Most unreliable delivery facility ever. I had specialty medication sent overnight to me. It should have been delivered 11/6/21 no signature needed. The delivery guy put in the updates that both packages were delivered then put an alert saying customer not home will try again on 11/8.Now I’m stranded without very important medication after paying over night fees. That driver that delivers from your facility to 18104 needs to be fired. My packages should have been left in a locker with a code to access. Lazy, inconsiderate and simply incompetent worker.

This is a delayed review but I need to commend the girls working in the evening on 7/1 for their professionalism and dedication to serving their customers. I was leaving the state the next day I the AM and at the very last minute on 7/1, I decided to fedex 4 of my suitcases to my new address. I made it 2 minutes before closing. I apologized for being *that* person but they shrugged it off without a thought. They stayed open and helped me with my 4 huge suitcases. I really appreciated their service. Bonus - my luggage came on time, too!

They needed to do a return label for a return product. They were able to handle it from a QR code that is able to give them. they were able to handle it. It saved me from having to print the return label.

Nice place to put my package, per your site, the driver left it at my front door. My walkway is completely dry and free of snow, so now you just back in my driveway and throw it out the door? Did the same thing for my neighbors across the street today. And the deliveries keep getting better, now they are left out by the street! NICE JOB FEDEX

Worst customer service ever manager refuse to give me my business package even though I showed my ID and I had my company uniform on. He wanted my license to have the same address as the package that I was picking up I dont live at my office just one of many complaints I have about FedEx second one is no local phone numbers to talk to anyone all there is is overseas call takers but tell you sorry sir I cant help you forced me to drive to the Bethlehem location to get my package next time I will insist my suppliers use UPS

Fed ex is joke anymore I will not be using them. The mail is not faster i pay the extra to have the package there when needed and it was 7 days late and was told with covid that things are behind but covid has been going on over a year. Also asked for my money back just on the extra I paid to have it there on a day and time I needed and they didnt want to do it just a joke over all

I did call FedEx to get a hold in my package... They didnt do it, I waisted my time going to the office because they sent my package to my address anyways. So if you have a package that needs to be delivere by FedEx...First you need to do is call your sender so that way FedEx might be able to get access to your tracking package and put a hold on it...P.s. FedEx is annoying

We recently moved and had ordered several big ticket items/furniture for our new home and unfortunately the sellers from various companies used FedEx. My packages were all on track until they reached this facility and then there was delay after delay before finally saying “delivery exemption, no attempt made” and I still have not received my packages. FedEx then updated the tracking to say that one of the packages was delivered a week ago when it definitely was not (we have cameras at our house and FedEx was not at our home at all on the day they claimed it was delivered). We have called multiple times and now they say “oh, that is obviously a mistake and we can follow up with you next week.” Completely unacceptable. Unreal how the shipping and tracking has no problem going through multiple facilities in various states, until it gets to the Northampton, PA facility, and then all hope is lost.

Terrible!!! In the last past 2 months I’ve had 2 packages missing not delivered to my address. Shipper tells me to file a claim with fedex so I filed the claim and it has been denied! Fedex says they delivered it and no signature was required so that’s the reason they denied it. Well, as of last week I have been calling everyday after my neighbor returned to pull his cameras from his porch which you can clearly see my porch and the driveway, just to show NO delivery! Time stamped and dated. I have been calling and calling. Terrible that this company lies and won’t take responsibility for their lazy drivers!

After the 45 minute trip to this location I had provided both the required door tag(signed for by myself) along with photo identification to pick up my order. They said they couldnt release the package as an indirect signature was required. (i.e; someone at the delivery address; neighbor, building manager, someone at a neighboring address; or the recipient can also leave a FedEx Door Tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.) So with both those requirements being satisfied I was expecting to be on my way. Nope. They denied me recipient of my own order. I even showed them proof of purchase and contacted the shipper for assistance acquiring the order as instructed to do by the Manager. While waiting for the call to connect with the shipper I could hear rude and inappropriate comments being muttered from the back room. Waiting for the return of the clerk with the shipper and myself in a phone call, had informed that I should not have been encountering any issues retrieving my order. I heard an employee state that it was after 8PM and they could lock up, which is when the clerk finally returned only to rudely tell me I had to leave and they were unable to further assist me because it was now 8PM. I was baffled by unkind, rude and inappropriate behaviors of the employees and the blatant lack of abilities required to properly complete daily tasks.

