Never order cakes from here! I needed 3 round cakes, I was going to decorate myself. NONE of them looked good! So uneven and threw together. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, NEVER getting a cake here again!

Line was long but moved quickly. All my food was correct and in the bag.

This store has gone down hill lately, last few times Ive been there around 9 or 10 pm the isles are blocked with pallets of merchandise and employees tossing boxes all up and down in front of the shelves cant get to anything, get up front and in spite of the every 2 minute announcement that their closing at 11 pm there are no registers open and people lined up 8 to 10 deep at the one that is, took me half an hour to get through the checkout line. Seems funny how when they were open 24 hours they never had these problems now that they have 7 or 8 hours with the store closed they cant seem to get it together at all.

I love Bereas supercenter its easy to get to.

On the plus side, the people who work here are polite and very helpful. The store is unusual in that there are huge bumps in the floor! Let go of your cart in the wrong aisle and it will go rolling. There are usually no carts available in the store. Might as well bring one from outside when you come into the store. I prefer the Richmond Walmart.

Been hunting everywhere for rabbit food, asked a blue jacket girl with brown hair about down to her shoulders named Rebecca, was extremely rude didnt help me said we only have one per aisle if its not there we dont have it so I walked to the next blue jacket. Older lady is the jewelry department was super nice and helped me find what I needed. Wish I had her name cause she deserves a raise.

I found the store quite busy (summer/holiday), yet the store was able to handle the traffic fairly well. I did notice many items were out of place but considering the volume of shoppers and knowing how little they can sometimes care about replacing items back where they found them, I would expect this.Overall the store was clean and stocked well enough. I believe that with a tad more zeal on behalf of both, the employees AND the customers, things could go up a notch! In the end I was not displeased or dissatisfied in any manner.

Shopping inside is always crowded, but I highly recommend their curbside pickup. Their substitution policy is very generous, and I have never had them make a mistake on my order. You also have the option to reject substitutions if they dont work for you. I used the service even in 2019, but during the pandemic when they are very busy they still offer quick and accurate service.

I am frequently amazed by how often many different items are out of stock. Its especially bad with clothing. It appears that they always run out of medium and large sizes very quickly, leaving those who did not get there in the first few days only small sizes and extra extra large sizes. One would think that they could think to order double or triple the amount of medium and large sizes since they sell out so quickly. They would still make plenty of money, and there would be more happy customers. But no. They always have small, extra extra large, and extra extra extra large in almost all clothing available. But this is also true with a grocery items. For instance, if you want to get great value brand whole wheat bread, youll have to get that within the first few hours of them stocking it, otherwise it will be gone. But they can offer you hundreds of loaves of white bread of the same brand at any time! One would think that they might think to order maybe 20 less loaves of white bread and 20 more of whole wheat in order to make up for this, because they would sell! But no, they must consistently stock about a tenth of the amount of whole wheat, which gets bought out very quickly, leaving tons of loaves of white bread that apparently no one wants. Dont get me wrong, they often have the things I need, and they are often at very good prices, but this is a pattern Ive noticed for years, and it drives me crazy, because it makes no freaking sense! STOCK MORE OF THE THINGS THAT SELL OUT QUICKLY. STOCK LESS OF THE THINGS THAT DONT SELL OUT AS QUICKLY.

EDIT:** I had no idea this Walmart was running such a ridiculous scam on truck drivers. There are small signs placed in odd places that can easily be overlooked. If theyre going to charge a 500 fine for parking there they need better and larger signs. Have a heart people without truck drivers walmart employees wouldnt even have a job! ***Have been very poorly stocked lately. If you go on the weekends most of the shelves are empty. I think sometimes they may be understaffed. Other than that I do like the store I do all my grocery shopping here.

Came on my lunch break to buy headphones. Needed a key so I waited for someone to come help. 25 minutes later 5 people have came and called for help...... Still no keys. Had to leave so I could go back to work. Will never come back or spend another penny at any Walmart location

They had nothing it was like they were going out of business all the shelves were empty

I went there to buy a phone. It turns out that you can only buy with a network carrier plan. Otherwise, you will find pretty much everything you need to buy there.

