I used this store for In store shopping for years, clean and orderly, but lately but online and love the fact that that theres free shipping, and have third party vendors that have what you want and Walmart respects the free shipping also, over 35.00, great delivery no problems!

Everything is basically from China,, they close early instead of the correct time !!

Excellent customer service! Every time Ive needed help at the Bethlehem Walmart, Ive always had the experience where an employee goes above and beyond at this specific location. Today, it was my cashier. It is one of the reasons I frequent it whenever I can.

Nice place other than I would not recommend for people to buy electronics but they got good prices one thing that I can say reason what I said do not trust electronics I have purchased I purchase 4 flat screen TV how to go back few times in order to get the right working TV also friends of mine went through the same thing so be very careful what electronics you bye.

Its Walmart so expect poor service due to understaffing and dirty unorganized shelves also due to understaffing.

We had to wait for a customer associate to help us. They were short staffed. Our customer associate was awesome. She helped us out a great deal. Did not rush us.

I placed my grocery order online and then did curb side pick up. I love shopping this way. I can take my time, add to my order, schedule the time that works best for us. Highly recommend shopping this way.

Honestly its a smaller store then the rest of them doesnt have big as Selection as the other places but in my opinion this Walmart has the Best Clothing Department out of all of them.....

Always something not in stock or not on shelf when I go. Idk If they need to stock the isles better or order more products especially in animal/pet section for example aquarium stuff or cat & dog supplies.

Staff is helpful, you cant find something? Ask an employee and youll have your answer in a Jiffy.The pharmacy is top notch, very helpful, friendly staff. I was looking for an OTC medication, I couldnt find. I ask the pharmacist and he directed to the right spot.

Eh.... The employees are nice and helpful, but this location is not stocked very well. Ever!!! I am all about a 1 stop shop. And this isnt it. They need to make sure there ordering is up to pare with the amount of sales they do

Its smaller than Quakertown so it seems more crowded. And no offense guys but if you need to ask where something is ask a female. The guys just say Im no sure. The women are great tho.

This Walmart is not a super center but it is clean, customer service and the staff are very courteous polite and helpful and they offer a wide variety of items at very good prices highly recommend Walmart on Nazareth Pike.

This Walmart at least the employees knew their job description and actually had some knowledge of the products that they are selling

Nice and convenient market place to buy all the essentials item in affordable price. Parking facilities are also excellent. Lanta bus connectivity from Bethlehem Square is available.

Do not go here if youre looking to go grocery shopping for anything other than everyday items of which the store has a scant supply.This store is virtually pointless and makes me question the mental faculties of those who make informed decisions for the Walmart corporation. There is a Super Walmart less than 5 miles away from this location, yet they havent shuttered this undersized and under stocked store and replaced it with another Walmart that is closer to Bethlehem (this Walmart is in Bethlehem Twp). This place often has lines that are 8-10 people deep and there always appears to be a shortage of carts and people that can help you do, well, anything - including fix a self-checkout machine. Aside from a little bit of this and a little bit of that, this store stinks. Do yourself a favor and go over the mountain to the Quarkertown Walmart as its cleaner and just underwent a facelift and the parking lot is WAY safer than the Bethlehem Twp and Easton (Palmer) Walmart stores.If you are coming to this store for a specific item, I HIGHLY suggest that you do a search online to see if this store even carries the item. If the item is at all obscure, you can probably forget about getting it here. Also, this is not the store to visit if the item youre looking for is in high demand

This is a small Walmart, and they only have a fraction of things. The people who work there clearly hate their jobs. When needing maternity clothes, I was told they did not sell any and I should consider wearing nurses scrubs instead. The check out lines are normally many people deep. Its a convenient location, but its inconvenient that they dont typically have what Im looking for.

Placed an order for pickup. Drove over there and was given an incorrect item. Item I ordered was out of stock apparently. After much time in store and on the phone with customer service they said theyd try and locate the item and contact me within 72 hours if they found it or not. Surprise, they didnt. Im writing this as I just got hung up on a third time after ringing for 5 minutes trying to get ahold of anyone there. Zero faith in anything being done correctly at this location.

