This smaller Target is just as fun to shop at as the big box versions. Even with the small footprint, they have an amazing mix of essentials, groceries as well as cool stuff that will tempt you. You could furnish alot of your apartment, get a new wardrobe and buy dinner in the same shopping trip. Nice little electronics, toy and video game section.
Sold something that did work. Told me it wasnt their problem and to call the manufacturer, of course the manufacturer told me to call target.I used their credit card, which means nobody will investigate and Im simply out the money. The are carnival barkers.
One of their team members in guest services named Destiny is really rude. Target needs to hire better team members especially for those who communicate with guests. The service with Destiny didn’t feel friendly. When she helped me it wasn’t busy at all. She was first on her phone then looked mad when I needed help for an order pick-up. She should act like she likes to help guests atleast. If not then guest services is not for her.
This is a pretty cramped Target, and a lot of my favs are not carried here. Parking is also very difficult. Avoid this location if you can.
It was easy to shop on the Target website, convenient to go from my home to Target (just 3 miles away), park, pick-up, shop a little more and get home all within 30 minutes!
Tip: Ask for price adjustment on your items at the register, I always ask for this and get $1-2+ off every item. This target is way more expensive than most around, I suspect because it’s in Bethesda. it’s also smaller than most city targets I’ve been to & parking is limited. Pros: the pharmacy is good, & staff are always nice.
Like other posters said, it is small compared to most Target stores. It does have two levels, the top one has a Starbucks and mainly clothes. The bottom level has a wide range of groceries and home items. Its perfect for an in and out trip or if you need to stock up on groceries. If you go within the first hour of regular opening, there is NO ONE shopping in there, its great!
Very little womens clothes and NO plus size clothing at all. Not sure why it exists except for grabbing some groceries.
Small target but convenient
Pickup experience at Target was ideal -- staff was efficient and helpful, I spent less than 2 minutes in the store and the extra discount produced an unbeatable price.
Such a nice, clean store! Was walking around Bethesda one day and was pleasantly surprised that not only did they have Target in this shopping center, but also Starbucks and CVS within Target as well! The team members are so friendly and hardworking. They go the extra mile for their guests! In addition, they take COVID-19 precautions seriously. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and offered a cart and/or basket that has been sanitized! Thank you so much!
Its small compared to most targets so as long as you keep that in mind its a great store. It is conveniently located and staff is friendly.
Quick check out. Seem to keep store clean. The variety of groceries has gotten better.
Great selection of products at great prices; really fantastic staff!
Gave me the wrong products. Now I have to wait to hear from a manager for them to correct it. Not pleased at all. I drove to a different county than my own for this pickup.
Jose went above and beyond and providing great assistance to me yesterday. There was an item out of stock but he was able to track it down on a dolly and I was able to purchase the item. Very professional, courteous, and friendly
Target as Bethesda is a family and community-friendly store that treats its customers with great service and attention.
Friendly People, Welcoming. They offer to help all the time.
The two women where super excited to be helpful and helped me check my order. Great customer service from both ladies.
One of the most depressing targets I’ve been to because it feels so claustrophobic. Lol. But it got the job done. I found exactly what I needed. Night time Pull-ups and children’s medicine. The prices seem to be the same at back home in OH. So that was nice. But another downside is the claustrophobic parking garage. Oi. Glad I don’t have to shop here on a regular basis.
Customer service here refused to uphold promises they made online. Humiliating experience in store.Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else. It is a tiny store with awful parking and rude customer service.
This is the 5th time that I’ve had to argue about a price because when I scan it on the self check it adds up to 5-6 extra dollars. I have had to go back downstairs, take a pic of the item and price tag, and go back up to the employee to show them the actual price. It’s getting so frustrating because what should be a quick stop turns into a huge ordeal.
The place is neat and the customer service was good. However, the variety is limited. This Target is very small, so you cant find too much selection. The parking was another problem. Very limited as well.
Target is my favorite store. This one is more of a City Target— limited stock compared to a “normal,” larger Target. Went here the other day, and many shelves were sitting empty, and the store seems understaffed to refill the shelves, check out customers, etc. The employees I saw were nice. Convenient location, and good parking available here as well.
Super small Target, didnt carry all the items we normally get but had quite a bit. Also has a Starbucks so that was nice. 😀
Terribly small Target, which I get they are working with the space they have, but it would of been nice to know before heading out there only to leave with two of the many items I needed. It would be helpful if they could indicate online which is more of an “express” like target such as this. Not in the habit of reading target reviews, but I guess I will now before going
You will never find better pricing. I know since I am checking all the time. Yes, for some things it might be better to shop at other stores, but for some items Target is the best store.
Would do 0 atars if I could... public restrooms were closed. No store the size of Target should be allowed to be open without restrooms EVER!!!!!