I shop at this Walmart everyday and love going in and seeing all the lovely Walmart employees as well and anytime you need assistance or help finding anything they are delighted to help. So if your trying to find somewhere to shop for your groceries and want prices that cant be beat then this is the Walmart you want to shop at.

Had a new set of tires put on my car. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks everyone.

Loved visiting different stores in different states during my road trip South. Very consistent w/great customer service during day or night, all locations. Most important was the restrooms were always clean.

Walmart is Walmart. The Sale Prices are the everyday price. Sometimes clearance stuff, goodies can be found.

This store is nice and big with mostly wide aisles. Usually they have several registers open.

Was quick and easy to locate all items I was looking for.

Attendants greet you from heart you can tell and some greet you by your name which makes yo I feel home then you go out of your just to shop at the place where its loyal employee makes you feel home.

They remodeled recently, made the deli way smaller and did away with a lot of good things. Raised prices on everything.

They are reorganizing the store. But give you no guidance as to where things are. Not the Walmart that used to say Look the customer in the eye and smile and greet them. Hmmm.

If youve been in one supercenter youve been in all of them. I do like going grocery shopping at Walmart instead of Kroger fo4 the fact the food prices are already really good at Walmart. If you dont stick to coupons and sales at Kroger you can run up quite a bit. Walmart on the other hand has the prices everyday dont need a sale.

Older Walmart. Not stocked that well its nice having something close to home but wont be winning any awards. Staff are all very friendly though.

This Walmart is usually well stocked and organized. Its easy to find what you are looking for here. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because most of the employees are rude. There is some that are friendly and helpful but the majority of employees I personally have dealt with are rude, snooty, & if asked for assistance act like its a huge inconvenience to help me.

Shopping carts in poor condition, store is getting run down, small produce section, meats are smaller in selection and not as good of quality as other grocers in the area. I only go there for convenience if I need just a few items but even then they are usually out of what I go for.

We were told our prescription would be ready in 45 mins. We do back to pick it up...it is not ready and everyone is at lunch so it will be another 45 mins. I will never come back...poor customer service!

Berea walmart use to be the one you went out of your way to go to, now they have rearranged things and when you ask about the location of something the poor employees are just as confused as the customers.

Walmart is hooking up with parasite companies to rip off truck drivers. Stated 550 $ fine, they got off my credit card 760. R&R. All truck drivers say a big thank you Walmart

Never has what I need, dirty and employees can be very rude for no reason. Door greeters and Security are the nicest people in the store. Never has motorized carts cause they wont get them fixed. All they worry about are shop lifters and getting robbed. They should grow balls or shut it down.

The level of inconvenience during the remodel is fairly severe. Once upon a yime those stores would only bring remodeling crews in during the night, niw they beat, bang, and race scissor lifts down the isles with customers all around.

I went to Berea Wal-Mart for truck tires. 2 tires were confirmed and we waited for them to be put on and then I was called back because they didnt have the tires they promised me after all. Returning to my truck, it was wreaking with something that was sprayed into it. It was like someone had sprayed a strong deodorant in my truck without permission or considering I have asthma & my friend has COPD. Awkward!!!

As far as selection and that sort of thing its.. well its a Walmart not much diff from one to the next. but I gave this one one star for the truly, and atrociously poor customer service provided there.you get quite an evil grimace directed toward you for simply trying to get someones attention God forbid ask a question or for help.

My only complaint is at night the shelves are almost bare.

Be careful with parking at this location if youre a truck driver. Wallmart hired people to put some kind of plastic on your windshield and they are charging 560$ to remove it. Otherwise a tow truck is coming in 2 hr. THEY ONLY DO IT TO THE TRUCK DRIVERS. RVs and buses are completely ok.

Wal-Mart is a awesome place to shop and customer service is usually pretty good now what to remember is employees have multiple tasks to do plus keep up with customers. They just need nice people to have patience . I shop wal mart every week

Person at door was a little rude about the store closing in 45 mintues and i got in and out in under 15mintues so that wS a little un caled for!

The store is being remodeled, you cant find a thing and half the store is missing.
