The gentlemen that installed the door were very professional. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company. they kept in touch with me throught the sale and installation and even after. They even gave me a gift. I will use them again when I need to replace any window or door.

We used Renewal by Anderson to replace our windows and doors on our newly purchased older home. The existing windows were Anderson, but the owners did not seal the wood, so the wood had warped and there were terrible drafts.The windows we chose brightened up the whole home, and the doors and new bay window give it such a different look that we love. Our install team was great; professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they left the house clean every day as if they werent even there. We are so happy with our new windows and doors; we definitely would recommend RbA to anyone who is thinking about doing an upgrade.

Once again we turned to Renewal by Andersen to replace an aging swing set door with a sliding door, and to replace our rear garage entry door. AND once again, the results are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Our experience with Andersen was top notch from our initial consultation, installation and final inspection. Sean, our sales consultant sat down with us and showed us in detail about the Andersen products and warranties. We were given updates about when our windows were manufactured and delivered to their location. They set up an installation time that worked with our schedule. The installation crew treated our home as though it was their own. We had no additional clean up when they finished because of how thorough they were. When the installation was complete, Ronnie, came to check on the quality of the work and to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. This was the easiest experience that we have had with a house project. Our windows came out beautiful and we couldnt be happier!

I was a first time home buyer that had no clue about cost. I was told the windows we were buying had a 25 year warranty. I purchased the ones that were suppose to significantly reduce how hot our house got by blocking the amount of sun getting into our home 7 windows 16,000 dollars. the windows dont work as advertised. I made other upgrades to my home to make sure they werent the cause of it getting so hot. when I realized it was because the windows truly dont work as advertised I called because I thought they were under warranty. I was then told the glass warranty is only 3 years. I was never told there were two warranties when they were selling them. The warranty was one of the major reasons I picked this company. They charge 4 times more than an average window installer buyer beware.

Although we had to wait.... just like everyone else having work done during COVID, the team kept us informed the entire time. We knew when the materials arrived, when the windows were built, and what time the team would arrive to install them. It actually worked out to be earlier then expected.Kevin arrived on the dot, explained the process, how many people would be working, and how many days they would be here. They were all pleasant and courteous, and left no trace behind when they were done.An excellent job all around, and I would not hesitate to refer them.

When installing the patio door they went out of their way to be sure I was happy with the way it looked. Rather than put a big piece of molding to cover the small gap between the hardwood and the door frame they cut a piece of our hardwood flooring that we had available to fit the opening, the opening went from about 1/2 inch to 1/4 inch they did an outstanding job.

Everything went as promised which is unusual. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The company went out of its way to satisfy us. The windows were installed before winter and the door looks fantastic. The installers were very precise and professional. I would never hesitate to use them. Like they say you get what you pay for.

We had some damage to our floor due to termites years ago. The workmen put a footplate on that gave the door a great finished look, covering the previous damage and all at no extra cost

I am not one of those people who have money growing on their trees. I have to be careful how I spend. I grew up knowing Andersen is the best when it comes to windows. My father built the house I grew up in. It was completed in 1960 with Andersen windows. There was no question as to who I was going with when I bought this house. Andersen for quality and trust. Their staff is totally attentive and concerned the job is done well. Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA replaced a worn patio door with a beautiful wood slider. From our first contact with Eric to the follow up with Jana the experience was first rate. Rasko and his son did an expert job with the installation and went above and beyond when they discovered an unexpected water intrusion issue when the old door was removed. They were true craftsmen, their miters were perfect and no small detail was overlooked. They cleaned up perfectly and did a no trace installation. Everything was high quality! The installation team did an amazing job replacing my old windows that were from the 1950s. I am extremely happy with my gliding and double hung windows. I could also notice the difference in heating on the first night even before the trim was completed. All 3 of my installers were friendly and knowledgeable and went over how to work the windows . The windows themselves are easy to take out and clean and place back in. They also come with a lifetime warranty just incase something happens. We just got an estimate from renewal by Andersen to have 4 windows in our home replaced. All standard size windows . The estimate was $12,450.00. Not sure how you can justify 4 windows costing more than the cost to replace a roof?? At that rate to replace all of the windows in our home would cost almost $60,000.00. We could renovate almost our entire home for that much money. I have no comment on the quality of their work, however if you are looking for a fair price this is definitely not the place to get it.

