Good and helpful service from the employee there at 10 am and was pleasantly surprised at how much I got for my console. Gamestop must have revamped and improved their trade-in policies

Dude... this place is great. I always go in but I dont buy anything. Their staff can usually talk to you about anything and they are friendly. Make this place an arcade where you can also shop for games. Make a buck

Aggressive salesmanship. I understand the sentiment, but from my 5 years of working retail i have never seen someone drag a customers attention so aggressively.

Every time I go in this store the employees are amazing! They know their games for sure! I appreciate the time they take to help me make the right decisions for my children’s games. Since I am pretty much clueless about this stuff their help is priceless to me and my kids are always happy with the presents they receive. Job well done!👍🏽

I asked if they had a certain game since I didnt see it on the shelf. They did and pulled it out. I asked if I could see it. The cashier held it with two fingers and said that he couldnt let me hold it because people run. Im a black man who makes six figures and has every game system thats out. The hell you mean people run. He gave me nothing but a disrespectful attitude, so I let him keep holding his game and got from another store. I never returned to this racist store.

Good store with great service but it feels a bit like a used car lot. The people always try to up sell you on preorders for new games. However because of this its always easy to get your questions answered on upcoming deals

Called to check if they had used xbox 360 headsets in stock. Person on phone confirmed they DO. Made 20 minute trip and we ask to buy it and the guy there just kept saying ‘sadly don’t’. Told him we called 20 mins ago and he said ‘yes I know but sadly we don’t have any’ and I asked him why tf he would say they do on the phone!? He just kept saying ‘sadly we don’t have them’. Sadly employees at this gamestop are missing chromosomes from their inbred families.

Stop here every chance we get. Folks who work here are knowledgeable and kind. Prices are very good.

My grandson was in this store. He thought it had the greatest deal ever. Even though he said it was preowned he did not see a fingerprint or anything on the game. He also said that the man working there was extremely nice.
