Suzanne & Tom are great. Theyve helped my company with our business cards, hats and polo shirts and theyre very accommodating. We had to take our time (weeks and months) to select the right hat styles and polo styles, and they never rushed us during the process while going out of their way to order any samples we wanted to see that they didnt have at their shop. Theyre transparent with pricing and they take the quality of the embroidery seriously. Theyve given us the same level of service whether we were ordering hundreds of hats or just a handful of shirts.

I ordered t-shirts and trophies for a science fiction convention. The t-shirts were high quality and very well produced (our logo had lots of thin lines in it). It was my first time running a convention, so our salesperson spent significant time helping me make decisions and giving me good advice. The trophies he helped us pick out were beautiful and priced within our limited budget. All was going well until two days before the convention. The trophies were scheduled to arrive by Wednesday for the Sunday banquet, but something went wrong. The scheduled delivery was now Monday, a day too late. Things go wrong sometimes, but the real indicator of a companys quality, in my opinion, isnt the problem, but the solution. Rather than let us down with an award-less banquet, this company re-engraved all eight glass trophies in a day and overnighted them to us. By Friday mid-afternoon, the trophies were in our hands (they looked great) and the presentation went off without a hitch. Thats not good service, its great service. Thanks.
