It has been my go-to place for years. The personnel is always so nice!! I had a very intricate ring in need of sizing. They did a fabulous job and I am wearing it comfortably thanks to Kay Jewelers.

Horrible experience! I usually try to leave positive feedback....but if I could give 0 stars I would. Went in looking for a ring as a gift and was not greeted by any of the 3 associates on the floor. No one even looked up to acknowledge myself or my friend. We walked the entire store...even past the associates and not one made eye contact. An older woman with short hair and glasses came to the front as we left out but only to assist two other ladies that just walked up to the edge glass and were just leaning against the glass. They were just waiting for a friend inside of the mall. This is the absolute worst experience as I am a long time customer for over 10 years. I most certainly will shop else where.

If you look for competence, go somewhere else...I could never recommend a place where sales people work who do not know and are not able to explain the difference between white gold, rose gold and yellow gold. I would recommend the staff a Dr. Google session at least. For my taste overpriced for the quality you get, too. Only good for phonies who have no glue and are not interested in what they really get for their money.

This place can not be trusted we had a horrible experience my wife bought my wedding band from here at first they ordered the wrong ring twice then they ordered the wrong size we hand to wait over 1 month in a half we had to take a ring that didnt fix because we need it for the weeding. when going to pick up the one with the right size we noticed that they ordered the wrong one again it was rose gold instead of yellow gold. so we returned it and the manager told us that we wasted there time because we returned it in a disrespectful manner. On top of that they ran my wife credit with out her approval my wife had never open credit before so she dint know that by giving her social they would do that but she did not request for credit after they saw her credit was really good they tried to up sale her for something she did not want now she has a inquiry by kays jewelers so shady stay away!! we went to Elite Jewelers they are more customer friendly and have a better selection overall.

I try to get here after work and was at 8:20. They should be closing at 9:00... according to information they say on phone. But they were closed already 😔First time I see business who dont want customers to buy from them 🤷‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

The reason for my score is the two amazing employees in kay jewelers Montgomery mail Maryland.Ms. Teresa and Ms. Nyint. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer with full of integrity, professionalism, honesty, knowledge of the product and many more other special qualities that any one would only dream to have. Kay jewelers is lucky to have this two marvelous ladies. That is why I have been dealing with them for many years and I will continue to do so as long as they are there. also I have been recommending all my family, friends and others. I visited to get an engagmement ring. Bad customer service, rude sale rep, not many diamond to see

I came here searching for an engagement ring that I needed relatively soon. The salesperson Norma listened to understand what I needed and show me what they had. When what I wanted was not at the store, she then met with a manager the next morning to determine what inventory other nearby stores has to see if they could ship it to me in time. She was great and genuinely wanted the best for me!

Came in to buy my girlfriend a Valentine’s Day gift. The guy who helped me didn’t waste my time and showed me the kind of necklace, and price range that I was looking for/working with. Came to a decision within 30 minutes. Great service!

Norma is by far the best sales rep there. She is nice and helpful. If you need anything she is the one to go to.

This company makes shady deals, do not finance anything with them. Bought them my wedding rings. We got offered a promotion to finance the total amount for a year with not interested. Three month later, they not only change the financing bank, but we also found out that we were being charged interest on the purchase. Their customer service is pathetic, and Kay threw the responsibility to the bank and viceversa, both stating that we needed to pay 20% of the total in the moment of getting their financial offer, which was not they case.

Purchased a necklace 2 months ago from this store, and was told to stop by anytime to get it cleaned. Well the associate asked for my phone number, name, and when I purchased the necklace! Then she asked how much I paid??????? She was extremely unprofessional and I will NEVER or send this place business! This is how they treat their customers! Disgusting!

Stay AWAY.THis company is pure bull crap. They are dishonest. My husband bought my engagement ring and a beautiful watch from here.My engagement ring is beautiful TO LOOK AT but it is literally a weapon. The setting leaves the corners out and are quite sharp. So sharp it will actually CUTS and draws BLOOD. when I brought it to the Store in Bethesda Md (Westfield Montgomery) where it was purchased from they wouldnt take it or let me exchange it. They only ever said well you can upgrade your ring. Umm no thanks. Even with the life time warranty at when I had it resized they removed the platinum stamp on the inside of the band.On to the watch- so my husband bought 2 watches the same day as my ring. He was told we had a lifetime warranty for the watches. NOPE NOT EVEN CLOSE. The first time my watch needed a battery replacement was after 2 years, so I find out not only did the lifetime warranty only last 2 years but that I would have to send my watch out to get a new battery and to be re pressure sealed. And that would cost 65$. I was very upset that we were told we had a lifetime warranty. When they sent it out for 2 MONTHS key jewelers could not tell me where my watch was. They literally lost my watch Only after I told them I was getting off the phone and calling my attorney did they find my watch.STAY AWAY! GO TO A REAL JEWELRY STORE. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND STRESS.

Great experience

We came in for an inspection of our rings. They found that a diamond had fallen off, which I am glad they found. However, when telling us about what to do to fix it and what the process is like, the employee was pretty rude, impatient, and condescending. Needless to say, we dont plan to come back here.
