Very satisfied Johnny the manager of quick lane called me first thing this morning to notify me that he recieved my complaint and treated me like I was his only customer. I know moving forward that any and all issues I have with the service at quick lane will be handeled with the utmost care and quality. I highly recommend anyone that is having there car serviced to take it to him. Because no matter how bad of an experience you have ask for the manager and I assure you that you will be taken care of in a caring professional manner. First of all, Im from out of town, second of all it doesnt take 45mins to get an oil change. 3rd of all, that was the lamest excuse Ive ever heard... if you dont want my business just tell me, Ill gladly spend my money else where...Cause if the oil drain plug gets stripped we wont have the time to get a new oneI have 385k on my truck, those dont strip as easily as he likes to think, plus ur at a Ford dealership, why wouldnt you have some on hand if your guys strip those so often!!!
