Pharmacy is always great.

God awful. Absolutely terrible. NEVER have my prescription ready, ALWAYS have problems with it. I spent 45 minutes there waiting for them to finally get me the RIGHT prescription at the RIGHT quantity after they had texted me twice last week that my prescription was ready for pickup.

I went through the drive-through pharmacy this morning and had the best experience. I was on my way to work and forgot my wallet and kindly asked if they used Apple Pay. Chelsea who was taking care of me was so sweet she took my phone through the box to use my Apple Pay so I didn’t have to get out of the car. If that’s not excellent customer service I don’t know what is. She definitely deserves more than this post for this morning. Thank you so much I will be back again.

They have an EXCELLENT selection of everything! The staff is so helpful. They have great sales going all of the time.They have a beauty club where you get extra points and specials!

Tried to pick up a Rx from my doctor THREE different times today and THREE different times I was told that they would start working on it and have it ready in 20 minutes. I have wasted hours of my day driving back and forth to this location. Absolutely ridiculous that sick people in need of medication have to experience this. The waiting line always takes forever and there is literally no staff on hand to help with their client load and prescription filling. Pretty disappointed. STAFF YOUR PHARMACY AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Literally never have all of my prescriptions ready. They can never get it right. They have one but not the others. The thing calls says your prescription is ready and then you go wait in line for an hour and they say oh sorry didn’t see there was multiple prescriptions. So the. You have to get out of line go to the back and wait again. The amount of time you have to wait in line, but then two times!!! I love one of the workers she’s awesome. They need more employees and another pharmacist.

Nice, friendly.....they respect the fact that I am also a pharmacist and know the rigors of their job. They know how to split bill, unlike HyVee, and are good at their jobs.

Most annoying experiences every time. They have maybe one pharmacist and every time (in store or drive-through) it takes a ridiculous amount of time for them to fill prescriptions. 45 minute minimum if there is anyone in front of to you. We have even called in prescriptions which only take a couple seconds to grab but there isnt a separate line or anything. Its obnoxious!

I was at the Walgreens at 3425 Middle Road in Bettendorf, Iowa yesterday to get my Covid booster and shingles vaccinations. I didnt have the newest Medicare insurance card and numbers with me. Kim and Courtney together got through all the red tape and were able to retrieve the number on the card for me so I could get booster that day.I am so thankful to them for spending all the time with me. They deserve to be recognized.
