after waiting all week, I go to pick it up. Well needless to say no prescription there to pick up. Pharmacist tells me to call around to the other CVS pharmacies. That’s not my job, that’s their job. And to top it off, no phone call explaining the situation. I’ve had other problems with this pharmacy getting medication. Haven’t had this problem other places. Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could, this absolutely the worst pharmacy. Transferring to a different pharmacy. Their loss. I have about $6,000 a year or more in prescriptions. Bye.

This is a training facility and it shows. Try and get a prescription it takes forever. Used to be a great pharmacy...not anymore.
Worst customer service ever. Horribly rude employees. Medications never ready when promised. Management staff not supportive of customers. I cant even imagine how horrible it would be for an elderly person to get his/her meds here. Ive changed pharmacy locations and even though I have to drive further, its 100% worth it.
Youd think picking up a prescription from the drive-thru would be simple, but apparently not. Dude in the window had it in the wrong name and seemed to blame me for his terrible life by being very rude and cutting me off in the middle of sentences. Gave up and transferred my prescriptions to Hy-Vee where they can actually function as human beings.

We were forced to move prescriptions to CVS when we changed insurance. We have had nothing but problems and rude service. We will NOT be back and will share this awful experience with others!
WORST customer service ever!! Starting at the drive thru and continuing inside! Do yourself a favor, stay as far away from this staffs rude condescending bad attitudes as you can. The prescription I need to refill is for my pet, Im not ever coming back, for anything. Makes me wish I had more prescriptions i could boycott them for.
When Wendall retired as pharmacy supervisor over a year ago, the pharmacy went downhill. Now High staff turnover, service no longer streamlined. Sad, but after over 10 years as a customer, I have to move on.
Dude was so rude to me. Treated me like I was a moron when in fact my doctor sent rx to wrong location. He had no reason to act the way he did but I called my doctor and had them change the location entirely.