Super friendly. It is smaller, but thats the point. Nice to pick up a birthday card and not have to travel through walkways, escalators and tunnels to get to the vitamin aisle :)
Such an odd Target. It’s small, which would be fine if they stocked it correctly. Most shelves are bare or disheveled. After moving to DC, my wife and I went to buy an extra litter box for our cats. They sell the litter box... but don’t carry litter. What?
I travel quite a bit for my job and it is very active job where I walk on average 4 to 6 miles a day. I needed to run into Target really quick while I was here to grab some protein after working a long day.I was very disappointed when I walked into the store because there are no plus size clothing you have to go to a different Target for that. Also items that are listed as 30 to 60% off or clearance they do not give you any discount when you actually go to check out. Also I picked up some prosciutto and left in a hurry and it had gone bad 20 days ago and was still on the shelf Im just lucky that after opening it, less than an hour after purchasing it, I looked at the back and saw it was expired. I contacted Target customer care and there was no way they could apply a credit to a receipt even though I have the receipt number.it really is sad that you take a Lyft to go and pick up something that you need from Target and then take a Lyft to take it back to your hotel and you end up with spoiled food. At least I stopped before I got food poisoning. Also, there was no one available to check anyone out you had to use self service.
This is one of the smallest Targets I’ve ever been in. The selection is small, but there is a lower floor. The parking can be a little bit difficult. Similarly to other Targets, this one has a Starbucks inside of it, and is close to a Trader Joe’s.
Im torn about whether this is a 3 or a 4, but I sided with 3 mostly because this is just a small Target. Having moved from a more suburban area, Im used to the huge Target locations that you can walk around in for days. This is far from the case here.Normally that might not bother me if they have what you need, but my wife has alerted me on multiple occasions that what she wanted wasnt there because they have less of a selection than other Targets. As a result, we only come to this Target when we need some basic stuff, or when we just happen to be driving by.I think the staff are great, and the design is OK. The parking in the basement right next to the doors is nice as well. It just doesnt match the brand to me at all, and really just seems like a boutique smaller version of what Target really is.
Everybody speaks the gospel. This is not a real Target...they should be labeled as like a Target Express. Very very small store.
Tiny 2 level store. Parking is a challenge. If you can figure out how to get to P2 you are ok, otherwise you end up on P4 which is no good. Better yet avoid its parking.
Clean and well stocked.
This place is not an actual target. Its some sort of Target express concept, slightly larger than a CVS. Does not carry things like ice trays. Should be renamed something to differentiate it from a normal target store.
Great prices and the lines are often very short. I like their customer service and also the photography department.
Good for a relatively small location. Has most of the products that I would go to target for and the staff seems pretty well trained.
Always good to be there, sometimes you can find the same products cheaper in another stores if you dont have the membership.
Not a full target, and rather disorganized. Few people working means its hard to get a changing room.
The location is very convenient. Store is small and cramped, and Im not completely sure but it seems like the selection is a bit more limited than most stores.
The Target at Bethesda, MD is a friendly and helpful place to shop .
Great place and friendly workers it is little small but also good selectionsThanks
Not pleasant. Store is very small. Prices for most items are not competitive with other vendors. Went in to buy a small fan and store had no fans. Its been in the 90s for a few weeks and I expected a supply. Disappointed.
Really bad layout spread across multiple floors. Parking garage is a nightmare. Poor signage to tell you where to go or explain the complete subterranean mess of the building it resides in. There was 1 cashier and mostly self checkout that was convoluted with unexplained gift card scanning.
It lacks of home and food products. Otherwise it has a lot of clothing and beauty products.
Low inventory, meaning no selection.worst Target Ive ever been in.
Nice little store serving the downtown Bethesda area. Parking can be difficult sometimes
Always prompt and efficient..
Very bad customer service. They don’t have basic items like water.
Great place to shop
Theres two floors. How cool?!
Less goods than the regular store
Just called their phone number and was hung up on 4 times.
Terrible baby supplies never have anything other targets have
Clean and Organized. Parking a big plus!!👍👍
Love Target online shopping
Very limited selection. Strange store layout. This location did not have the items I needed.
Didnt know Target had stores this small. I came in for jeans and shoes; they have none of either.
The store stinks like cheap rubber and plastic products from China-I hate the pharmacy too-I want Dr Lee back! Boo!
The worst, smallest and most poorly stocked Target I have been to.
Hard to find and access. Wasnt well staffed when I visited.
Very Small and very limited selection of items. This store has about a third of the items that Wheaton Target has.
Not huge selection in clothing bit decent food selection.
Very small, not much of a selection but very convenient.
Their merchandising is confusing, its hard to find the items youre looking for here and the aisles are always being restocked or reshelved or moved.
Thanks from electronics department!
Very poopy
Needs renovation
Location and prices
Little expensive
Not much
Small store

SUCKS
Super cute and central
It is small but you find what you are looking for.