I used Andersen to replace all the windows in the upper level of my home and one door. Though costly (I did it over 3 installs over 3 years), I am very happy with the product. I got Fibrex frames and they are much sturdier than the vinyl and wood I had. Very happy with the excellent sales, installation, and customer service team. Their installers are employees, so you get what you pay for and avoid that subcontractor nonsense!

I got my windows Feb 2015 and I still love them. I have to say that to this day I had now problems having questions answered or request to check something on my windows. They always took time to explain and even personally come to the house to explain in simple terms for me. I know they will always have my back. I liked my windows so much that later on I actually had windows installed in my parents home and the same results I have received. I had a small problem the other day with my parents windows which was an minor error on our side. I called and explained the situation and a representative came over to fix the problem. I have to say, this was the first time I ever had to have windows replaced. I did a ton of research and landed on Renewal by Anderson. From start to finish, the process was fun, easy and although expensive, well worth the money. The quality of the window is something I have never seen before. It makes all my vinyl windows feel like cheap plastic. I will be redoing all of my windows in my house with this company. I only have one piece of advice. Sam was a fantastic sales person, however, I have not heard a word from him since they day we signed the contract. I will still use you and give you 5 stars, but working in sales myself, I expected some sort of call making sure all was well with the installation! Overall, Sam, and the rest of the team, great job! Over the past five years I had Renewal by Andersen NEPA install multiple replacement windows, two patio doors, and a new front door. Obviously, since I keep requesting additional services from them, I am VERY pleased with the quality of their work and products! Renewal by Andersen NEPA makes me feel like a valued customer and provides personalized service through the entire process of inquiries, design consulting, scheduling coordination, installation, and follow up. I know that if I have any questions or concerns, all I have to do is call. I am almost sorry that now that practically everything in my home has been replaced, I wont be seeing them anytime soon! I have to first state, My husband was the one who wanted to move to these windows. He stated they would improve the look of our house. I could not understand how swapping out a window for a window could do that. Needless, to say...I was so wrong. I have a broader, clean view. These windows are just beautiful. We even took our shutters off to have the windows stand out more. They are worth every penny and i am looking forward to change out more.

This business is out of their mind. Got a quote from them for 8 windows and 1 bay window. The rep told me $33,000. This is not a misprint. $33,000. I can get my home remodeled for that. Are these windows make of 24k gold. I have no idea who would even use this company. absolutely crazy quote

Andersens exclusive Fibrex material used in their windows, is better than traditional vinyl windows. But only making one phone call to set-up the entire process from an in-home consultation to the completed installation for my sliding glass door and 9 double-hung windows. Everyone at Andersen was friendly and customer oriented. The installation took 3 days, and at the end, everything was cleaned so well. I had two excellent installers who arrived on time everyday, and worked well with each other. The installation techniques inside and out, have given my home a fresh and modern look!

I was amazed at how quickly they were able to remove the old windows and install the new ones. I like the appearance of the new windows and the contrast with the rest of the house.

Everyone at Anderson was so helpful and very professional! Felt comfortable from the sales part to the final day when we recieved a nice thank you gift. We were sticker shocked but after shopping around with installation included it was a better choice. Our sliding door looks wonderful and will be an upgrade from our previous door. Last winter was so cold we had ice on our dining room floor plus the door didnt really lock or close properly and we have a 3 year old.Thank god we upgraded and we look forward to having a warm, safe and comfy room this year. I had to replace my bay window. The installers were professional and cleaned up all debris upon completion of the installation.

Called renewal by Andersen for a quote. Call took around 30 min just to set up an appointment. The appointment was scheduled, however no one ever showed to the residence. They did follow up with 22 calls over the week, trying to sell their product. NO JOKE, 22 calls!! These people are grimy salesmen at the very best

This whole experience has been great. Even though there was a window issue that the installer discovered, the company and the installer went above and beyond to make sure we knew about it, that it is being taken care of and got it corrected quickly. The installers both were clean, friendly and made sure we were happy. Roy was the lead installer and I would definitely have them back again. The windows are so gorgeous and I’m very happy with them.

I am disappointed after spending thousands of dollars on windows and doors on a company that is supposed to be the most reputable in its industry. The craftsmanship has been subpar to say the least, there is no attention to detail, and very little accountability for the many errors, mishaps and damages. I shouldnt be thinking about exercising Warrenty on a product that was just installed. Its been a very frustrating process. We are continuing to look for solutions to many of the problems in order to become satisfied customers. A word of advise for Anderson, you should stop subcontracting your labor work and train real professionals to execute your work.
