This is the BEST Bath and Body Works location I have ever been to. I grew up in New Jersey and went to the BBW around there for most of my life and none of them were as good as this one. I moved to Maryland last year and have been to a few of the stores in the area - but this one beats the rest by FAR. First, they are always stocked with a ton of product and they usually put out new product WAY before any of the stores in the area. Next, the customer service is always amazing here. Whenever I call - everyone I have spoken to at this store has been very very friendly and helpful, this goes for in-store as well! The sales associates are kind and helpful if you need them but they also arent always on top of you like they are at some other stores. The Columbia Bath and Body Works is a 2 minute drive from where I live, yet I will go to this location instead sometimes.

I have been coming into this particular location various times because of the semi annual sale, every time other customers and I are ignored by the managers and some associates. I asked an associate if I could talk to a manager and she told me that they were all in the back just talking, I waited for a while and then just left my stuff and left, the what looks to be the store manager does not wear a mask and overall it looks like the employees are being treated unfairly, never shopping here again.

Love it here. This location especially is amazing because the staff are seriously the best!!! Soooo friendly and sweet and very helpful!

Love love love this store! the employees are so nice and wonderful, I had a wonderful experience with a sale associate named “Kimberly” I had a really complicated return and I felt so bad that it was complicated. I went to Westfield Wheaton Mall and they turned me away, however, when she did my exchange, she took her time and told me not to worry about the line that this transaction was her only focus and called for other associates. She even went to look for a product herself, I was greeted and helped by a wonderful women named “Yolada” and everyone was so helpful, I am now one of their regulars and I absolutely love this place! Don’t shop anywhere else and come shop at the Bethesda location

Forgot my credit card at home they didnt have the means to look up my account by my ID and ssn like Vickys does. They also discontinued the cotton linen body spray.

They are near the exit and I found what I wanted. The need to return the black currant vanilla products. This was my favorite.

The staff here is amazing! And the store is always clean! The manager and team are doing a great job. Aubrey was very helpful and even got me to buy more!

The manager of the Montgomery mall store is so rude and unhelpful. The rest of the employees are great but the manager has been rude to me on numerous occasions. Makes me not want to go back to this location.

Im giving Bath &Body Works, Montgomery Mall location 5 stars on the level of cleanliness and Customer Service. It feels a bit tight in the store, but at the same time theres a cozy warm feeling as well. I didnt have a lot to choose from fragrant wise but the candle selection was the ultimate. Dont get me wrong, I did find a few fragrances to add to my favs.... I did how ever select a few beautiful scented candles.❤🖒

Im not a big fan of this store, its too artificial to me. But my teenager love it! The store does smells good, organize well, and its a great place for holiday shopping, I like the hand liquid soap, good for kitchen and bathroom. Still the smells are too strong for me.

Poor customer service. I came in to do a simple exchange with proof of purchase it took 15 Minutes to complete the transaction. Bria was unprofessional. She handed me my receipt without telling me thanks. When I asked her if she wasn’t going to say thanks for shopping, she laughed in my face. I will not be shopping at this location again. The store is messy and the stock is low.

Too much smell so your nose get confused otherwise its pretty good.

Amazing beauty supplies. Very good candles I have my large collection of perfumes, lotions, soaps,and candles all very high quality. workers can be a little snobby but overall very great shop.

Very nice selection of hand creams, hand soaps, candles, and perfumes.

The people who greeted were kind and helpful but the cashier wasnt so much. Asked for a bag and gave 10 cents then he proceeded with an attitude when I told him to keep the change. Got very political over a bag.

This location consists of very mediocre poor customer service. The cashier was very unfriendly during my last visit and showed minimal interest in answering my inquiries regarding sales and promotions. The floor rep was also very off in her sales approach.
