Went there for my curb side pick up! I sat in the the car for over 25 minutes! I decided to go inside and ask for assistance!! I walked up to the cashier and she rudely told me to get in line!!! Curbside pick up is supposed to be fast and you’re not even supposed to go in the store!!! I decided to finally just to go into the store to ask for assistance about my curbside pick up order. I approached and asked the lady at the register for assistance. She told me to go in the line, I waited another 15 minutes. When I finally approached at the register! She told me she has no idea and to go to the photo section! The lady at the photo section finally figure it out about my curbside pick up order.

Strongly suggest wearing masks in the store. Had everything I was looking for.

For those of you wondering how long it takes to get your covid test results, at this location, i took the RT PCR test on monday at 4.30 pm, and they came back tuesday at 5.30!!

Clean, organized, and convenient store thats open late, but there must be some issue with management because every time Im in there theres a new cashier that Ive never seen before.

Im typically at this store twice a week mainly for prescriptions. Ive been to their locations all over the country as well as others. At their busiest they are the kindest, most efficient and accurate staff I have come across. They always go above and beyond no matter how busy they are. I have come across new hires that were so well trained you would never know without asking. (I asked)

The only reason this gets one star is because of the cashier at the front. As I was in the store there was a line five people deep and one cashier. Being patient with everybody she was doing everything to get people out as quickly as she can.While in line I watched the manager talk to four employees, tell them theres too many customers in line. And then leave! All the employees walked towards the photo center where there was one customer. Im glad that one customer needed all those employees plus the two behind the photo counter. Like I said its only gets one star because of the fact that the cashier did everything she could with the 20 minutes it took for me to get out. All because the other employees wouldnt open another register after the manager left.

This Walgreens is great! Glad to have it open later hours, Fedex pickup, and employee Tom is always 100% helpful, courteous, knowledgeable.

Avoid this location, especially the drive thru pharmacy - rude and unprofessional.

Guy in the front is real nice enjoy asking questions while waiting for the super friendly pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. I enjoy my monthly visit hear because of him and rest of staff

My wife and I always come here for our prescriptions. Lory G is one of the pharmacists here. She is always very helpful. Thank you Walgreens for having such a great staff.

I have been a Walgreens customer for better part of a decade. I was a 3 times a week visitor to the Middleburg heights and Parma heights stores. Everyone knew me by name they all did their job wonderfully. Pristine customer service! But then I moved to Berea and this store literally had me switch everything over to anywhere but the store. Pharmacy, cosmetics, and more! I try to go Anywhere but here. Half of the employees have no idea what customer service is! One of the managers who is a very old guy who literally knows nothing about Walgreens or other policies or procedures. I return something with a receipt and I got back in less than what I paid for on the receipt and he couldn’t tell me why. I come back another time to load 50 bucks to my PayPal account and he keeps referring to it as a card and I keep explaining it’s not a reloadable card is in accounts and I even showed him how to do it and even after he saw that it worked he was too scared to do it without contacting another manager. Even after I spent a half hour explaining and researching it so I could tell them how to do their job. Then he stated that if the transaction didn’t go through he would keep my money and I said well no you wouldn’t because then that’s like keeping a 2 liter of pop and my two dollars for the pop. Your drawer would be Over that two dollars because the sale did not go through and the manager let me say that again the manager said he still didn’t understand.I can’t stand going here And only ever do auto complete desperation!

I stopped at cosmetic counter .Juliette helped me pick out a great product from the makeup line No 7 .She was very helpful .Did a great job .😊😊😊

I highly suggest using another pharmacy. Ive been using this location for two months. Not once has my prescription been handled properly. Will not use again.

Bought bottle of hairspray. Got home and bottle was leaking. Put it in a plastic bag and stopped by when I was back in the area to get it exchanged. The manager asked when I got it, when it was over a month ago, he said he cant do anything. The bottle was obviously full, and obviously leaking, but the rules are the rules, My rule is that when the rules supersede common sense and basic customer service, we no longer shop there and we let as many people as possible know what happened.

Great pharmacy & absolutely wonderful staff & pharmacists with great patience& compassion for there customers who truly need help & weed out the trouble immediately. I will never stop coming to them. They are outstanding.

Not just a drug store, they strive to be a one stop shop. Tobacco products seem to be anti-thematic to me. If you truly want people to be healthy, why complicate matters with something that drains ones health and wallet.

They got my medication right but the lady at the drive thru asked me 4 consecutive times if i wanted to do rewards with each time i firmly said No.

Good pharmacists and helpful clerks. The best pharmacy in area and close to Baldwin Wallace University dorms and classroom buildings.
