Harris is THE BEST! He fixed my car with care & was such a good communicator- I am never going to go anywhere else!! I’d give him a million stars
Haris at the front desk is probably the most helpful and friendly mechanic I’ve ever met
Having them right next door to Allied Body And Frame couldnt be better. Harris was able to locate the issue with the lights on my C Class and fix it in a matter of minutes. Great job Harris...thanks again.
I took my 2010 Range Rover there to be serviced. Not only did Haris inspect and detail all the service it needed he went as far as to let me know which weren’t as necessary. I have been to many shops over the years and have never encountered a shop so honest. He understood that times were tough for me and did not try to gouge me with unneeded service recommendation as most shops do. He gained a customer for life and I will be letting everyone I know about this impeccable service center!!
If you want courteous and reliable service on your Mercedes, then English & European is the place for you. I have previously had my car serviced there & I registered my car into their computer system. This really streamlines the process because their system automatically keeps track of your scheduled maintenance, and they contact you by email with a reminder. I received an email to remind me of an upcoming service on my Mercedes based on the expected calculated mileage. I scheduled an appointment by phone (leaving email messages did not result in a prompt response) and Simon was there when I arrived at reception. He was very courteous and helpful to register me in. I later received a call from Adam suggesting some additional minor maintenance based on their inspection, and explaining the reason for it, and a cost estimate. Everything went smoothly and the cost estimate was accurate. My car runs great, and I will definitely continue to give them my business.
Im so glad I found this business. After years of always using the shop at the Mercedes dealership I wanted to find a repair shop that would suit my needs and not cost a fortune. My current car is a 99 SLK so finding a shop that is capable and trustworthy was really important. Based on Yelp reviews I tried them, and Im very happy with the service. The cost was fair for the work and Adam even talked me out of a fix to the air circulation system that would have cost about $1500 but really wasnt a necessary feature to have on this older car - giving me the option was a really honest way to do business. I will definitely continue to bring my car here and recommend them to others.
Great experience getting my Range Rover prepped for a cross country drive. Super helpful staff!
I will never in my life take my S500 anywhere but English and European. Adam and his team have been amazing in keeping our vehicle is tip top condition at a fair price. In Demeber or January, English and European was closed for a holiday when I found out that my radiator was cracked. Of course, I was planning on visiting my family for the holiday so I was forced to take my car to another local Mercedes mechanic and was overcharged with garbage service. Today, my check coolant light came on and I went right over to our friends at English and European. They are the last honest mechanic shop in the Bay Area.Would recommend to anyone that wants quality service and expertise at a fair price.
These guys are great: I have a Jaguar that has had some problems for a while and I brought it to a half dozen different places that couldnt fix it. They fixed the car, and it was pretty cheap.Since then its the only place Ive brought my car and Ive never had any trouble.
Great guys, accommodated a bmw PPI for me later in the day and the online report was very thorough with images.
We were severely gouged by this business. If this establishment carries anything similar to Diamond certification or equivalent they should have the program/certification revoked. My wife was on her way to UCSF hospital and her alternator died on the freeway. I was honest with them about the situation and they took advantage of us. A genuine replacement alternator ranges from $300-$500 and a pro can replace it in 45 minutes. Remanufactured units start at $90. After being towed to this shop they charged her $1200 to do this repair. I called to try to negotiate and they said they would reduce the charge to $1100 and do both serpentine belts, and claimed that it was a 2 hour job. I asked if we could pay shop rates for the actual time incurred and they agreed. It only took them 40 minutes to swap the very easy to reach alternator on her rover and they did not do both belts as aGREED upon, but still charged the full amount. I can’t tell with 100% certainty from visual inspection, but suspect that the alternator installed is a reman and not new. I am taking it to a specialty electronics repair business to determine whether it is new or reman and will report back with findings. Either way, find a different business to have your vehicle repaired.
Highly reccommend this establishment. Has done a fine job on a somewhat complicated Range Rover. Normally would have taken my Rover to the dealer, but this is certainly not a step down.
Good to find out that you are the best, can you fix my SAAB 95 2.3t ?
Anytime I need them they take care of my car quick. Thanks Adam and Hassan..
Excellent service!!
