Pretty cool place with some nice people working there. I think that one of the cooks tried to fight me the other day over something or another which was bizarre, but other than that it was cool. He like followed me to my car with his hand up and I drove away because that’s weird.

I got the deluxe taiyaki with 2 flavors: ube & matcha. The ube is very rich and creamy, and has a velvety texture. The matcha tastes like actual green tea and is probably my favorite. Its very good soft serve. The teiyaki was warm when first served. Overall a super satisfying ice cream experience.

The picture I took was today Tuesday. But when I asked for the on sale ice cream they me something different and charged me more! Then they took down the sign and told me that they cant sell me the hard ice cream that is on sale because it ALL expired. They should honor the sign that is posted and not lie to costumers to save a few dollars. Bunch of Liars

I ordered a taiyaki and mochi. I only received the mochi after asking the man working in the kitchen where my order was, since a lot of people who ordered after I did already got their food. When I asked if I could also get the taiyaki, he was very rude and seemed angry that I was waiting for more food. He offered to remake it within a few minutes because it seemed that he had already given it to someone else, but I ended up waiting 10 more minutes to get a slightly burned taiyaki. I understand that customer service is very draining, especially with COVID, but it did not make for a good experience there. Going back to CREAM next time.

I got a deluxe cone (accidentally; thought I was getting taiyaki but ordered incorrectly on their iPad menu) with 2 flavors: matcha and ramune (seasonal flavor) on top. Would personally NOT recommend the ramune: its lightly flavored but reminds me of gumball bubble gum, which isnt the most appetizing. Their matcha is always solid though, and Ive enjoyed the mild, sweet flavor of their tofu option in the past, although it wasnt available this time (also seasonal, perhaps?).Additionally, prices are kinda high here, and I didnt even get a taiyaki at this rate. Nonetheless, Uji Time probably makes for a nice splurge-y occasional treat for college students. :)My order came out super fast around 9pm; I waited under 5min. There were a number of patrons hanging around and chatting at the tables at this time, as well.

I really like the red bean tacoyaki cone. I honestly like the taste better than the ice cream, although to be fair the flavors are usually pretty subtle (especially the black sesame) and that’s not always my thing. The tofu ice cream is good, but it’s a little hard to get over the, uh, tofu flavor. When you take a bite, it just tastes like cold semi-liquid tofu and then like ice cream after a couple seconds. Kinda a weird experience but still, good.I like how this place has games and is open pretty late, although it’s always been pretty empty when I go on weeknights.

Open late. The vibe is chill lounge conversation kind of vibe. Everyone is talking and taking photos, smiling and having a sweet time. The ice cream is so yummy. If youre unsure which flavor you want. Just ask to taste them. You can get multiple toppings for extra 50c. This is the matcha & mandarin swirl with honey and crepe. It was delicious! Customer service is really good too. As a first-timer, I felt very welcomed.

Quiet in the afternoon with two other customers. Came here to try the fluffy flavored ice but they left a while ago. So instead I tried the Thai tea mochi. It was small and rich in sweet flavor because of the rice on the outside. I prefer the less sweet, delicious creamy ice cream in the middle though. It was under $2.50 with tax for one.

I’ve been waiting a while to get my hands on a fish cone! We came on a sunny day which made more worth it to enjoy some soft serve on a nice day instead of the rainy days we’ve been having. We got a mix of green tea and black sesame and I thought they were going to swirl it, but they put one on top of the other. I took a bite of the black sesame first and it was delicious. I almost wished I got the whole cone with black sesame. The green tea was next and it was actually really good, but I still liked the black sesame better. The fish cones is pretty good as it’s pretty much like a soft waffle and there was a surprise of some red bean paste on the bottom that was really good.We also got a couple ice cream mocha and they were decent, but the soft serve is so much better.Overall, I would come back for more!

They share a space with Vampire Penguin so you have lots of dessert options. They have very Asian influenced menu of flavors. The soft serve comes in green tea, black sesame, tofu, and seasonal flavors. They have about a dozen mochi ice cream flavors plus a bunch of seasonal. The fish shaped cones have some red bean paste at the bottom or you can get mini fish shaped waffles filled bed bean paste or Nutella.

The decor is pretty clean; nothing to complain about and they have a bunch of games if you want to play. Taiyaki is personally one of my favorite desserts so I might be bias. They sell both warm taiyaki and cold taiyaki which is a plus!! They also have a bunch of cool novel flavors to choose from for both the ice cream and taiyaki flavors. If you need, they also have complementary phone charging for mini-usbs. Note: they only sell the bite size version of the warm taiyaki. I recommend trying this place out! Especially if you never had taiyaki.

Excellent green tea matcha ice cream: not too sweet, and the green tea flavor is strong. Theres often a line, and they tend to stay open so long as there are customers, well past their business hours. In our experience, most of the things they make on site are excellent, but be careful with packaged frozen items they sell (mochi ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, etc): while they look great on display, they taste like flavorless plain sugar.

Very delicious and cute! The staff here is friendly. They have three types of ice cream and one changing seasonal flavor. The three flavors are matcha, black sesame, and tofu. The quality of the mochi and soft serve is fantastic-- incredibly flavorful and very accurate to the flavor you get. The space is a little less than inviting (feels a bit messy), and the prices are just a touch higher than expected. If you want soft serve in the fish cone (a soft sugar cone in the shape of a fish, tasty to be honest), its close to $6 after tax. It does feed two people though.Great soft serve and desserts, but the place could be a little better kept.

I went to this place an hour before close to take a friend from out of town out to dessert. The soft serve here was delicious. It wasnt icy nor was it too sweet. I highly recommend getting some mochi on top; it adds a wonderful textural contrast to the soft server. My only issue is that their choice of flavors was very limited; you could only choose between sesame, tofu, and the seasonal flavor (watermelon, in this case). Luckily I enjoy all these flavors, but I know that others may not enjoy them (especially if you arent familiar with east asian cuisine). It seems a bit short sighted to offer so few flavors. I cant speak for the other items on the menu, other than that my wife enjoyed her mochi ice cream, so that was a plus.
