We used UrbanLine for our new deck! Michelle was a pleasure to work with and had great ideas for color and structure. The team was always very professional and respectful to us and our property. Due to the pandemic many of the materials were on backorder, so it did take a bit longer than expected. Michelle was wonderful with keeping us in the loop of when materials would be arriving and when the team would be working. We are so pleased with our beautifully finished product, it was worth the wait! We would definitely recommend the UrbanLine Team!

Our dreams came true when Urban Line built our deck! Our multi-level deck is beautiful, functional and top quality. We love the outdoor kitchen, fire feature and custom pergola. The design came to life in every way and we couldn’t be happier! It’s truly become an extension of our home. We hired UrbanLine to remodel our deck and they were nothing short of fantastic! Michelle was always available for any questions we had and gave us an accurate time line of the process. We had gotten a few other estimates and urbanline was the best offer for the work we needed. They are thorough and put pride in their work. After they were almost finished installing our handrails we noticed one side was scratched up. Without hesitation Alfredo fixed it to be as brand new. We are thrilled with our new deck!

She provided videos and engineered drawings to capture all the details. The team was efficient, always on time and cleaned up after every session.
