Was recommended by numerous people to go here for a hitch installation.When I called to schedule, I was told they wouldnt do it unless I bought hitch from them (against company policy).However, called the Easton branch and THEY were happy to help.Even fit me in same day.Take the drive to Easton, they care.

This is not a customer friendly store. The staff is ALL pretty rude and they seem to be miserable being at their jobs. Ordered a hitch on 4/12 with a scheduled 4/20 installation date. Still waiting and when I call to inquire they are flat out rude. By the way, I was already billed for the hitch and installation. Total bs...

The guy that answered the phone this morning was full of attitude. He answered by saying ‘Yeah?’ as if it was one of his buddies calling his personal phone. Then after my husband asked his question, he responded very nastily just a ‘NO!’ Customer service training is apparently absent at this location.

Do not go here guy behind the counter looks like a drug user. They do not answer the phone. They did not give me the appliance dolly I requested. They changed my location left a voicemail but never called me. I called them to cancel but they never answered the phone.

They installed the hitch on my 2019 Subaru Impreza with no problems very fast The manager explained all my questions price was reasonable.

Ordered and paid for a hitch to be installed, went to drop my car off only to find out the hitch isn’t in store and it’s on back order with no more information. No call to tell me it isn’t there, just wasted my time.

Went to get a propane refill, brought 2 tanks over to the fill area and rang the bell and waited. When the employee came over I was told the point of sale system was down, so they couldnt ring anyone out. Coulda saved us all some time by putting a note out there. Also why dont they have a backup payment option?

I’m driving cross country and didn’t have the time to come in during business hours because of work and needed a hitch last minute as the bike rack I previously purchased didn’t work out. Angel at Uhaul stayed after hours to accommodate my hitch installation and bike rack purchase. That was beyond nice! Much appreciated!

Very poor customer service. NO EMAIL WAS EVER ENTERED. No phone call ever received. After hours drop, there was a balance due due to mileage. No contact or final bill ever received. When truck was picked up manager left my wife alone to secure appliance dolly in truck and back out alone in their tightly parked lot. As a former employee Im very surprised this is allowed to pass as acceptable.

Worst experience ever!! My husband went to rent a trailer and first, the manager was making fun of him because of his accent. Then, he told him to go back the next day and my husband waited more than 20 minutes just for him to say “sorry someone else rented”. Do not go to this location. Horrible customer service and not professional at all.

Pulled up to fill propane today. Took my containers out of the car and placed by the bell. When I rang an employee came out without a mask and went to fill my tank. All information online is that employees are wearing masks. Not happy that employees arent wearing masks when helping customers.

These guys were great, I need a rental for a few hours. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The van was full with fuel, so that made it easy to just return it full. They had lots of vans and trucks to choose from. I recommend this location..

Level of service: adequate. Cost of trucks: acceptable. Do not buy packing materials here. Planning beforehand will save you money.

Zach was great at helping me resolve an issue that arose from another local location. He was a life saver!

Don’t trust the website you’ll make a reservation then will put you to a different store almost an hour away but have the nerve to charge you per mile

Don’t trust your family’s move with a company like this. 10 cents is worth more to them then your family. They cancelled my reservation on moving day. Their solution was to give me a smaller truck an hour away. They left me with no other option, but to accept. My wife, my 10 year old, 6 year old, and 19 month old, all had to take a 2 hour round trip drive, on a school night in rush hour traffic, to get the new truck. When we arrived at the Bethlehem location, they told me that I have to bring the truck back to that location and I’ll have to pay mileage. I’m already paying extra gas for the truck and my vehicle, my family had to drive 2 hours, and My original reservation they cancelled was a mile from home. This location is 44 miles round trip, which would be 88 miles on my personal vehicle etc. At The Bethlehem location, manager Manuel, offered a discount on the mileage, but refused any other solution. My time and my families time had no value to him. I left with no truck. We have no moving truck. I called uhaul’s 1 800 number. I waited a half an hour to have a woman say two words and transfer me to a man that put me on hold for another 20 minutes before I hung up. I asked online live chat to have someone call me, but they never called. I made reservations a week in advance so my family would have a low stress move into the new home we bought. Now we are left with less time and no place that has a truck near us. I’m sure I’ll figure something out, but these people don’t care about your family’s move. Don’t trust them with something this important to you and your family.

I had a truck reserved at another uhaul location, but that location decided to stay closed for the day. I came in this uhaul location to see if anything can be done. Zachary and Angelo didnt hesitate a second to make calls and find a similar truck at a nearby location. Great customer service by the staff here.

This U-haul is the best in this area. They are very nice and always have what we need.

Had an issue with the Colmar location uhaul so we went here to have it fixed. They were extremely nice, fixed the problem and said itd be 1 1/2 hours and it only took 30 minutes. Deffinately will be using this location from now on!

Went to fill up propane tank, theres a bell at the pump that you ring and someone is supposed to come out. They didnt. When I went in there was a female behind the counter, I asked about getting propane and she obviously didnt want to pump it - she made an excuse that she guess its not working ????? Really? Basically you didnt want to answer the bell, and you didnt want to pump the propane - why are you there?

Bad service. I dont recommend anyone go to this location either to rent a truck or propane the manager Angel Casado doesnt know how to use the equipment to refill propane or I dont know if he doesnt like refill propane. He should look for a different job.

Angel the manager is completely incompetent. Was supposed to have a reservation for 7:30 at his store, he then sent me to another store where there was no one there and no truck. I dont recommend them.
