I work in the immediate neighborhood so its convenient for me to go here. After several RUDE, UNHELPFUL, UNAPPRECIATIVE services I avoid it as much as possible. I only go there when necessary and need to ship something immediately. One such situation came up today so I gave them one more try. I dont think anyone came out of that store with a smile on their face (I certainly didnt!!!). I thought after 10 or so tries in a year and a half it might have gotten better. Clearly terrible management!
Great experience, and they did superb job packaging delicate framed art for shipment across the country. All 3 staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, but Enrique the manager was especially so.
The service is horrible here. I was up charged for them slapping strip of tape on the box. I was asked a few weird questions like why does your item not have a box implying The item was stolen or something. I also wasn’t provided a tracking number for my shipment. Very uncomfortable.
Horrible service from most everyone but 1 in particular young man Is absolutely the worst. His attitude is horrible! Won’t greet you nicely or properly! Must of been raised by wolves! 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ or in gage in any conversation. Do yourself a huge favor and go to another drop off!
My husband and I needed a notary for a document and Enrique was incredibly helpful with helping us get that done! Its a small store, but great staff
Incredibly rude service. Do yourself a favor and find someplace more professional and friendly. There is no reason to be treated with disrespect when there are so many better options in the area to take your money. I cant imagine this UPS store will stay in business for much longer. Terrible experience.
After a long hectic day, my husband and I walked into this store with the intention of shipping our brand new TV which we got a bargain for. It’s a 65” TV.Matt and his staff’s gave us excellent service. They treated us with respect and professionalism. They took their time calculating the cost of packaging and shipping. We came to find out that the money we had saved on the purchase of our TV would have been lost on packaging and shipping due to the weight and size of our TV.We will soon be leaving the area on a military move, and with the help of Matt, we decided our best option would be to send it with our other household goods.We also appreciate Matt and his staff for helping bring our TV into the store and taking it back to our car.
I was told that they wouldn’t ship a rifle sling (the only thing in the package) because it’s a “gun part.” Word to the wise- say it’s “guitar bridges” when shipping 80% lowers, because that’d be OK.
The team is awesome, but the stores system is a mess. Ive gone there on three different days this week to submit a return but their internet has been down on all three days, and they couldnt help me. How is this possible for a business place?
Very helpful, friendly staffer yesterday. He was professional and very helpful with my return. Exact opposite experience few weeks ago with another male employee. Quite rude. A couldn’t care less attitude.

This is my go to place to drop to drop off UPS packages, and if I also have USPS packages, and Im not in a rush, I also drop them off here. Theyve always been organized, knowledgeable, and fast in providing service.
This is a GREAT store, the staff was helpful and the prices were clearly marked. I joked around with some of the staff and the guy behind the counter was nice enough to let me use some of their tape for free.Much more friendly and helpful than the FedEx down the street and much more pleasant than any of the post offices.
Excellent packaging and super fast shipping. I have used them twice 2 pick up items from Sloan Kenyon Auction House and ship to me . I have been very pleased.
Excellent customer service! Fast and easy. $4 for notary services and staff was more than happy to help us save some money (i.e., I needed tracking but priority mail was too expensive so they suggested standard letter mail with tracking, which saved us 75%!) Will def recommend!
Wonderful staff. They were helpful and took my returns quickly. Pleasant and polite. Both paid attention to my dog. What a great experience plus free parking.

Cant believe it they actually wanted to charge me a dollar for tape to seal my box. It surprised me because I have used many UPS stores and I have never been charged for tape.
