Not only were they expedient in fixing my brothers truck, they did so at a very good price (in comparison with average transmission prices). As a former employee i can say first hand the owner Bo has an attitude problem a and goes by the philosophy that once we have your car we can keep it as long as we want. And I saw first hand him build two transmissions in a row that both had the same problem when he was done as they did when he started

I called this place because I was refered by someone else. Without asking any questions and before I could even get the full name of the vechile out of my mouth he said I dont feel like messing with that. I know a lot of mechanics that will not touch certain vechiles. But this man was plain rude about it. Out of the 6 places Ive called today he had the worst customer service. Atleast the other transmission man that did not work on the vechile I have sent me in the right direction.This man was ridiculous. And if I ever need a transmission fixed thatvis worth his time it will NOT go to him. Regardless of the price.
