Great staff and location. Theyre fast, friendly, and always courteous. Ice crean and coffee is always great. Metered Parking in front of location however, a parking garage is a half a block away.

Awful, terrible client service. The attendant was extremely rude, there are no other words. He kept talking on top of me on the phone and just didnt let me speak to finish an extremely short sentence. If the cake was for me I would have canceled it, but it was for my sons birthday and I didnt not want to ruin it. The call was today, 1/14, at 9:25 am.

I am so angry at this store. A woman who barely spoke English and claimed she was a cake manager helped me order a near $50 cake. Last time we bought a cake from there, we were bummed that the white frosting was like a gross whip cream, but worse, but glad at least the colored frosting was good and harder, which we preferred. So this time I ordered a cake that was all colored frosting. We asked the lady multiple times if it would look correct and be the harder frosting we preferred. Her answer? Oh, yes, yes, yes! We picked up the cake today and when it was brought home I poked it. Not only did the cake not look like the picture in their catalogue, all the frosting was the disgusting soft stuff we hated. $50 down the drain, along with a cake Im sure no one will eat! Do not order from them! What once was a good business is now a waste, not to mention staff who are lazy, careless, and lie about their products instead of telling the truth! We are furious!

Ordered a cake for daughters birthday pary and the cake looked and tasted amazing! we also got a ice cream pizza which was very good! staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ice cream is good, especially my favorite Daiquiri Ice, but they were woefully understaffed on a Sunday evening for the post-dinner crowd. Especially since one of the two people there wasnt even serving customers. Many people, especially families, got out of line and left without buying.

Certainly NOT 31 flavors available or to sample, that is for sure. No caramel ice cream--not eve Dulce de leche?! So, I ordered a Vanilla shake to keep my daughters company while they had their kid sundaes...the shake was far from smooth and thick...kind of seemed to have pudding skin (from Seinfeld, remember?) mixed into it...bottom line chunky runny shakes...McDonalds shakes are MUCH better...and cheaper!

Nice to have one of this is this neighborhood. Everything is so uptight and pretentious there that a down to earth establishment is appreciated.

The poorest excuse for a banana split, its a classic and its pretty easy, neapolitan, from toppings, and whip cream, obviously a banana, preferably a fresh one, but I have to even ask for whipped cream.

Phone always busy and no rum and raisin ice cream. This place sucks
