I was looking for a particular item on line and they were out of my size. I called this store and they went above and beyond for me! They had the item and held it until I called back with payment. They are mailing it to me since I am not comfortable to go in (covid). They texted me the tracking info and my receipt and even threw in a little something for me! Great customer service and in such a hectic time with Holidays and Pandemic!!!

I’m Alyssas grandmother ... and I love the DKNY store. I was in there three times so far ... I never met the manager with the glasses ... every time I was welcomed by Ann and she was very friendly and helpful.

Prices are nice, but the staff followed me around, literally directly behind me looking over my shoulder the entire time I was there as if I was going to steal. I saw some things I wouldve bought, but left the store as I was uncomfortable and offended.

I agree with the previous review. I would have tried on more items, and purchased more, if the staff gave me some shopping space. So I rushed, and now have to return to that store for an exchange

I’ve shopped here on several occasions and I only shop when the manager with the glasses isn’t there. She’s very rude, I’ve seen her shoo Asian customers out of the store on serveral occasions. The rest of the staff is very friendly, the one woman is very aggressive but she is at least friendly, I make it a point to only shop when the manager with glasses is not there.

It was closed by the time I got to the outlets.
