They got everything a hardware store would have and lumber too and people are really nice there

Wont be going back. Counter person was very rude, and this wasnt the first time I had to deal with a nasty, condescending person at the counter. I will add that the people in the yard have been polite and professional every time.

I would prefer to give them 0 stars but app wont allow me to. Had the worst experience here yesterday. The manager (man) was a complete horses ass....arrogant, unhelpful, beyond rude. The woman out front is no better...she literally turned her back on us and ignored us when we walked in the door. Keep in mind we were the only people in the place...its not as though they were overwhelmed helping other customers! My husband and I were looking for pricing on a kitchen remidel. Shellys can kiss a generous potential sale goodbye and the people at this location can look forward to a visit from the VP Mark Francis from corporate very soon because Ive spoken with him about my experience. PLEASE...do yourself a huge favor and dont even bother stopping in here.....
