I drove 4 hours round trip to return my defective $550 watch. I called this location before I drove all that way and was told to bring it in. Turns out, I could have mailed it myself and saved the 4 hours! The manager was short with me because I shouldnt be frustrated after owning a watch thats spent more time in the mail vs being used. After having it returned to me BROKEN. I received a note telling to return it. This stores lack of customer service is painful. I over looked them having to order the watch to start with and the few minor mistakes that made it take 3 weeks to arrive. I over looked the fact that they couldnt size it and I had to pay to have it done at a jewelry store. I shouldnt have given them chance after chance after chance. Dont make my mistake... This location is awful! Now, I hope they actually mail my watch out in a timely manner and I can finally get a refund.
The service here is beyond compare. Friendly, attentive and responsive without being intrusive. Truly helpful and thoughtful suggestions after listening.
Nice people at the store. Could have better customer service when it comes to extending courtesy when dealing with warranty of products. Courtesy offered through the corporate office for non-ideal situations was not given at the store. Best advice: very tight window at store for honoring warranty (exactly 1 year) so if you notice any defects go quickly to the store to address it. If not you likely will be covering the costs.

I was actually really worried about returning just because Ive been treated really badly in the past for returning at another MK store.... But they were literally so considerate and understanding and the man that helped me have me his card and invited me to come shop at the MK in Bethesda rather than the other one. Im a pretty frequent shopper at MK so Ill definitely make the trip to avoid the shade and attacks from the other store!
I want to thank Mary Kathryn for turning my opinion around about Michael Kors after having a horrible experience at the Annapolis Mall location she is a great asset to the company and I strongly recommend she goes there n teach them customer service. Ive been waiting for a call from from the Annapolis manger and still havent recieved a call back to resolve my frustration with his location. Ms.kathryn called her manger n fixed my issue in less than 5min. I strongly recommend people visit the Bethesda location n stay away from Annapolis!
