I have used Terry at Morgan Road Tire (on recommendation) since moving to Birmingham 5 years ago. An assortment of issues across several vehicles, families and friends as well. We have always been very happy with everything done. And at a fair price. Honest mechanics are indeed a rare breed, and this will ALWAYS be our first stop with any issue!!!

I had gotten a nail stuck in my tire after work. I called several places and it was so close to 6pm that everyplace was closed or about to close. Terry stayed opened and fixed my tire that was seconds from being completely flat. He was professional, reasonable and as a woman who didnt want to wait 45mins alone on the side of the road...allowed me to be grateful for his honesty. I will definitely use this shop in the future for any car maintenance.

As usual, Terry was busy when i pulled up on this tire (completely flat). He kindly replaced it quickly so I could get to work on time. Thank you so much.

Very very very unsatisfied. Brought a tire to get mounted And balanced from a vehicle I had towed to the shop. During the tire removal they stripped four of the five wheel studs on my car. After doing that they took a long time and had a hard time putting the tire on the rim. It took three guys to do so. After that they put the tire on and I left. Less than a week later I’m driving down the road and my car is shaking and sounds like I have a flat. I get out the tire is inflated and nothing is rubbing against it. So I had it towed to a different shop who proceeded to tell me that whoever put the tire on my car stripped 4 of the 5 wheel studs so badly that it was pointless to even attempt to screw wheel lugs back on to. And that it was only being held on by one lug. After calling the business, they proceed to tell me my car was brought to them that way. What they fail to realize is multiple drove the car before they fixed it and have never had an issue. And it was towed with a wheel lift tow truck that the driver took the time to strap the wheel down. If it were loose or messed up the wheel surely would have been pulled off during transport being as it was a wheel lift tow truck. I wouldn’t recommend going here. They don’t stand behind their work and now I have to get a lawyer to get what is owed. A 20 dollar job turned into a 450 plus Dollar job with work needed to be done lawyer fees and not to mention missing two scheduled days of work.