This location really needs people who know how to use Google maps to locate an address. My package has just been riding around for 3 days since the simple driver cant locate my address, and has the audacity to put that my address is incorrect when it is very much so correct.Second review this location needs to be restaffed for two days my package has been out for delivery and rescheduled twice!!!!! Why????

I understand there are rules in place but somewhere during my transaction common sense should’ve kicked in. Idk how a piece of paper is more sufficient than my government id and tracking info. I’ve never been more inconvenienced for something that was clearly proven to you. The dismissive attitude and lack of empathy was nothing short of disgusting by Linda along with her manager adam. Who didn’t even bother to acknowledge me until I spoke up.

For some reason this terminal specifically is one of the worst I’ve dealt with. This is the second time I’ve had a signature required on a delivery and they leave a tag on the door saying that no one was here even though I was right inside. The second day they don’t show up at all and say they attempted a second delivery and a final attempt will be made the next day. This has gone on long enough, UPS and USPS will be my exclusive shipping company now. DON’T USE UPS IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

Bad service had an order for live animals and they said made an attemp and never came called lady said he should be here within the hour and its been 3 hours and nothing now my husband had to go pick it up because they so irresponsible with their shipments its crazy.. have a video of how. For two days in a row FedEx wont deliver my package from Verizon.On 6 2 2020 they stated they made an attempt to deliver at 4:09pm because I was not home, but I was home.They promised delivery today 6 3 2020 and never showed up. Just a lame excuse they did not have time.Now they will come tomorrow after 9am. No specific time.Poor service and bad communication!!!

Went to ship a laptop and was told by both clerks that I need to go back home and print a label for the lithium battery. First of all why not sell this label as an option or even print this out for the customer as a courtesy? Went to another FedEx location in Allentown and the clerk there did everything for me, without me having to print any labels or box the contents. Seems like the clerks at this location dont know much about shipping...Save your time and go to the Allentown FedEx instead.

Ive waited 5 days past my delivery date for 2 packages, when tracking the package it says that they keep taking my packages on and off of the trucks. Ive called 3 times and each time it was promised to me that they would be delivered the next day. Still no packages here, lodged another complaint today, once again promised that my packages would be here tomorrow. They actually had the BALLS to ask me to come pick the packages up MYSELF 30 miles away even AFTER shipping has already been paid!!!!! Completely absolutley disgusted with this.

Item I purchased was sent fedex express (not by my choice) The delivery to my house was attempted, but a signature was required, however a slip was left on my door that I could sign their slip and then no one was needed to sign and the package would be left.At noon the next day I checked on my shipment and was made aware that a delivery attempt was made, but not delivered. I called fedex express and was told it was up to the delivery person if they wanted to leave the item or not (note: I do understand that there are people who do steal packages, however I signed to have it dropped at my home and the package was insured) . I was informed my item would be back at the fedex facility at 6pm.I arrived at the fedex express at 645pm and was informed the trick will not be back for a while this is total bs. If I had my choice I would much rather just stick with usps.

I occasionally have to send packages away for work, and I have been to a number of fedex shipping locations. Normally when I bring my equipment that needs to get shipped, the location handles all of the packaging. This store will not package anything for you, they do have packing material and will allow you to purchase what you need to pack up your equipment. However I felt that I was in the way as I was trying to get my package put together in the middle of the floor. Overall, I will try another location next time I need to ship something out for work.

Again promised today, and didnt even make the truck. I finally got a rep who told me they dont have any drivers!!!! So effing hire a few. I am sure there are people who need the work. Dealing with a nightmare. No help from Fed Ex after receiving multiple severally damaged packages. Hardware fell out of the box, scratches,dents to a patio set. There is no way as you can see that the driver didnt know that he was delivering a horribly damaged package. 45 lbs. Of broken cement and loose hardware. No way he didnt know. Im not going away Fed Ex! 4 packages over 2 days destroyed.

