My wife and I have used this company on two separate occasions and each time was better than the last. Marlene and Javier are truly the dream team. With this last storm I realized that I needed an additional awning placed over an exposed back door area that is exposed to heavy rain and predisposed my stairwell to overflow with water. As luck would have it, my wife is pregnant and literally about to pop any day now. The stress of thinking about water seeping into the basement had me extremely concerned. Marlene and her amazing team couldnt have been more helpful and moved with the quickness given my race against the baby clock. From the initial email inquiry to Marlene to the final install date was practically 2 weeks! I couldnt believe it!! I typically never write reviews but their service was just too superb to not give positive feedback. Epic Signs was the only sign company that answered their phone during the pandemic. They were very nice and was always a phone call or email away. they came and took care of my awning issues quick and easily. The new sign looks great!

Incredible customer service! Epic Signs rushed an awning job for me, which in and of itself is impressive, but the fact that they rushed it over the Christmas holiday was above and beyond. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with, especially Marlene. And the awning itself came out absolutely beautiful. Cant recommend highly enough!

Not good. They cancelled my appointment for an estimate twice. The first excuse was that the owner had a car accident... then, that one of their employees wife had a baby. Then, they informed me that they were just too busy to come over. Well, I had separated my time on both occasions to be at home - and both times they didnt show up. In a way, I feel fortunate not doing business with them, because if this is the way they treat me before doing an installation, I can only image afterwards, if I needed customer support. Very nice and courteous secretary, but I can not recommend them. In my opinion, theyre not a responsible company. I strongly suggest you keep away.
