This mall is excellent.Due to the pandemic, many stores has been closed unfortunately.Super spacious and clean.I usually come here with my family.Large dining area with plenty of food options.Parking is easy. Indoor parking available.

This place ( Lucky Strike ) is great for a more chill back time, you can have privacy while being out and still having a blast! The food menu as of 10/21 isnt the same with covid they cut their menu by alot! Bowling isnt too expensive as well. You can come for date night, happy hour or family time

I’m glad that I stopped by. This mall is kinda big and has a lot of stores. Also, I really like the court yard. It has various restaurants.

This mall is alive and it was a great experience to walk through. The food court was the highlight of my experiences. Lots of good food within a small distance from each other. So much to choose, I ended up buying and eating from several different restaurants at once.

When it comes to providing products and services, this shopping center is unrivaled. Im so thankful because this house really has it all. Food courts, boutiques, and a plethora of other services based on imported products are available. I had the best time here because the location was stunning and everything else, particularly for my family, was excellent. Strongly recommended!

When coming here be careful to be unpacked days or hours such as weekends holidays or sale days like Black Friday there is a grave can area its not really big but everything here is made out of smooshy material which means if the kids fall down he wont get hurt a lot of sales are happening here especially in the week start economy where everything has moved to online the stores here try to make up with lots of sales if there is no sound I do not recommend you buy anything since prices are crazy High if you stopped here at one of the shops like Panda Express or pretzels or ice cream places be sure to go on their website and get a coupon before hand

At the eatery the food fake. They show sweet pork and other plates, but when you take a bite BE careful because all you get is SWEET BONES. NO MEAT BUT VERY TAISTE. AND YOU PAY FULL PRICE. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Westfield mall has a little bit of everything their food court is outrageous good food all the little shops they have in between in the mall very good unique findings not too overcrowded lately but its good.

I am rating this 5 stars because of the assistance I received from the Security director, Terry and the man who drives the security car, DAVID. I couldn’t locate my car and luckily after walking for 40 minutes I found Terry who was of great assistance. David drove me around until found it. These men are great employees!

Only the favorite restaurants of all time so I guess I might be bais, most diverse menu from big portions and small portions to brunch or dinner health conscious to idgaf we go here e eery year for my mothers birthday.

Love how this mall tends to not be overcrowded and there is no long line at the Nespresso boutique and they have an Amazon 4 stars.

Nice mall with a good selection of stores. Ok selection of restaurants and food court is nice. Coffee at the Norstorm coffee shop is good. Easy parking, and has a small toddler play area. Most people were wearing masks when we went.

I went to J Chows, in the food court, and as always the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, as I stepped to the counter an alarm sounded. No one else seemed to find urgency in it and I finished my purchase then returned to my car. I would have liked to have stopped by Urban Plates for some beet and goat cheese salad; however, the closer I came to their restaurant, the louder the alarm rang. I could not bear it and felt forced to retreat from the building.

It had everything a mall should have. Nice, not getto. Good food places. All the big shopping stores a mall should have.

Off of democracy boulevard, Westfield Montgomery Arklights movie theater and food hall is excellent. Very nice employees and helpful maps located along the halls through the mall. The Under amour store located on the lower level was filled with hip and new clothing. Clean floor and a aesthetic wall paper.

Havent discovered enough yet to give it 5 stars, but I love Ssongs and the VS there is nice

Best mall in the Bethesda area. There is a store for everything here and lots of food options. Take the J2 bus all the way here.

I would prefer the food court to have dividers installed between the counter seating and the booth seating as well as between tables.

I like this mall, but wish it had more variety of stores, but I guess Macys has everything.

This is a great mall. I have been going there since the 70s. I miss the fountain in front of the Sears. The place has changed a great deal in 40 years. There are plenty of shops and plenty of restaurants. I used to think everything there was too expensive, but everything everywhere is expensive. During the holidays there are seasonal shops the open up. Thats great for gift giving variety. And they have a great recurring Santa. And a bowling alley!! Not many people notice the bowling alley, but its there and its nice. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful, even in the rare event that all the lanes are taken and you have to wait. The movie theater is huge and the food court has plenty of options. The only place I avoid is the juice place across from Chick-fil-A, and next to the awesome kabob place. Try the kabobs! Parking is easy to find. Well maybe not easy to find, but the lot is huge and there are multiple garages. So parking is always available, you just may have to drive around to find a spot when its near Xmas time.

Always has what I’m looking for in terms of clothing. The food court is well spaced out and comfortable. The cinema is a bit expensive (but what else would you expect from a mall cinema) but totally worth it if you are with some friends. Store-owners complied really well with COVID-19 guidelines.

