Pharmacy always fills prescriptions in a timely manner. Very friendly and helpful pharmacy staff!

The last time I went to pick up my prescription, they told me it would be about 10 minutes, so I said ok. Ill go pick up a couple things and be right back. I got back in 15 minutes and they had closed. This was 1:00 in the afternoon. They are supposed to be open till 8pm and there are no signs saying they close for lunch or anything like that...this time my doctor put in a prescription at noon and its almost 6:30 and its still not ready. I have checked the online pharmacy and it says I dont have a prescription in. I called the pharmacy to check the status of my prescription and the automated thing said that the pharmacist wanted to speak with me. I waited and the phone rang and rang until finally it took me back to the beginning of the automated menu. I then chose the option to speak to a representative and they simply told me theyre working on it and they would send me a text when its ready. This is ridiculous. You need to do better with peoples medications. Will not be going back.

All of my prescriptions are accurate and fast! I got a shot there by the pharmacist and it was clean, professional, and expertly done! This is where I will go for all my prescription needs.

Im in store. Waiting on medicine the first one the dr in Walmart sends they dont have so she sends a new one. They say it will be 15mins. Wait 15mins come back they have sent the wrong on back up and now they are closed for lunch for half an hr. Lovely gentleman who works back there came out on his lunch to make it right. I really appreciate that. Always nice when someone goes an be and beyond.

I use this pharmacy every time I get a prescription. They are ready fast and have always been accurate.

Dont like the self check out

The pharmacist sucks!!! Dont expect to get any medicine for your husband because she wont let you. His ID got bent and she wouldnt except it so I went to get it and she wouldnt let me because the medicine was for him and he was denied. She said its professional courtesy. My butt, whos courtesy? Im not rating it even a one.

I think your a horrible walmart. How dare you do that boot to our truckers that bring you food. Uncalled for. Ill never shop at walmart anywhere again. If it wasnt for the truckers we wouldnt have food and clothing. Shame shame on you.

Slow and rude. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!!! When they tell you 15mins they really mean 30. How can you have 6 ppl behind the counter and it still take over an hour to fill some ibuprofen?! It blows my mind walmart isnt trying to do better.

On 3 different occasions here they revealed confidential information in front of a line full of people. I’m fairly certain that’s illegal.

People dont use this pharmacy they are 3 times higher on meds that aint covered by insurance. My medicine now cost me 30 at berea drug that cost 95 at walmart pharmacy please double check your prices before using them because its walmart dont make them cheaper and the will not price match anymore and they are rude as hell.

Let me preface this by saying Ive worked in a pharmacy, so i know how these work.This pharmacy is absolutely awful. The have scripts sent in from urgent care that they set to fill days out, which is not the standard. They see the medications and generally can tell thats its for an urgent condition. After calling and ensuring the medications would be filled that day, they said it would be ready within the hour. It wasnt ready for 3. This pharmacy is the absolute worst and i would rather drive to richmond than get medications here anymore.

This has to be the worst pharmacy around on every level imaginable you would expect to get at least decent service from one of the biggest companies