So glad theyre back to being open and I dont have to run around with a mask on. And it wasnt even that crowded and I went in bought my stuff and I was out the guy at the door didnt even bother me lol

This Walmart was surprisingly well organized with a lot of staff.

Doors were locked at 1045pm wouldnt let anyone in claimed they were closed lady stated we close at 11pm we need to get everyone out.Ridiculous only needed one item but not allowed in lots of good it dose to call and ask hours when they wont stay open till quoted timeThanks 248 Walmart, Easton pa

This is actually a smaller Walmart. But it has tons of stuff in it. Maybe less of a selection but I found what I was looking for and had no problems checking out I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes.

They need to keep there shelves stocked consistently. I Prefer Phillipsburg WalMart they are always prepared.

Good luck trying to contact anyone at this store on the phone. Tried calling this store multiple times, multiple days....phone just rings and rings with no answer.

Price on website differed from the price in the store substantially. When I went to Customer Service they couldnt help me because their computers were not working so I left after a wasted trip.

Everything was all out of place. In order to find what youre looking for you have to walk throughout the store. 8 was disappointed.

Closed the doors a half hour before closing and the manager, Sameer, told us that they dont have cashiers so they close early. Hes the manager he should be running register. Poor customer service, rude employees, and low inventory. This Walmart is terrible. This has happened 5 times already and finally got an answer as to why today. Have called corporate multiple times. DO YOUR JOB AND HELP CUSTOMERS!

Its an outstanding walmart in general everytime I go in there it goes pretty smoothly. Never really a problem with alot of people at once. You can grab what your looking for, pay and make your way home. hint hints! How EVERY Walmart should be

It was ok a bit small but ok. The only issue I had is that the cashier forgot to scan my coupon and by the time I remember it was too late and there was nothing he could do to honor my similac coupon. Like I gave it to him before I started putting my stuff on the belt so I wouldnt forget, and the goal was to save some money, didnt save nothing because the coupon was forgotten!

We love the prices. This particular location however has the laziest employees🤷🏾

They have nothing at this Walmart. Idk why its even called walmart because there is about a quarter of the stuff normal Walmarts have but the employees are super nice and accommodating. Id give their customer service a 5 but the Walmart itself is kind of lame as far as what they have there is concerned.

80% of the employees DO NOT/ DID NOT know where to locate items in-store. Even if they worked in that department. A lot of employees are on cells or Bluetooth & actually finish whatever theyre task is at that time. Only after theyre through do they acknowledge you. All in all the phrase, The customer is always right, does not exist!

Products were available and check out was quick.

One of the worst walmarts I went to get the Samsung buds which were only sold in store and when I arrived they said they ran out but on their website it said they were in-stockI called electronics department for over an hour and no one responded.

Like in many places, the workers ruin everything. They put us aside to wait because I was paying using cash and they forgot about me.

I highly recommended walmart delivery if youre looking for worst experience, frustration, hassle, with walmart grocery and delivery!!!!!!No delivery on time, massed up order, substitution, missing stuff and nothing you can do but to accept and initiate a return, the app shows stuff in store which doesnt exist in reality, wasted money on delivery and tip and end up receiving stuff you dont like or none, for me I ordered grocery and personal stuff for 250 dollars ended up receiving few grocery stuff equal 30 dollars plus delivery fees and tip for stuff in the store on the corner!!!Horrible transaction there, they hold money for total order and that is reasonable but never release the difference between actual order and the hold, they never refund the actual refund I should get yet if they refund one item and send confirmation email next day they remove the refund and charge my cards, horrible experience, theft and dishonesty.Now I have to file complaint with the BBB and dispute with my bank.Other than that walmart is a great place to shop in person and enjoy everything there including self service lane if you prefer.

Check out is a nightmare and the lady who is controlling the line is completely rude.. I cant believe they are still running these lines like the beginning of this pandemic.. Ppl should be aloud to line up at whatever registers they want by now.. And to make things run smoother open up more registers.. It is always ridiculous going there anymore.. I had to run in and out but do to the circus and the clown rudely directing ppl in front I was late for work.. thanks alot!