Called Montgomery Mall at the time I worked here for Christmas during college breaks. I like to stop by whenever Im in the area and enjoy checking out new tenants--Nordstrom is a favorite.. Miss some of the old ones--The Museum Company, Raleighs.

This is a pretty cool smaller mall. Has alot of good stores and dining options. I just wish they still had Bonbys Burger place in here.

One of my favorite mall in Maryland! Its very bougie and the food court has a lot of different cuisines. There are stores like Microsoft and apple for electronics and other fancy store for clothing. There are no H&M tho! Plenty parking space with bridges ect

Its been nice coming to this mall with many selections. Most recently our county has has opened more allowing the food court to be open. Signs are posted all over the place explaining the rules that every need to abide by. Unfortunately broken so often the security there is a mixed bag while some enforce and make sure people are were masks, social distance, others ignore.

Macys has nice products but need organize things here, some clothes was on the floor and wasnt hang on the hangers, so I told the staff about that, they seem aware of that, maybe no one working todayAll the shop in this mall very busy, nice organize and most store have good selection on sale . New store I find call Nespresso they have great coffee mechine and taste so fresh . California pizza kitchen have good deal shake and bake pizza you can get for 5$ if you order any one of dishes.Nord strom organize nicely and all the shops service is good.Chaevy Chase selling Accuras Vehicle 2019 on, its very nice car inside and out side.

This Westfield mall didn’t allow my fellow peer, Aidanpleasestoptalking, to wear a penguin suit in the mall. I am highly disappointed, and frankly quite shocked. I hope we can resolve this issue on August 2nd. Good day.

Its a run of the mill shopping mall. I would give it 4 stars if they would at least partially open open the food court to on-site dining. Its hard to believe that with the large open space available, they couldnt set up tables to accommodate limited indoor dining while maintaining adequate spacing for safety.

Ive always liked coming to this mall alot of great stores if you dont intend on shopping online. But please take caution alot of people that I had seen are acting like The pandemic never happened, ang are really lax about it. I went to the Apple store to return a broken iPad, good look in getting in line. Going to that store looked to me like a super spreader event. If you absolutely need to go to the Apple store its best that you call a head 1st, otherwise show up when it opens, that is if you dont care about the new variants that have mutated from Covid. My advice personally please stay home.

BRU! I was there two days ago and someone stole my stuff smh. My sister accidentally left it on the couch and 2 minutes later it was gone 😭 They stole my forever 21 bag with the dress I just bought for my graduation, my airpods, my debit cards and keys

This is an amazing mall with so many places to shop and eat. The restrooms are brightly lit and pretty. The stores range from low cost to expensive, so theres something for everyone. They are having an ongoing event right now where you can check out different culture exhibits. Its pretty awesome. This mall even has a movie theater and a kids play area. Parking was insane, but I was there for an event on a Saturday afternoon, so it was to be expected.

Good Mall. Basic stores. Parking is OK except on weekends when it seems like this is the only mall around.

I visited last week and the customer service was awesome. Ms.Sugandha was there and she explained and demonstrated everything very well. I would recommend this store to everyone.

This mall is nice and bright. It is very clean and modern. The stores include Madewell, Macys, Nordstrom, Clarks, Amazon, etc. However, they even have a place for brow threading, pedicures, acupuncture, and massages. The food court was nice with lots of different choices from Japanese bento boxes, Halal kabobs, or even Thai food. There is bubble tea and Starbucks here, too, for drinks. Overall, it is a nice place to walk around with the family.

You can purchase a Tesla in this mall (Tesla store). The mall has a car detail shop that will park and detail your car while you shop. Not your typical mall.

Great shopping for all ages with plenty of options for good food along the way! I have never been to stick an open, clean location with everyone so friendly and eager to assist you in your shopping needs. We visited during covid so the food court and restaurants were not open for seating, but wow what a selection they have! We will be back when everything is fully open for some more shopping and eating!

Only reason I come here is to go to Olive Ole my favorite clothing store🙂

Fairly easy parking, even on a busy day. Good measures in place to maintain COVID safety protocols. Food court is open for takeout, and lines at even busy stores move quickly.

I love shopping here. Just be aware that for dinning in you have to take your food and eat on the parking garage and is very cold, no heater service is offering.Nice mall though!

Theyre getting a bit yuppie. Used to be the best mall if you didnt want to go to Bethesda or Tysons with all their fancy shops but theyve now gotten rid of a lot of my favorite stores to pit in expensive jewelry or fragrance stores. Trying super hard to be yuppie

As a recent newcomer to the area I have really enjoyed this mall, being from a smaller more rural area I was very pleased with the variety of merchants at this mall. Also with the hindrance to public dining due to covid-19, I enjoy the outdoor eating area that is provided.
