I’m an older guy and I’m trying to learn about all the new technology. The people there are really friendly and know their stuff! Also, they sell genuine products from the best brands. Many other shops sell counterfeit goods. I am very lucky to have this store a few miles from home. If it was farther away I would still make the trip!

They always have interesting items. Its hard to just run in for what you want. You have to take the time to look around. Just never know whats new on display.

The girls that work there are amazing. They went way out of their way to figure out how my mod worked and made sure I was satisfied. I’ll never buy on line as long as this place is here. The personal touch is way better than buying in line. You’ll never regret buying from then.

I normally dont write reviews on here, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to share. I purchased a piece that was relatively expensive in my eyes while the shop was busy. So I didnt get a chance to look it over. When I did finally get a chance to check it out, I noticed some tool markings towards the mouthpiece and was concerned about the strength and stability of long term use. I returned an hour or so later and showed them my concerns and they were very helpful and happy to help me exchange it out with a different one if I wanted to. They did see what I was talking about with the tool marks and said it was normal and I do believe them, but to go ahead and allow me to switch it out with a new one of my choice was above and beyond. I have been a customer for over a decade and will be for life. Thank you primal for always satisfying your customers. I appreciate it very much and look forward to future business.

I bought a Mini iStick here about a year ago. It for some reason recently stopped working and stopped allowing me to screw the vape cartridge into the battery. I took it to the shop in Emmaus and they gave me $10 off a brand new one! Not to mention the Mini iStick is a great vape battery they carry, the customer service was great. Always is. 3rd time I’ve been here and the employees are always very knowledgeable about the products. Picked myself up a Rick and Morty rolling tray while I was there too. Great store!

I wish this store was around back in the day. They have everything you need for your THC thirst. Years ago I would travel to many stores to get what they have at Primal Glass. Bonus is that they make you feel comfortable and are very friendly. Definitely a must for anyone that smokes.

Great shop I’ve been going to for like 15 years. Great selection of products in one store. Fine selection of smoking devices to choose from. I have also almost exclusively gotten my ear plugs and tunnels from these guys as well because of their large selection to choose from. One stop shop for all your heady needs!

High quality glass and low quality glass, as well as a number of outstanding pieces blown by local blowers, on display for purchase. Also, the only local outlet who legitimately carries Illadelph products, which I know of. Overall, a gem of the Bethlehem community.

Great place my secondary stop if I dont like whats at my primary great customer service wide variety of vape and tobacco products. The aroma when you walk in is amazing.

They have some very unique and beautiful pieces. They have a lot e-cigs and Vapes along with a TON of different juices. Cigars and wraps available too. They also have beautiful novelty items. The staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very down to earth and friendly. I even won the give a way they were having over Thanksgiving. I won first prize which was $100 store credit to which I got a SMOK Vape along with some juice... Thanks again.The 2 cons I do have about the place though are #1. The place is WAY tiny. Barely any walk room. #2. They are a bit pricey.

Everytime i go in, the staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for anybody who is new or a pro at a bunch of things, from vaping to disc golf. Great collection of both!

Beautiful glass work and just about everything you would expect in a head shop. A lot of clear glass and brand name glass like Illadelph and others. Love the one Illadelph piece they have just it being 10mm female joint keeps pushing me away when you already own over $1000 in HEv2, Halen Buckets and other high end quartz and a $500 enail but adapters only do 14 and up. Id have to use whatever female best fit over the whole female joint. They also wanted like 750-800 for the piece and it was beautiful with an opal and marbles and such but the artist was offering the same rig in different colorings direct thru IG for $500 a pop. I know shops have markup to stay in business but it seems Primal has much higher prices than other boutique high end head shops do like Utopia or Artifax, and other vape shops that carry glass also

Absolutely LOVE this shop! its one of the highest quality and well run shops around with reasonable prices. Not only are their prices reasonable, but they have one of the largest selections in the area (that ive seen), have a knowledgeable staff, and its always a pleasant experience! i would highly recommend primal of Bethlehem to anyone in the area or anyone even just passing through. i have a friend from Ohio coming in and this is gong to be one of our stops.

I realize that a certain vocabulary needs to be used...and I guess that I screwed that up because Im not used to shady stuff...that being said...the male worker (I think it was the owner) was terrible and there was some weird bouncer where the glass products are located. There was a very stressful vibe in a place that should be giving off a peace and love sort of vibe. I will also verbally tell everyone I know about my experience and if I ever need to go to a business like this again it will be one of their competitors.

Customer service was excellent. They had really cool items besides just vaping items they had beautiful necklaces all kinds of cool stuff. I would definitely recommend stopping in there.

No off street parking but I always find on street parking. Prices are reasonable because products are high quality. Variety of products sold. Store has something for everyone. Customer service is great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was trying to buy an item from this place and got the absolute worst service ever. I was followed around by this ignorant employee who could not tell me a single knowledgeable thing about the glass for sale. He wasn’t talking to me or engaging in the conversation. I felt awkward. I referred to everything as item or piece because I didn’t want to use wrong wording being from out of state and I was still corrected. I’m sorry that’s just poor customer service. I love collecting high end glass from every state I travel to. I love supporting local artists. The prices weren’t too bad. I’ve gathered that this is a higher end shop (the employee couldn’t tell me anything about the pieces so I’m just assuming) and I just wanted a really nice piece to bring home to my friends back in MA. I got out of there as soon as I could and going myself a nice little shop called utopia where everyone was pleased to help me! I ended up spending over $500 on my bill. Goes to show that the right staff would ruin a sale like that. I will absolutely not come back to this s*** hole. You’ve lost my business. I highly recommend going to utopia before trying this useless store.

Lots of great pieces, a ton of beautiful glass! the staff is phenomenal! my husband went there by himself earlier in the day to get something and realized later on that he needed to exchange it for something else but couldnt find his receipt. the guy who helped him earlier in the day remembered him, what he bought, and the price of the item which allowed him to complete the exchange without an issue.. on April 20th (so you can imagine how many people came through the doors that day). really impressive attention to detail in my opinion. the only downside is the size of the shop which can make it difficult to navigate if busy.

The workers were really polite and willing to help us with whatever we needed. The prices were fair and the selection was pretty good too. Definitely going back soon.
