We worked with Jo...she was great...very knowledgeable & personable...she was able to find a beautiful stone of better quality and a lower price than another we were considering from a different jeweler...we had shopped a lot including on-line jewelers so we were fairly familiar with quality and pricing. We are from Baltimore, but we have no issue driving to Bethesda, because of the excellent customer service they provide. I had spoken to laureen several times and she ordered in some diamonds for us to see. She was informed We would be coming in today to see them. We got there at 1040 we were told there at max capacity which we understood and it wouldn’t be long they would call us. 1140 comes around they call to tell us it would be a few more minutes but she was almost ready for us. At 1215 I went to hand the buzzer back to leave after waiting so long (I didn’t know we had to wait for just her) they let just in and said 10 more minutes. At 1240 we ended up leaving still without being helped. Hour drive there. 2 hours of waiting. Hour drive home. Nothing accomplished. Very big let down and half of wasted day. I know atleast 10 people went in got served and left while we stood outside waiting. At no point did they ask us if we wanted to see someone else (I only said laureen bc she called me) or even let someone else get us started until she had time instead of leaving us standing there for hours.

Was disheartened by how i was treated by the the staff. the sales person was very friendly and was helpful in my purchase. i bought three pairs of diamond earings and a gold necklace. the part i was unhappy about is i was quoted a price for turning the regular earings into screwback eariings. i was quoted a price for the service. IF i purchased all the pieces i wanted. when i came back to get the work done, i was charged much much more. At a time like this no one has money to just waste. Money is hard earned and for a customer to be treated like this is very unfair.

We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived by Laureen Head. I had the assumption that ld actually trade in my old wedding set in exchange for a new one. That was not correct, but Ms. Head was very gracious and walked us through choosing a new set, and using the main stone from my old set, and having it mounted into the set I chose. She and everyone with whom we dealt were courteous and professional, patiently answering all the questions we had to ask. I am very pleased with my new wedding set, and we will certainly go back there not only for service, but also for any other jewelry purchases we want to make. I cant wait to get my new set once the stone is mounted!

At this time I am super happy! Ive had my engagement ring for about 8 months and still looks great and the band is very sturdy. We just purchased our wedding bands too! Mine is a diamond channel ring. It was just under $700 before tax and I compared this to a similar style from another place (starts with J ends with D). To buy my wedding band from another place would of been around $1,000