TERRIBLE! The IDIOT driver cant find my address. Its not like they havent delivered here before because they have! You have to LITERALLY SPOON FEED them to get them to deliver your package and tell them where you live. They give you all kinds of excuses and they LIE. They lied about my phone being busy when I havent been on it and Ive been here all day waiting for the package. ITS THEIR JOB TO FIND YOUR HOUSE! NOT THE RECEIVER! What kind of idiot organization do they have here!?So then about 3 hours later, they finally come to my house. I was told they were in another CITY looking for my street! The guy mentioned that someone in TN when they must have been typing in the information misspelled the street name, but they were in a completely different area, not even in the town I live in! I spoke to the shipper from a company I deal with about using UPS instead, and I found out they just needed to have a UPS account number to have things shipped by UPS, and I gave mine to them! Im never using FedEx ever again! FedEx has to be the worst shipping company on the planet.

Terrible delivery service. Instructed driver to leave package so my tenant could take it inside while we were away. They did not leave the package 3 times. By the time we arrived home from vacation - it was almost on its way back to where it was shipped from in Brooklyn. Then once my husband drove to two different Fed-Ex locations to try to locate it, he collected it and there was a huge slash across the package. By some miracle, the artwork did not suffer any damage because it was packed in a way where the backside of canvas with wooden framing was on the slash side. Unbelievable. We have had problems all the time with the Fed-ex delivery people on this route. I think trained monkeys could do a better job. Fed-ex obviously needs to pay its workers more money because our delivery group could care less about our packages.

They break everything and threaten you theyll refuse you the package and return it to sender if you complain. Ive received boxes clearly labeled fragile that looked like someone put their fist through it. Senders can never successfully file a claim either: everything gets denied as insufficient packaging because apparently its the shippers responsibility to anticipate and make sure the box and its contents can withstand being dropped, thrown, punched, and kicked off the backs of trucks repeatedly.

A large package from Indiana was scheduled for Friday delivery. I spent the day at home because a signature was required, and waitied at the driveway to help receive the item. The driver drove past at about 60 mph, not slowing, not taking note of a prominently numbered mailbox (or me). And now delivery is said to be the following Tuesday. Why? According to the tracking info, the package mysteriously has been shipped back to the previous staging point in central PA. I wasted a day, and have to wait at least an additional half-week as the package tours the USA.

Very helpful staff at the service center and on the customer service line. Had a crazy situation where xmas presents were about to be returned to sender bc they couldnt deliver to the address (it was listed as a physical address and the PO Box as well but bc the PO Box was listed it was marked undeliverable). After a frenzied call to the customer service line a very helpful employee stopped them from returning the packages and told me that I could pick them up at the service center. I made a harried drive down to Bethlehem where I was able to speak with someone about it. They had no trouble locating my packages and handing them to me, saving xmas. I was very grateful that they were so willing and able to work with me.

I am IRRITATED beyond belief right now and the customer service rep that answered my call felt my wrath. I have had a hand written note taped to my door in anticipation of the delivery of a recent purchase, knowing that the delivery required a signature.I was expecting my package to be on my doorstep when I came home at 400 and lo and behold, there was nothing on the step. My note is still taped to the door, there is no tag from FedEx so I came inside and proceeded to get the tracking number...they state they tried to deliver at 12:29 nobody home and that they left a tag with a specific tag number... Guess what, my son was home until 1:30pm and nobody rang the bell...and double guess what...NO FREAKING DOOR TAG WITH A NUMBER ON IT!! Did the driver even stop??? Did he try to deliver to a different house?I am FURIOUS right now--- their solution is to say theyll drop the package off tomorrow as long as I leave a note...Do I need to have it engraved and notarized, too? Why couldnt UPS be the delivery method!Sign me,FedUP!!!

Arranged a pickup at their local location that needed a signature. The customer service 800 number was slow and after punching in ticket numbers the rep still had to go over the data again. One could tell his native language was spanish but he spoke his english clearly - that was not really a problem just concerned that he arranged the package to be held for pickup properly. Upon arriving at the facility the counter person announced there was no package for me. I left because I had taken much of my lunch hour to get there. Phoned the 800 number and their automated system told me the package was indeed at the location. Had a hard time getting a number at the actual facility to call before driving all the way back out. Bad system. Wish they had used UPS, I buy and ship a bit and never had a problem with them. Fedex two thumbs down.

My mother got a call from FedEx at 10am on Saturday and the guy on the phone told her to be at home to sign for the package, it was a Federal government package, and the person sighing, had to be 18 or older to sign. She waited all day long for them to come, and at 10:30 pm she turned all her lights off and went to bed. FedEx never came! My mother wanted to go food sho food shopping, and go to the the hardware store. Needless to say she did not do or go anywhere, that day was ruined!
